I found it very peaceful community, clean , tidy and beautiful greenery.It has multi outlets, and dining places .Addtionaly, plenty of parking area and retail stores.I would highlightly recommend it .

Very calm peaceful area to live. Semmer villa placed in silicon oasis. controlled and managed by Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority. It has very good community centre with swimming pool, gym and shops. Visotor parking available. Very attractive villas.

Beautiful villa community with large houses and gardens. It has 2 pools open only to the residents. The lawns are well manicured and taken care of. Pet friendly with lots of walking and jogging space. Lots of places to order in food and departmental stores. The only drawback, you may need a car since its slightly far from the main city.

I lived here for around 10 years and it was great. Lots of greenery and the road layout is very organic, fun to walk around and explore the various parks and shortcuts. Theres also a small shopping center and coffee place inside the complex, which is nice.Theyve made a lot of changes, and most of the noisy nearby construction is finally done. Definitely a good place to live.

I lived there for 12 years. Large villas with decent garden space. This was the pioneering community in Silicon Oasis when it all began. There was no other buildings in the area other than the mens college and Zayed universtiy. As a result, the villas were built with lots of community garden space separating each villa cluster. The roads and the sidewalks are wider than Cedre Villas, providing lots of room for small pedestrians to safely walk or cycle on the foot paths.

Located near Silicon Oasis Headquarter in Dubai.A cluster of villas housing mainly Emirates airlines employees and their families.This community creates diversity in the residents around the area.The surrounding vicinity is calm and safe, you can walk or go for a jog around any time in the day or night.The DSO jogging track around the lake is just a short walk from here .DTEC is just across the road a 10 mins walk.There are a cluster of shops serving the villas: 2 restaurants, a Costa cafe, a small Spinneys supermarket, a money changer, and a chocolatier .

A gated community with very nice homes! Well-planned and safe. A bit far from Dubais commercial center, but nothing a 10-minute drive can fix!
