    Nice Community, 24/7 security at ground floor, amenties include:Pools, Gyms, playground, a single tree, walking path, football/basketball court and 2000 residents so some people offer services, used items and alot more

    The the elevator we have to wait a lot also the families they let their kids playing in corridors without any sense of respect also if they have birthdays parties they open the doors and you can imagine music and noise when I claim they said you don’t see that we have birthday? I don’t recommend any one to come to this buildings because no isolation of noise or voice you can hear everything from outside even your Nabors

    Positives:- good community- Aster clinic & Pharmacy nearby- Burj Khalifa view from the outside of this building- 2 main pools and kids pool availability- Well maintained clean surroundings- Supermarkets, Restaurants, small cafes, laundry services, beauty parlour, spa availability in the same building area.- Easy access to the main roads- Traffic block is very less in this area- Easy access to public transportation ( Bus, Taxi)- 3 car Parking levels ( ground, P1 & P2)- This area is very less polluted.Negatives:- AC cannot be controlled to separate rooms ( in case of 1 bedroom or more bedroom)- Balcony space is limited- 1 Bedroom & above rental is quite expensive for middle class family- Nearest Metro station is Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa station & it takes around 45 mins to reach there if you are traveling via Bus.

    Skycourt Towers is a complex with 6 towers located in Dubai Land next to Al ain road. Easy accessibility to the city and other areas as the road network is very strong. Currently lot of residential buildings are in construction which is good. Also the highway road is getting widened. Work has already started. The area looks potentially positive for investment in real estate.

    Good place for living very nice area and very quiet community have a huge swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool gym 🏋️‍♀️ 💪 and also beautiful play area for children I really love this place.

    This is one of the 6 almost-identical towers of skycouts residential complex to the n)N-E corner, with a very nice open view towards north-east. For me, C is the best out of the six towers complex in terms of orientation, although east-west orientation is not the best option for buildings in general, but for Dubai weather, partial eastward orientation (with a slight north tilt ) seems more reasonable when it comes to heat-gain, and allows receiving enough morning sunlight for hygiene an fresh breeze. In this very tower, the opposite south-west orientation seems also fine for the next-door tower protects the building for the summer direct sun exposure, the view also remains acceptable over the pool and the community enclosure.

    Skycourts towers are 6 towers situated in dubai residence complex also known as DUBAI LAND.Its near to Silicone Oasis and liwan.Good towersGroceries,salon,laundry, pharmacy,restaurants and school is there.6 towers are named as Tower A,B,C,D,E,FIn 2022 there is new development in this area about entrance and exit roads.Its easy now .

    Visited n resided here several times. Although it is a bit out of the way from all tourist places, its quite popular where thousands of expatriates reside.They have a gym in each block and security, too.Ample parking space.They have 2 BHK and Studio Appartments.On the ground floor, they have a medium size super market, saloons ,spa, and a couple of resturants. There are 2 big swimming pools and ample walking paths and play area for kids.All in all its a very good place to reside

    I have lived there for 6 years and i just loved our home. Made so many memories there. They biggest and only drawback is alpha charges. Its just simply tooooooo much. We would not have left this place if it was not because of chiller/alpha bill

    Lived in skycourts for a year now.This week we had seen the worst rain and thunderstorm recorded in UAE history. After seeing so many people’s homes and belongings destroyed I am compelled to write this review.All negatives of skycourts cannot hold a candle to the positives:- not only did our flats not leak water inside, but our cars parked in the basement were perfectly safe.. not a single drop of water!Great work by management and maintenance staff for the upkeep of this building. Although at times we do have a few concerns here and there, but eventually end of the day I find safety and comfort in my own home without worrying about anything. That’s why I’m dropping 5 stars here!

    Its a good family place to live. Very clean, big parking lot. They made sure that each flats or apartments has one alloted parking. They have a pool and garden for kids to play. Theres gym for adult to get fit. Groceries were down. And a good ambience to stay.

    After long research and considering mixed community reviews, we have moved to Skycourts one year ago.Pros :One BHK looks spacious because of its large layouts.Kitchen is well equipped with inbuilt 5 burner gas oven and generous space to fit all our kitchen appliances.Living cum Dining room is spacious enough.Standard Size Bed room with Walk in closets.Decent size Washroom with full size Bath tub (Good for families with kids).Full facility amenities like Family pool, kids pool, Gym, Covered parking, Security assistance etc.Cons:Alpha is the tricky part!! Each apartment has different billing cycle.Try to avoid the Rooms facing to Al ain road, which will have direct exposure to sunlight and will end up paying high AC charges.Lower floor rooms with Pool side facing will be comparatively better.Alpha charges can be compromised based on the Rent you are paying. Try to squeeze down your agent to get the lowest offer to cover it. After all its a good community, Kids and family will really enjoy the space.

    The location is great. Everything is close by. 20 minutes away from the city centre.Its a 6 buildings complex. You get a good community feel. Theres a huge outdoor area for kids to play/hangout.Its got Studios, 1 bhk, 2bhk apartments. Rents are very reasonable compared to other buildings in the same area.

    Best place for those who have kids. Large, fenced play area. Big supermarket downstairs. 2 swimming pools. Bright and big rooms. Love living here. But blind and deaf management. They never paint corridors. I am sure half of the money coming from owners are going into their own pocket only. Have to complain and investigate.

    Very nice neat and clean. The appartments are very spacious..Big cupboards, big wash rooms, open kitchen style but no gas. The main thing is the sunlights comes directly. It is a family building. Markets are available direct access to main road.. In shor perfact from all aspects.

    An excellent family place for residence. Special play area and swimming facility for everyone. Prayer hall for male and female is available. Spectacular view from large glass windows. Exactly located on Al Ain Road. Secure door lock and card accessible entry. Huge car park is available. The residence unit is equipped with modern amenities.

    A friend lives here, and going to her place is always a pleasure. P3 is where we take our kids each time, so that they can play and we can chat. The apartments are very well built, allowing sunlight to come in and air to pass. The corridors are wide and well-lit. The security guards are also always around. The nursery Chubby Cheeks on ground floor, making it very accessible. I like the gentry in general. Gym is an added benefit.I like the car park too. Overall a very nice place to live and socialize.

    Good quality building! Didnt regret coming here. Its like a mini complex itself. Has its own big supermarket, mens and womens salon, pharmacy, restaurants, nursery, medical clinic, 2 schools nearby, huge playground, 2 big swimming pools. Lulu and outlet mall is just 5 minutes drive. Lulu has not opened yet. The only negative part is 25 minutes drive from sheikh Zayed Road and Deira! Other than location, very happy with everything else.

    Dont know why but I like it here, this is my third year. Big rooms, very nice view outside to the open horizon. Beautiful design and great place for kids activity on the common area between the towers. I moved here because there are 3 pools and we love swimming.

    Pros - well controlled by management, strict and allows no nuisance, good play area, amazing gym and poolCons - location is a bit far to main Dubai though Silicon Oasis is close and it is rapidly developing. the building is 12+ years old so not all flats have same cleanliness, a bit overcrowded at times

    Good building location is good. Down there they have supermarket and restaurants. They have musallah. Swimming pool is there. Kids area is there between buildings. About flats rents are reasonable but at the cost of space in flats. Room are not that big.

    Sky courts it is a great place to live. Its one of the iconic apartments in dubai land. There are 6 towers here.They have 2 swimming pools, gyms in each tower, a central park that is connected by all the 6 towers which has kids play area, a great place for evening walk. Multiple level parking that can cater to your guests. There are many supermarkets in close proximity to this tower including Al madina and thomsun supermarket. Another well known spot for this tower residence is the aquila school where people go to play badminton un the evening, there is football court as well as cricket court too.The electricity bill and Ac bill are separate here. Each tower has 1-2 vending machines.They have car cleaning services too that work on monthly basis.

    I like the community. Few friends live there. Great services like washing of your car, apartment cleaning etc on reasonable price. So much fun for kids. Access to malls in Dubai in a short time. Just under 2hrs drive to Abu Dhabi and Alain. Gym, swimming pool facilities are well maintained.

Best Place to live , Good for family and kids, but ALPHA is there like BLOOD ISUCKER, Alpha charged us like arbitrary.. if most peoples leave that apartment cause Of ALPHA, staffs Of ALPHA headweights and Attitudes, who going to Take the flat there please aware about the ALPHA bills are more than RENTNote: i reviewed all the comments and all have same sound about the ALPHA.. if Building Management not take any action against the ALPHA nobody will not stay long there for sure, i strongly recommended to make DEWA billing system there

    Beautiful Residential Building Apartments on Al Ain Road in Dubai at Dubai Land. There are A, B, C, D, E & F Towers in the Skycourts Towers. Covered Parking Available and Lots of Guest Parkings available at Ground Floor Parking . Gym is available in all the Towers. There is P3 Floor where all the Tenents can bring their childrens to play. There is a big Play Area (P3) for Childrens, 2 Temperature Controlled Swimming Pools available. Also there is lots of Walking and Sitting, Relaxing Spaces Available.

    Skycourts is one of the best place to live in dubailand. It has 24 hours taxi queing just downstairs the building. supermarket, restaurants, chin chin, pizza roma and my favorite green hill butter chicken.It has gym in each tower, two swimming pool, and common park on level 3 where children and family can have outdoor activity.Best place in dubailand
