Building have large number of parking. Nice Rooms and all rooms having balcony. Easily accessable location very near to discover garden. Construction finishing stage hope it will open mid of 2019.

This is an apartment building with studio one and two bedrooms units. It has a gym, a swimming pool, a common use lounge as well as a 24 hours security. It is also has outside a barber shop, a dental clinic, a restaurant, a convenient store, a pharmacy a hardware shop.

A very luxurious residential property in Al Furjan. Whenever I visit this place I always make sure to enjoy their amenities, like swimming pool, sauna, steam, gym and their roof deck area where you will feel relax and if you want a little bit of privacy and time of silence. You can just go up to the roof deck and read books just make sure you choose the time when no children or teens are playing because that is also the area where the young adults and children can stay and hang out. Their unit are fully furnished. There are security and lobby area which are well maintained

I have purchased and i am living in that studio here.. Rental is good if you want to buy for investment purpose.. Its near to the metro.. Less than 10 mins walk to metro.. Good location.. But glamz is better if you compare

Today I visited the doctor style clinic and was very pleased, pleasant environment, very friendly and professional staff. I did laser hair removal of the whole body, it was very quick and comfortable, and even pleasant, I did not feel pain or burns. The therapist is a very professional doctor. I am very glad and will definitely go to this clinic. Recommend to everyone as it is really professional.

Recently moved here in StarzTower -1 (By Danube) which has pretty decent area for a valuable money, good security control, easy access to supermarkets, saloons and New metro station likable place giving thumbs up over all.Mr. Anwar Siddique from Tabani-Real Estate, is calming in his approach and manner. Although I have known Mr. Anwar for a short period of time he proved himself to be a conscientious, punctual and diligent person striving to achieve the best outcome. His support in whole process is really appreciable. We really thanks Mr. Anware for all his efforts and help to find us this home.

Good Location, Easy Access to the Metro. I have been staying in Dubai for last 10 years and i have never found any one so professional then Mr. Anwar one of the best agent from TABANI REAL ESTATE. He negotiated with landlord for best price with an excellent service all documents was handed over to me guided me perfectly for ejari and dewa departments as promised he gave me apartment in perfect condition and every thing was on time from his side nothing was hiden like other agent in the area. he take his job really seriously and have better knowledge of real estate market i highly recommend Mr. Anwer to all the other people who are looking for apartments
