Security let me park for 30 mins. He was kind I was just visiting a friend. Seems like a peaceful area. I’d recommend it if you are planning on staying in uae in a fully furnished apartment. Rather straight Airbnb.It’s up to your preference but when looking at the reviews online there some cons. Broker fees etc etc. don’t fall for these tricks. There’s no way they will reject a renter for 160k yearly over 2% commission. Sometimes 4% 8%. Just a straight con. So be careful. Dubai is a safe and wonderful place to live. If you are naive, stay where you are.Dubai is a place of opportunity to either build your business or work with your talent. 3 things in life you need to have, you either have talent, a degree , or become an entrepreneur.The last one is your best option. Have fun be safe 👍

Wonderful, clean, large apartment with a phenomenal view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains. The location is perfect, you can reach the Dubai Mall, Opera, Burj Khalifa on foot in a short time and there is a shop and many restaurants a few minutes away. The apartment has everything, beautiful furnishings, a balcony and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness room on the third floor. We had a great stay and can warmly recommend it recommend.

A beautiful and wonderful place, close to the center of Dubai and a beautiful view of the fountain... Unfortunately, the pool is for both sexes... I suggest that the pool be only for men and another pool designated for women, which is closed.
