It’s a nice place to live, it’s close to the sea. The penthouses are good, with huge balconies. It’s close to the beach too.Nonetheless, there are a few issues. There are cracks in the paint/walls(?), there used to be insects, and it’s overall not well equipped for rain so water often seeps in through the balcony doors. Other than that there’s a pool and a small gym. -
