    Nice community to live in. At the ground floor, games are available for kids snd even billiard available for adults. Also music room and meeting room available but i think prior reservation is required. It is suitable for singles or even small family not big one as most of apartments are either studios or one bed room. Townsquare is a very nice community with many facilities and security available all the time if you have any concern.

    This is one of the most unique residential buildings you will be able to find in the United Arab Emirates, once you walk in you will want to live there.This is a place for fast-paced new generations, creative minds looking for a collaborative environment of living, it has the potential of creating several mini eco-system and community.The shared work/play area adds to the experience of having a relaxing ambiance, imagine having a common shared pool, library, music room, mini theatre a cafe, and a lounge, where you can quickly walk out from a business meeting into the game area or a music room.There is free WiFi in the public area.

    This place has really great facilities. The moment you walk into the lobby, you’d fall in-love with the place. Perfect for people in their 20’s-50’s. Quiet, secure, and clean. There’s also a shuttle bus that’ll take you to Mall of the Emirates and the metro station if you don’t have a car.

    One of the best communitys i have witnessed in Dubai. They have comman area with Pool table, TT, piano and offcourse the musci room. The apartments are not that big but amenities provided are of world class. I bit far but closer to Qudra lake so if u r 🏕 lover thats the place for you

    I love this building for its facilities they have fr there tenants like lounges, meeting rooms, workstations, music area, billiards, table tennis and cinema besides the usual pool & gym. Its just the studio apartment doesnt have windows for fresh air ventilation.
