    One of the best building in Sports city. Great architecture based on Venetian Design.Inside the reception and lobby’s are Graceful with Good Marble.The boulevard walk area is Great for a morning and nice evening Walk. Also all kind of restaurants, clinic , Pharmacy , hairstyle and beauty parlour , two super markets and many things required for daily use are available. U donot have to go out for anything , all ur needs are catered in the Walk area boulevard.Nice canal View. Four playing areas for kids.Mainteance is good both from management for AC and DSC maintenance company which is professional and charges 100 AED for a visit.Overall excellent experience.

    I have been living in this residential area since 2014.One of the best areas in Dubai Land, the Canal Residence are amazing buildings for families, specially with the kids playing area downsides, I rented in the European Building for 4 years and 6 years in the Venetian... I prefer the European as it is smaller, and brighter in corridors.When I first rented in Venetian there was some kind of bad smell, it was solved thankfully.The big problem is the elevators in Venetian, they are not enough to serve the capacity of the building.General problems in all those building:1- AC is always not sufficient in the peak months.2- AC bills are too expensive.3- Finishing is seriously weak, wardrobes shutters are bad, the wood in kitchens and bathrooms are not moisture resistant.4- The drains are always getting blocked.5- Building management needs improving, they must be more residents friendly.

    Over the past five years, weve lived in three apartments in Venetian Tower most recently as owners. The location is great, apartments spacious, good facilities including gyms and pools and a nice outlook. Surprised by some reviews that mention poor maintenance as weve never had any issues.
