    Stunning views from each flat. Massive residential building with 777 flats comprising of Studios, 1BHK, 2BHK & 3BHK. There are some flats with separate Maids rooms too.Very spacious and great amenities.Walking distance to Stadium Metro station and Lulu Hypermarket.Surrounded by major schools and sports facilities for getting kids training.

    A brand new residential building in Qusais.... ideal location for family - hyper market, masjid, retail shops, pharmacy, school, restaurants etc everything at walking distance...every corners of the building & flats offers great views....amazing facilities for family and kids....with kids play area, garden, gym/pool at the P level, no need to go out of the building, and safe for kids....building maintenance also good, as usual typical wasl service....

    2 weeks old in this building.. appartments and overall look and feel is great. Families with small children Will surely have an enjoyable experience because of the safety aspect and in house facilities. the scary part.. unbelievable amount of fire alarms through the day and night and bed room has sounders.. with so many false alarms god keep us safe from the real one. If these alarms dont stop Im sure many along with me are going to vacate very soon.Wasl, my email to your CS about the alarms got a response that i should raise a maintenance request.. 😁 anyway, if youre seeing this then please do something about the alarms..Update: 20July too much of low frequency Music and Movie Audio passing on from neighbours through comon walls /floor/ceiling.

    Nice location.metro access al nadha and stadium. Studio 1 bedroom 2 bedroom 3 bedroom available small balconies.kitchen area is adequate.parking place are roomy. Swimming pool and gym are good.walking place on first floor is good. mosque is adjacent to the entrance.

    Its has everything near it, two cafeterias, Lulu, staduim metro station, one more grocerie shop just beside it, a bank, splash, and a barber shop. Its all nice but the tiles and the wall plastering is not that good.

    Absolutely Loved the experience living in the Masken wasl....A best place for families who have small kids,they will entertain like anything specially in the evenings.The rooms are very spacious especially I love the way how kitchen is well designed...Everything good its a beautiful place😍

    Fresh building, convenient location near the metro, nice swimming pool and patio, all communications are laid out, access to the building is by entering a password. The only negative is the rather inconvenient entry, there is no ring and some left-handed cars constantly drive in and cannot leave, creating a mess.
