    The best property i have ever been in Dubai with its value and quality.     Well it’s was pleasant to talk to the social media team representatives from wasl, the staff was well trained informed and polite.Have been living for more then 12 years with Wasl don’t have much to complain about anything.The maintenance Guy Mohammed Aamir is very good at his work, polite and has good follow up.When I raised an issue about pigeons nuisance in the balcony the supervisor who called to inform they can’t do anything about it and it’s your house you need to clean the mess he was rude.However when the social media team informed that they are in a process of a solution it felt good if only the supervisor had been trained how to speak to customers.Overall a good community to stay in.

    Good for family and it is a closed community, friendly neighbours. There is supermarket within the community. The issue is exit round about from the community is having heavy traffic in peak times of morning and evening, also somewhat caused by Dubai Taxi Departmemt.

    Staying here for the past 2 years. Excellent property with good maintenance for the flats & great flat layouts. High quality materials used in the apartments. Perfect for families. Only drawback is the lack of adequate visitor parkings & gym. Rest is good.

    Nice place for gated community living. Has the hypermarket, pharmacy,barber shop within the compound. Kids play area.. ( rooms space is big )house are big be it studio, 1 bed room or 2/3 bedroom. Access to major roads.E311 is adjacent. Sharjah is 10km distance. Has schools near by.. lulu village has Grocery, hospital and mosque which is 1.5km walk distance.hassle free maintenance from wasl. Good security.

    One of the reason I have rated it 4 stars is because although the masjid is close. prayers and athan/ Iqamah is not audible to the building far. I live in building 23 and I cannot hear any sound from the masjid

    Clean, secured and peaceful family estate with easy access to 311, Airport, Shopping Centre/Mall and other amenities. You could be in downtown or centre of Dubai in few minutes while Sharjah and Ajman are just few minutes drive. Toll (Salik) free road to Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi is just at the back of the estate. A very good place to live.
