    I previously shared my concerns about the lack of a supermarket and the challenges our guests faced with parking. I am truly impressed by how swiftly the Wasl management took action to resolve both issues.     It’s a good community place for families to live in near quasis. Good ambience for kids to run around. Sometimes in the evening there is a foul smell coming from the nearby areas I guess some waste dumping areas nearby.

    Well it’s was pleasant to talk to the social media team representatives from wasl, the staff was well trained informed and polite.Have been living for more then 12 years with Wasl don’t have much to complain about anything.The maintenance Guy Mohammed Aamir is very good at his work, polite and has good follow up.When I raised an issue about pigeons nuisance in the balcony the supervisor who called to inform they can’t do anything about it and it’s your house you need to clean the mess he was rude.However when the social media team informed that they are in a process of a solution it felt good if only the supervisor had been trained how to speak to customers.Overall a good community to stay in.

    Except the dust and severe disturbance due to renovation work with active tenants and also the smell of the waste management unit near neighbourhood everything is good. Rooms are spacious, good maintenance and security

    Staying here for the past 2 years. Excellent property with good maintenance for the flats & great flat layouts. High quality materials used in the apartments. Perfect for families. Only drawback is the lack of adequate visitor parkings & gym. Rest is good.

    Good for family and it is a closed community, friendly neighbours. There is supermarket within the community. The issue is exit round about from the community is having heavy traffic in peak times of morning and evening, also somewhat caused by Dubai Taxi Departmemt.

    Nice atmosphere, you can wake up to the sound of the birds.very spacious apartments. Value for the money.Only problem is the garbage dumbing yard across the road . Some time very rarely you get the smell.

    Good place to stay with families. Big apartments with all the mantainence services all you need to do is request for the service and with in 24hrs mantainence crew will be at your doorstep. Beside that they have a beautiful garden/play area for kids. And they also have 24hrs security available

    One of the reason I have rated it 4 stars is because although the masjid is close. prayers and athan/ Iqamah is not audible to the building far. I live in building 23 and I cannot hear any sound from the masjid
