    Thanks for the opportunity to share the comment.Residing the samari residences since more than 7 years, nice community and we love the community and wasl properties.My little child boy request :U guys can put fences around the parks for All of them and tell the security not to shout at us when we play football because the fence is there to protect the car and plants from getting hit by the ball so it doesnt get damaged and add a gate so that we can enter the park. If possible.Thanks.

    I have been living in Samari residence for almost 3 years. Only the main problem is AC machines are too old. Need to repair few times in a year and make noise.     We have been living in Samari for four years now.It is such a nice family community.Any request that is posted has been resolved quickly by wasl team.But for the past One year people are struggling to find apartments to move in.Even though there are vacancies it is not listed in wasl app or even websites. We are looking for a 2 bhk there since we dont want to leave the community as my kid loves this place..But it is very hard to find one.. we even contacted wasl office , help center, security,website,wasl app to find a 2bhk apartment. We will be forced to leave this place of dont find a 2bhk flat sadly.Dont know why wasl not being transparent about the vacancies..

Fast responds for maintenance Newly added foot ball court and badminton court . Apartment finishes and bathrooms are very basic . Easy to reach to anywhere, public transport available in front of gate. Negatives are 1. Limited extra parking available for visitors. 2. Plants and fences not allowed in balcony over the height of balustrade.

    It is an amazing community to live in. It is inside a compound so it is safe for children. There are many different people here and small playgrounds for the little ones. Overall it is a nice residential place.

    Good place. Very good design and planned place for residence with children play area within the facility. Good internal roads. School buses are allowed inside to pick and drop children almost at the door step. Masjid is very adjacent to the residence with super market,restaurants close by. Access to this place is also good with little traffic around to reach it. The property is maintained by Al Wasl properties.

    I am not a resident. But i visited there this week. Loved the place.. Multi cultural closed community residential apapartments with all amenities provided. There is even masjid inside. Also very neat and organised. Visitors have different parking area which i thought was great for both the residents and visitors. Apartmenta are very nice and clean. Rooms are average size. And the kitchen size is very good for uae rental apartment standards. Overall very impressed with the amenities for that renrental rates.

    Nice gated community eith excellent road connectivity to all major business centers in Dubai and Abudhabi.Well kept and even has facilities for dry and wet waste, collection center for throw away cloths etc. This helps the children in this community develop a sense of sustainable life and to know that there are many kids of their age who live in poverty and lack of resources.Teaching them young to not squander away resources and share is the biggest take away from this apartment complex.

Its served by Several small Malls that are accessible by food from the residence in good weather. All types of amenities like parking area, visitors parking, childrens play area, two lifts for each building, wheel chair access to parking and flat, Badminton court etc. Super Markets, clinics, restaurants, laundry and all other shops like saloons, stationary, textiles, exchange houses etc. 24 hour Security, CCTV in all buildings, restricted access to outsiders.

    Safari residences offer great residency options like a closed community. The homes are well built and have great balcony views with a very clear glimpse of Downtown Dubai. Burn Khalifa appears very clearly.The apartments are spacious and offers 3 and 2 bedroom options. There is ample parking for tenants and visitors alike with guarded entrances. The society is equipped with gym; and outdoor playing area for kids.In the vicinity is a shopping complex that features Cafes, Pharmacy and Clinics. There are also a few petty restaurants.A large Samari Retail shop in the adjacent building is a cherry on the cake. This super market has all the items of daily needs and first needs ranging from fresh Grocery to other fmcg products.Udrive cars are available for self driving and the RTA bus has a convenient stop at walking distance. The traffics to Samari residence from Deira, Sheikh Zayed Road, Silicon Oasis is usually very less and is a quick drive from all of these areas. Metro station is far from here and usually deserted around to find taxis.The rents are good for the spacious apartments.
