Mr.Joseph was always responsive to my queries and ensured that any issues with the property were addressed promptly. The regular updates and financial reports were also appreciated. He ensured any issue with documentation or doubts were resolved for the safety of both the parties. He goes out of his way to assist , he is very professional, calm and ,composed . What I like most about him ,he ensure to assist you in future ,if faced with any shortfall or issues with the tenant, I observed he had same genuine concerns for the welfare of tenant.
