    There are 2 towers; a residential and an office tower.Accessible location on walking distance to Financial Center metro station.The tower is beautiful and there are plenty of supporting facilities inside, including Spinneys, Fogo de Chao bar, a photo studio, and printing studio.If youre visiting the office theres free parking for the first hour.Huge basement parking.

    One of the very accommodating Tower residence Ive been. The management hosted/sponsored an event *DEKA & GOVGAMES Community Qualifier Challenge in their huge park inside the residence.Facilities are clean especially the washroom.Provided a free parking for visitors/participants.Very cool plase for chasing the sunrise.Plus Spinneys! 😉

    One of the good places for the art exhibitions. An artistic place in itself. We had been there recently for two exhibitions. One was the event by Petra & Roxxy fashions, and the other one was Women in Art in which I was also participating with one of my clicks.

    Popular residence in the heart of Dubai. Great duplex apartments within. Doubleyouinteriors are becoming popular in the building with their great designs and transforming the duplexes into heavenly spaces for the tower residents

    We have apartment here and it is one of the best building in DIFC. It is right in the middle of DIFC and you can simply walk to Gate Avenue Mall, 10 mins walking to Dubai mall and 10 mins waking to Emirates Towers. Downstairs of building you have many restaurants and coffee shops, printing, salon, Barry’s gym and Right fit gym, pharmacy and many more. Facility of building includes big pool, jacuzzi, gym, big garden with view to Burj Khalifa. Also they provide free fitness and yoga classes for residents. There are 2 buildings, in one you can live and in another one you can work as it is office building. Also it is very good quality building including duplex apartments and amazing responsive management and security.

    Finally, Innovation Center has been constructed and it killed AERs noise. One of the nicest place to live in Dubai. Quite sad for leaving and moving to downtown from Central Park Towers. Hope to stay again here.2 years ago: It was a nice place to stay but after AER Lounge. You cannot sleep because of their noise until late night like 03:00 am 04:00 am.

    The (office)building is attractive, tidy, and well-cared for, offering plenty of seating adorned with lovely, assorted flower arrangements. The staff is helpful, and the restroom facilities are clean.

    Great residential location, walking distance from DIFC Gate Building and Dubai Mall. Includes 2 larges swimming pools, gym, pool and play room for kids. Apartments are spacious and modern with great view in the higher floors. Spineys just open and other shops available.

    Absolutely amazing place for living, residential towers is the best hands down and location is great too! The tower has two pools and both of them you can see the Burj khalifa, looks amazing at night! Theres also a jacuzzi and a gym. The rooms and corridors are very quiet at day and night time, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Downstairs is a little shopping mall open till very late, fast food also available. Best please for living, you never have to leave the place! Oh also a starbucks!
