Just thought Id share my experience of working with Syed Danial from Expert Properties. Who has a been an absolute gentleman and consumate professional throughout the process of both selling a previously purchased unit and helping me to reinvest for further growth and reward.I contacted over 30 agents last year when I got into financial difficulties to help re-sell a property I purchased in 2022, in a bid to help release my invested funds.Of the 30, only Danial remained in regular contact, and he was the only one who i felt was genuinely sincere and understanding of the urgent need for a sale. He would keep in touch with regular updates, even if only to say there has been no interest. Although, initially there was little to no interest.Fast forward to 1yr post our initial contact. He secured the sale of my property, for a very good price and I could not be happier.He is a genuine, warm and affable individual. His knowledge of the markets is second to none.
