I have kept my furniture and household electronics at Writers Relocation storage service in the container of thier warehouse.I am extremely impressed by the services till date.Starting from the first phone answered by Mr Param and then arranging for survey by Mr Safeer to the warehouse visit tour by Mr Money, and My Kartik to even the coordinator Ms Catherine, everyone was extremely polity, efficient and super cooperative.The packing team that came to my house led by Mr Ray was efficient, skilled and cooperative beyond words.The crate packaging for the TV and other things where needed were done efficiently.Hope the experience continues as same till the end of our terms.I highly recommend anyone looking for national or international reloaction and for storage should use thier services for a smooth transition in your life

Writers Relocation saved the day! We had booked our removals with another company after getting a couple of quotes. We were not at all happy with the way the other company handled our household goods so we asked Writers if they would mind taking over the shipping, even though they were slightly more expensive. You get what you pay for. They were OUTSTANDING. From Safeer who did our initial quote and correspondence to the move team of Raj, Jonathan, Javid and Raza - they were meticulous with everything from paperwork to handling our goods with utmost care. Our experience, right from the time Mr. Safeer first met us, has been very good.The packing team of 5 persons was excellent. The team are very professional and work efficiently but carefully in unpacking and assembling your furniture. They’re also very careful with all the smaller and/or fragile items. A team arrive and they all are equipped to deal with most needs and are very responsive if you need to contact and have anything further arranged/agreed. We also needed a handyman who were both also keen to help but just need to make sure you hand the guys any manuals as they sometimes don’t know if the furniture you have is not one they are necessarily familiar with, you should advise them of how or where you want things to be done or placed. Otherwise the team are super friendly and very pleasant to be around whilst your home is being unpacked and can feel chaotic amongst all the wrapping being undone. It is our second time moving with Writer, this time within Dubai; Daryl was quick to organize everything and the team was punctual and responsive to my requests. Everything was brought in good condition, including a fragile display cabinet and my husband’s 600l fish tank! And all for a very reasonable price. We only had a few marks on the walls to wipe off, but I strongly recommend this company for international and national moves.

To be honest, we chose Writers over others because of Sanjeev´s can do attitude and advice. Sanjeev was responsive with quotes and suggestions right until the end - even when he was on vacation. Divya was extremely good in sending regular updates and keeping us informed. The packing team was fabulous - special mention to Cristobal, who led his entire team and packed each and every breakable item with so much care ! Despite our shipment being in their warehouse for over 5 months - not one thing was broken and there was no damage. Super happy with their services and wish them the best.

I Booked an international relocation service from Dubai. My first leg was absolutely immaculate. Amazing service. The packers were on time arriving a few minutes before the appointed time of 8am. The packing was done professionally, in excellent materials and a packing list provided for all the stuff packed. The movers themselves led by Supervisor Anuj were very professional, courteous and completed the work in the alloted time. They left the house clean without abandoning packing materials and tape as some movers do. Would 10/10 recommend for any Dubai relocation and moving jobs.

We have had Writers manage several of our moves-they have always been very professional but the experience in Dubai has been exceptional. Saranya-our coordinator has always been available to respond to any query or request from our side, at any time. Anuj our team lead truly led from the front and had the confidence and respect of his team, he was the first one to pick up any heavy load, he was very methodical and organized, he managed his team with skill and patience-getting the best out of every team mate. Wilson is a very rare combination-he was extremely skillful in dismantling complicated furniture and in crating fragile paintings and glassware,he was just as hard working,lifting and loading in the Dubai heat, always quiet and positive. Writers have done a fantastic job in hiring people with the right attitude and then training them well. We shipped all our household goods from South Africa to Dubai recently, and WRS was responsible for transporting the goods to our home and unpacking everything. From the moment they arrived (on time) everything was just meticulous, no chaos, no confusion. Within a matter of hours everything was unpacked and put in its place, down to the last teaspoon. Relocating is hard, but WRS made this a pain-free experience which I am very grateful for. I cannot recommend them enough.Special shoutout to Ms Divya who kept us informed of progress and ETA of our goods throughout, as well as Mr Chengappa who was leading the team on the day of delivery.
