Lived here for 4 years, one of the best looking building and lobby. I’m sure there were ups and down but were handled well by the management. Round the clock security, even in morning 3am the security is attentive. Lovely lobby to chill with friends. Bit expensive but it is a good place to stay if you can afford it. Next to petrol station now and newly opened Fay bridge. At the entrance of IMPZ. I’ll definitely miss the building.

I have lived a beautiful five years in this building at the end I had to relocate to DH2, want to thanks the team for the support specially Mahmoud since day one assisting in issues problem escalation during my attendance and my absence you are a star . Thanks Alwan family for wonderful stay and time

New Residency building .. neat and clean tower with swiming pool ( for kids separate). Almost occupied by the tenants. At very very convenient location. City center at a walking distance. Kids play area, shared gym etc. Almost all the facility is available in this tower.

The best sizes and the best quality in impz and specially the entrance it’s like a hotel apartment and the bills of ac actually started to become very low and the Maintainence is great they respond very fast
