Air Better is a really great agency. After checking in, there was a mix-up with Kempinski Dubai Mall and Address Dubai Mall, as I had specifically requested the new Address Dubai Mall near Chinatown. It seems the sales team may not have been aware of the new location, but that’s okay.Mr.Noam N team ( on site Management ) promptly arranged for me to be moved to Burj Royale Residences for my convenience, which was an upgrade at no extra cost. Hope sales team will be more specific about Properties next time.Kempinski Residence ( OLD address dubai mall) is clean n good for couples which can be great property for tourist as it’s convenient for access to Dubai Mall.Mr. Noman was extremely attentive and cooperative throughout the process. He communicated well and was a friendly, helpful manager.Kudos to the Air Better team!

I really liked the work of the agency, it was a nice, clean apartment, I was very pleased with my stay, I especially want to mention the Ashan employee, he was always in touch and quickly tried to resolve issues and even brought water and fruit when I asked due to the fact that there was a hurricane and they couldn’t get to me more than one delivery of products, for which special thanks to him 🙏 I will cooperate with them again
