    I stayed at Al Marsa Properties for many months, and it truly felt like home. From the very beginning, Assia, who showed me the apartment, was extremely professional and supportive. She made the move-in process smooth and was always there whenever I needed anything during my stay.The apartment was in a great location, with daily cleaning and well-managed facilities. The entire experience was comfortable and hassle-free, thanks to the high level of service and attention to detail.I’ll be returning to Dubai after the summer and will definitely rent from Al Marsa holiday home again. Highly recommended!

    I recently stayed in a wonderful apartment in Dubai Marina, and I can’t recommend it enough! The window view is absolutely breathtaking—perfect for watching the sunset over the water. The apartment is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, providing all the amenities you could need.Assia, our host was fantastic. She was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From providing local tips to making sure we had everything we needed, her hospitality truly made a difference.The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would love to return. Highly recommend!

    Really good services aparment is wonderful near clean and have soft linen pillow and blankets. It is in center of dubai just 2 minute away from tram and metro walkable distance from beachI really strongly recommend to stay with them
