Outstanding, awesome communication from Norman. Super friendly and the apartment was perfect, we arrived very late and they were there to greet us. Apartment was fully loaded with all the little extras we hadn’t expected, it immediately felt like home. We loved it and the agent, we have lived and worked in Dubai previously and this met our expectations entirely for a family of 4 from the UK with two teenage children. Thank you very much.

I stay 2 months the price was bit higher for the apartment I should to stay 1 month I extend. dealing with jenny was soso but it was really pleasure to meet Dony. In 2 years in Dubai I never meet someone so helpful, reactive and professional. Thank you again for everything.

I stayed in one of the APAL apartments. It was exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean, well furnished and everything was in good condition. More importantly the service I received was very attentive. They responded very quickly to any enquiry or issue. Providing a toaster and a spare set of bedding within hours of asking. The WhatsApp group they set up to facilitate communication was extremely helpful and no problem was too small for them to respond to. I enjoyed my stay there so much I extended my stay for an additional three months and was offered a discount on the rental without even asking. Dony and Mohannad who liaised with me during my stay were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. I cannot recommend APAL enough. Rent from them with confidence!

I had rented the place for my parents to stay in while they were visiting me in Dubai. The process of renting with APAL holiday homes was a very smooth and simple process. The person i met was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything you needed. It was a very well kept, quiet apartment.Highly recommended. Doni is the guy to talk to!Unlike other holiday homes they dint hustle me for my security deposit. The total refund was given to me on the spot of my check out as i had handed over the apartment in the same condition that was given to me.
