    We stayed at Blue Beach Tower with my family for a week and had such a great time. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely Von from Philippines. She was warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She also gave us helpful tips and recommended some really good spots to eat around the area. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests—her hospitality was next level and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also perfect—close to everything and super convenient. Overall, we had a lovely experience, and Von’s amazing service definitely stood out!

    A luxurious hotel in an excellent location. Clean and quiet, well equiped room, will happily book another stay here. All the staff where wonderful, Rodney our concierge was exceptional in assisting us! Aya at the front desk was amazing in helping us with a late checkout!

    We stayed at the Blue Beach tower for 4 days in a 3 bed apartment which was large and spacious. The beds were comfortable and water was provided everyday. Good location to the beach with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. A particular thank you to Ronnie!

    I loved the stay! Everyone was so helpful and showed so much love. The rooms was kept very very clean and the views was more than amazing! Rodney one of the staffs at the blue beach was extra extra helpful and made me and my family feel so welcomed! Just because of Rodney especially would be the reason I attend this hotel again!     The kitchen needed extra glasses. More cleaning equipment as we ate Breakfast in our apartment. The pool area could do with an upgrade. But besides all that it was a wonderful apartment. Lots of space for 6 people. Definitely recommend

    It was an amazing experience in Blue Beach Towers Hotel.Location is fantastic, everything is close to you ( shopping mals , beach, restaurants. Bellboy Rodney was top notch. Hotel room was fenomenal, 4 bathrooms, 3 bedroom with large living room and spacious kitchen. I recommend this hotel to be in when visiting Dubai

    The location was great, both the beach and the Marina are accessible within minutes by foot with all the restaurants and entertainment they offer. The place was big which was great for a group of 5 people, enough room so we wouldnt be on each other toes, with a decent living area space.The gym is also decent in size with a fair amount of equipment. The pool is nice however because of its location, surrounded by buildings, the sun exposure can be limited.The breakfast is also fairly good with nice varied buffet.

    We booked this hotel via AGODA service and were really happy when we entered the hotel. Starting from beginning everything was perfect.Location - top!!! Just 5-7 minutes to the beach, center and metro station. Supermarket inside of this buildingService - reception lady Von was sooo polite and kind, She made upgrade for luxury room with 3 bedrooms instead of 2 that weve booked.Room size and clearence are perfect!Definetly recommend to stat here for everybody!

    Nearly maintained. Has got a very good view of the bay. Lifts are super fast. Room service was great.They can probably allow a visitor parking for 30 mins on the ground floor rather letting everyone to park at the basement.Overall the place is crowded with visitors round the clock. Moving around JBR must be very difficult during the work hours

    The hotel is in Dubai Marina, which is a very beautiful place. The hotel itself is cheap, which is good. We booked the cheapest suit, but we got a free upgrade to a bigger room on the 39th floor (the building is 50 floors). Our room was 150m² which is a little smaller than our house, so it is quite big. It had 3 bedrooms, a living room, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, an empty room (i dont know why :) ) in the master bedroom and in the living room was a big flat-screen, and it had a big balcony. The hotel itself is the biggest skyscraper hotel in Dubai Marina, and it has some stores in.

    The best hotel ever i used to there with my family 6 years ago and the last time I went was 1 month it has great hospitality great room service and the best thing is the swimming pool and the other best thing is the you can go walk at the gbr which has anything you want like shops for shoes and clothes and it also has sport cloths and stuff and it has restaurants like raising canes chipotle and many other restaurants and it is also is beside a beach and the hotel has shops a supermarket and everything you want

Room cleaning is excellent. Everything in the room is in good working order, down to every little detail, sockets, buttons. The room itself has been slightly renovated, fresh and clean. Great beach, pool, towels. Large area for walking.Restaurant: I think this is a special merit of the hotel! And for me it’s going to be the first choice to stay in Dubai for future.     Had a very comfortable stay at blue Beach Tower as a couple. All of the guys at reception were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. Maintenance are extremely efficient and ready to fix any type of fixtures or fittings problems. Please note that the furniture and designs of the rooms and bathrooms is quite outdated as it is 90s style. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to others :-)

    We had a great stay in this hotel. Rooms have always been cleaned thoroughly. The pool area was nice and the water was super warm. I would like to praise Maria, Raoua and super nice gentleman at the front desk who checked us in, for going extra mile to accomodate us. Actually, everyone was super nice and we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, too.

    It was a perfect week vacation stay at this luxury 5 stars hotel within September 2024, all services were perfectly provided and the delicious food and beverage menu is full of variety and the breakfast was very rich and delicious with the experience of the restaurant chef and crew especially Abdul Muttalib and Urmila the beautiful indian smily lady. Hope to come back again sooner.

    The hotel location is great, the view is very nice , restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy and supermarket are just beside the hotel.Special thanks for the recipient Avi, she was very kind, helpful, and a great personality so our check-in was very smooth and fast even though there was a serious issue in the electricity in the hotel due to rain storm in Dubai on 16th April 2024.The hotel is family-friendly.Unfortunately, the hotel services and response are poor, and not even up to even 1 star hotel.No one is answering the phone, no one is in the reception and after calling many times, we asked for tea but not received at all. ☹️☹️☹️

    Lovely hotel, great location. Coffee machine in the room was the only thing missing for a 5 star, but we loved all the facilities. There is a heated pool, sauna, spa, huge gym and a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs which was very convenient. You can walk to JBR Beach, Blue Waters Island, and Dubai Marina from the hotel and if you dont enjoy walking there are scooters to get to Marina. We loved it. Great vibe. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again. Within walking distance of many restaurants.

    Great hotel in a great location, simply a few steps away from the centre of Jumeirah walk. Me and my wife were only at the Blue Beach Tower for one night (20th September 2023) but I must say the service from YASIR WAS OUTSTANDING. He was extremely polite and professional, and very friendly. He also upgraded our room which was a lovely gesture for first time stayers.     • Very spacious apartment on the 45th floor with stunning views of Palma and Marina. The high-speed elevator with a view is a separate attraction. The location is the best. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants and supermarkets. There are often traffic jams in terms of access. But the metro is only a 15-minute walk. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Kind and helpful staff, they organized room cleaning at a time convenient for us.• Bathrooms need updating, especially faucets.

    In September 2023, our family stayed at The Blue Beach Tower The Walk JBR, Dubai for a vacation. We were accommodated in an apartment of 240 m2, which in our opinion was just wonderful. We each had our own room with an en-suite bathroom, while the windows of the apartments had a magnificent view of the bay. The air conditioning in the apartments was also excellent. We especially want to mention the high-speed elevators, which also had a wonderful view of the city. The staff at the pool and at the entrance to the hotel are very responsive and attentive, which was manifested in their independent initiative to help or prompt in case of difficulties. The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, however, special vacuum-packed capsules were needed for the capsule coffee machine, which are not available in the hotel, and even more so no supermarkets, but its not terrible since there is an Italian restaurant next to the hotel, they make great coffee there. Beach towels are provided free of charge. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes. The location of The Blue Beach Tower The Walk JBR is perfect. During our stay at the hotel, we should have had vivid impressions and positive emotions in view of the above, but by the end of our stay, namely after returning to the room on 17.09.23 at about 11.00, we found a cleaned room and the loss of a bag with purchases after shopping, the loss of a small amount of money from a beach bag (gold, watches, cash were kept in a safe, and therefore they were not touched). We did not call the police, because we decided that the hotel security department would solve this simple issue, because apart from the cleaning staff, no one entered the apartment in our absence, so we turned to the hotel staff, and they, in turn, referred the problem to the hotel security department. As a result, this problem, unfortunately, hung and remained between the reception staff and the hotel security department. Thats how we faced the indifference of the staff and the unwillingness to understand the situation. Perhaps if the general manager of the hotel had been aware of the current problems in his hotel, the attitude of the staff would have been completely different to the guests.P.S. We still believe that these are great, spacious, clean apartments with a magnificent view and everything necessary for a vacation.

    We lived on the 41th floor with a great view. It was a spacious apartment and each bedroom had their own bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. Room service was good, as soon as we asked for something they brought it very fast. Nice staff, excellent location. Close to restaurants, the beach, farmacies, supermarkets, etc. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here.
