Stayed with this company a second time as the first experiance was amazing ...seemlesas checkin amazing clean rooms at A grade standard ..Full support By hosts Faiz and Maywish making sure that me and my family were comfortable and attended to.I have stayed in multiple Apartments in Dubai over the last two years and each experiance has been unique.Caabi as a company and Maywish the host she goes above and beyond to make sure the accomodation provided is tailored to meet family needs and goes meets expectations .The board games,playstation , the views , pool areas ,Playgrounds ,snacks in the room and the standard of cleanlyness wow wow wow.Mywish is a Gem of a host and its because of her i believe this company will be very successful .Thank you for having us and thank you once again May wish for being the perfect host.Thanks for making this holiday very memroble.

A Top-Notch Stay at The Cinema Suite – Highly Recommended!My stay at The Cinema Suite in Dubai was nothing short of exceptional. Even before I arrived, the host, Abi, was incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. Throughout my stay, Abi went above and beyond, fulfilling even the smallest requests with kindness and efficiency, making the experience truly special.A special thank you as well to Faiz, who welcomed us so warmly. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable from the very start. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay.The apartment itself was absolutely top-notch. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, blending luxury with comfort. The private cinema setup was outstanding—crystal-clear visuals, immersive surround sound, and plush, ultra-comfortable seating made for the ultimate movie night. It’s also a fantastic place for kids, offering both entertainment and a comfortable space for families.The location is perfect, with Dubai Mall just a short distance away, making shopping, dining, and entertainment easily accessible. Plus, the stunning view from the apartment added to the overall experience. The Burj Khalifa view from the poolside was simply breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Dubai.The generous discounts offered were also a wonderful bonus! After such an incredible experience, I can confidently say that this will be the only place I stay whenever I visit Dubai. I was in this place for 4 days, if I could I would live there permanently. The apartment is beautifully finished, everything you need, washing machine, fridge freezer, bathtub, shower. huge TV with smart tv function, YouTube, netflix, console. simply everything. large comfortable bed in the bedroom with a beautiful view, I could wake up like that every day. The opinion will not express my satisfaction and gratitude for this stay.First class communication, everything explained, I felt like a VIP😅 thanks mainly to Faiz who waited for me for almost 3 hours, despite fasting. I felt like I was talking to a friend, I will definitely come back, I promise. With my long legs, walking to the Burj took me 5-7 minutes😅downstairs by the skyscraper there is a 24-hour shop, plus its close to top restaurants, I recommend Navat and Salvaje🫡 Thanks again to the whole team. We stayed a week with the family in Dubai, & Cat & Abi made our stay extremely comfortable. The apartment has amazing views of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai fountain and waking distance to Dubai mall. The apartment had all the facilities you can ask for and well presented and clean.Cat & Abi, were great hosts and were always available to assist at any time.I highly recommend this place when you’re in Dubai next time.

It is the best place to stay in Dubai! Amazingly beautiful screenery. At night weve enjoyed the fountains show and performance show on the Burj Khalifas building just comfortably sitting in our balcony. Perfect location, new, clean, well equipped, comfortable and stylish appartament. And the amazing host! Weve arrived early, but we were allowed to drop the bags in the app before check in time. Friendly, helpful, quick responding, etc. and etc. :). Thank you!!!!!!!!P.S. Imagine, you lay in your bed and you are watching the highest building of the world...

We stayed at Cat & Abis place in downtown Dubai for 4 nights in December. The location is perfect and you cant beat the view! The hosts are very accomodating. Highly recommend.

Spent 6 weeks at one of Caabi Boutique Homes apartments downtown, and had an exceptional experience. The apartment was well equipped and comfortably furnished, making the extended stay feel like home! The building (Burj Royale) was excellently maintained with great amenities, and was well staffed. Most importantly, the Caabi team was extremely responsive and helpful, and gave attention to the details to make the stay very comfortable and easy. Will definitely use their services in the future.

We cannot choose better accomodation for our first time in Dubaj. It was so close to the centre, so beautiful, clean and roomy and also the host was sooo nice to us. Any time ready for help and give us an advice. Thank you again for your friendly hospitability and profesionality.

1. Good location (distance to Dubai Mall and downtown is about 10 minutes on foot for adults, making it a great location for sightseeing)2. Connection with other tourist attractions (It is about a 10-minute walk from Burj Khalifa subway station, so it is convenient to travel to other places such as Jumeirah even if you do not have a car.)3. Condition of the accommodation (there was some wear, but the bedding, shower room, kitchen, etc. were very clean and good.)* The entire Dubai city is very clean (especially the bathrooms).# Highly recommended if you are traveling to Dubai.
