Excellent Living spaceCBD 21 in Dubai International City is a well-maintained building with a great location. The building is clean, secure, and well-managed, with responsive maintenance staff and a welcoming environment. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, offering good natural light and ventilation. The common areas, including the lobby and corridors, are always kept tidy.The location is also a big plus, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. Parking is convenient, and the surrounding area is peaceful. Overall, its a great place to live or set up an office. Highly recommended!

Apartments are really good and spacious. Security is provided 24/7. The swimming pool is well maintained. There is also a gym, but few regular equipments are missing.

Residential building in International City, no bachelors are not allowed with security, clean and tidy, well maintained. Easy access to bus stop, next to Al Madina Supermarket across the street. The corridors are clean. They swimming pool and gym. Papa John Pizza is very near. If my review helped you please give a like.

I have lived in CBD-21,Flat no 209, the owner is very greedy and will not return security amount properly. Please beware of taking this flat and I am sure you will regret later if you take .
