Silvia is fantastic host! So helpful, available and friendly. The location of the apartment was fantastic, walk away the beautiful marina, beach and the walk JBR. The apartment was large, spacious, clean and homely. It was perfect for a family of 4, with a young baby. Car parking was available for free and in good location near entrance. We were more than satisfied with our choice to stay in this apartment.

Best place to stay in Dubai. Situated very close to Marina promenade(3 min) and JBR beach(also 3 min). I would like to point out that the apartment is spacious, very clean and well located. There’s an allday market at the doorstep open non-stop. I highly recommend this place!

We vacationed in Dubai in March-April 2021. We took the choice of place to stay very seriously. Because we were with a child.I want to say that the apartment exceeded expectations. Clean, bright, quiet side, all the furniture is new. The kitchen has all the utensils. Large, spacious bedroom and huge bed.The big plus is the first floor. No need to wait for the elevator.Great area and condo. 50 meters from the apartment there is a supermarket that has everything you need. minutes from the sea, 10 minutes at a calm pace to the Marina Dubai walking area.Sylvia, the owner of the apartment, is a superwoman 🦸‍♀️ who will be happy to help. Special thanks to her. She made our holiday great.For myself, I know for sure that if I vacation in Dubai, then only in these apartments.

Simply 5 stars because nothing to say. First time in Dubai trying to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel with 3 children. And Bun 100% satisfied, first of all Silvia is an exceptional person, she doesnt always give up on you, she guides you to meet your needs. Incredibly kind. Arrival was very easy thanks to his help, the apartment was very clean, very beautiful, spacious, nothing was missing at all unlike others in Dubai where you arrive and there is absolutely nothing to help out for the first day.. Silvia really thinks of everything. Whether its from the travel cot, baby stroller, high chair to the laundry product for the dishwasher.... very rare in Dubai.You are very well located. You do everything on foot and especially since you are on the ground floor, the swimming pool is very convenient and right next to it and the supermarket open 24 hours a day below the swimming pool.There is access to five swimming pools and I find it great with children because from one swimming pool to another the sun does not hit the same. I have already recommended Silvias apartment to several of my friends, we went as couples with children so Silvia also offered them a second accommodation which was super clean also with a view of the sea 100 meters from ours it was great access to the same swimming pools also etc... to do it again I will return 10,000 times to this place with Silvia. (We had booked 10 days at Silvias and 5 last days in an apartment near the burg Khalifa and we regretted not staying 15 days at Silvias unfortunately she already had a reservation after us. Because the apartment near the burg Khalifa we were super disappointed contrary to the announcement posted so be very careful where you are going and especially that in the end we had taken a car rental for 25 euros per day so we can go wherever we want when we want to park Atlantis burg mall deira everything is 15 minutes away by car with waze it’s super easy even for a first time! Here everything was perfect!

The apartment is perfect. It is luxury. Neatly clean. Comfortable. The owner is so cooperative and lovely. She treated us really special, she gave the best service ever by her own and she was connected with us 24 hrs for any help. We were so happy and comfortable. Everything I needed was offered in the apartment. We spent a lovely days as a family and kids. I appreciate the efforts which is putted in the apartment to make the visitors the best holiday in the JBR. The location is the best.The apartment is very clean, tidy and elegant. We very much enjoyed the stay. Everything I wanted was available. The apartment owner was very helpful and kind. She treated us with interest and was there to help throughout the stay. The location is excellent. The apartment is comfortable for families with children.
