    The apartment is large and spacious, great location and close to the metro. The building is quiet and safe. Jonas helped us to solve some issues (new chairs and some instructions), so thanks again. We would like to suggest some minor works in the apartment since it has a great potential.     I stayed for a little over two weeks in one of DAIFY’s apartments in District One. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but it seriously lacks amenities—there isn’t even a convenience store nearby, which makes daily life a bit inconvenient.The host is available and responsive, which is a big plus. However, I find the price exorbitant given the lack of infrastructure in the area. Overall, a good experience, but the cost is hard to justify.

    WOWWW!!! Beautiful apartment. Beautiful view of the canal and Burj Khalifa. Location is great and in the middle of the city so it was a quick drive to Dubai Mall, Burj, Gold Souk market etc. Cabs are easy to find from the entrance. There were restaurants within walkable distance. The apartment is very well kept and had all the amenities that are listed in the listing. The host was super responsive (even in the middle of the night). Would 100% recommend and book again. Thanks Daify for making our Dubai stay a memorable experience.

    Great place conveniently located in the heart of downtown Dubai with a lot to explore within walking distance and a designated parking spot for extra comfort. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to those planning a visit to the UAE 🇦🇪

    I would like to say thank you to Jonas and her team regarding our stay in Ahad Residence. She was available and responded to all my inquires during time that we stayed in the Ahad Residence. Also, the place was brand new, never lived, bright and cozy and defiantly I recommend their agency for short term holiday homes. It was great pleasure meeting her and Christina in person and for sure in our next visit we are going to contact them to rent a place instead of search for hotels or dealing with other holiday homes. I recommend them million times.

    Its a lovely home. I had a wonderful experience here. The hosts are really nice and helpful and I had a great time. Location is perfect, I was able to walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are small supermarts and cafe below the building which was a massive plus.Would love to stay here next time as well.

    I would like to comment about Daify holiday homes.My friend and I have been to many various countries, and I try to share information about the locations and businesses I enjoyed so that others can have the finest experiences possible.We stayed in the apartment for 10 days. Thanks to Kristina and the Daify holiday homes staff we spent lovely time there. A large space, separate rooms, and a fully functional kitchen were all considered.The view out the window was really amazing. The property is a short 7-minute walk from the metro and the sea.The apartment has everything a tired traveler may want or need for comfort: Internet, TV, a sense of total security and hospitality, excellent beds, and nice bed linen.I recommend Daify Holiday Homes to everyone as a trustworthy company, we were never disappointed.Nice to meet you!     This house is perfect and awesome. I stayed it during 2weeks, Everything was perfect. calm and safety. Plus Very near to supermarket. very close complex mall and resturants. very good enviroment for exicies and jogging, Beautiful cannal is near. room view was fantastic. you have to see everything in the room. AC and loundry machine, kitchen, microwave, very good showeroom. garbage area located same floor (cross theelavator). Its also very comfortable, Amazing!! super recommend to this house. 10,000% sure I will use this house again. Mr. Jonas really thanks for your kindness.

    Apartments located in one of the most touristic area. We had a lot cafes and restaurants near by. And just few minutes walking distance to the beach. Inside of apartments we’ve got everything we need, kitchen appliances, plates, etc. and what was so important, It was quite.
