I had a fantastic stay at this phenomenal home! The rooms are spotless, the upholstery is pristine, and the kitchen is fully furnished and well-equipped—everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Situated in a peaceful, uncrowded part of Dubai, the property offers a perfect retreat while still being conveniently connected.The metro station is just a short 10–15 minute walk away, and with Uber and Careem services easily accessible, getting around Dubai is seamless. Theres also a 24/7 supermarket nearby, which was incredibly handy for any last-minute or emergency purchases.Dhaval was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Whether it’s your first visit to Dubai or your 100th, I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of downtown. The apartment is situated in ACT One, which is just behind the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Everything is within a 3 to 10-minute walking distance. It is absolutely comfortable.The apartment is very clean and well-managed. Bring your essentials, such as tea, coffee, and something for breakfast, and enjoy living with your family as if you were at home. I had a perfect business trip with some colleagues; in fact, this place is wonderful for both family and business stays. Trust me it’s not that expensive as you would think!The coordinator was very helpful and stayed in touch with me throughout my stay. Thank you, everyone!

One of the best stays ive rented! The interior is so pintrest vibes ! Loved everything about this apartment specially the balcony view showing the whole marine 🛥️ i loved also how clean it was and everything you need is there from wifi to kitchen tools etc.. definitely not my last time . I am happy with the apartments service. Especially their CADILLAC SERVICE I am so amazed I loved the car the driver was patient because we left something’s in the airport he is very kind and helpful.The car is bigger enough that we all fit and seat our legs widely 😜😜😜 Thank you for the Cadillac service which you offered I am so great full.The driver doesn’t drive fast he drives to make sure that you enjoy the ride.I have so much to comment but because of time and space I won’t be able toThank you again.

I stayed in Daniels Holiday Villa for 3 nights and it was the best time! The villa is very aesthetically pleasing and the whole interior design was amazing!! The pool cleaners came everyday to clean our pool and the rooms were very well furnished, comfortable, clean, and very very calming. The bathrooms and shower pressure was also great. Air conditioning was perfect, very cold, adjustable and easy to use.I would also like to thank their agents for the great service and fast response to our requests. We had a few requests and they catered to our needs very quickly and efficiently.The villa’s view was just amazing. As I was sitting by the pool, I can see the people in the gulf course playing and the greenery was just breathtaking.I am definitely coming back for more stays at this villa. I tried so many villas in Dubai with different providers and so far this one was the best in terms of cleanliness, interior & exterior design, view, and service. 10/10 👍🏻💯💯💯

Excellent stay at Five the Palm with Daniels Holiday Homes. Payment, check in, check out, etc all went smoothly. Communication was very quick as well. The unit was spacious, clean, and stocked with proper amenities as advertised. I even left and item behind and Daniel & his staff went above and beyond to return it to me.Additionally, my friends also rented a unit at the same time and had an excellent stay.We will use Daniels again for future stays.

Im a resident in Dubai and we had to vacate our apartment for a while and we decided to stay in one of the Daniels Holidays Homes apartments in Palm Jumeirah. We have stayed in different apartments for about a month with my family (with a toddler and a new born). Apartments are very well maintained. We have seen exactly the same apartment that we have seen in the pictures earlier. This is not the case in most of the holiday bookings in different websites . Daniels Holiday Homes Team is extremely supportive and flexible. We had to extend our stay 4 times with short notice I must say I have been so amazed with their response time and support level.I have already recommended to several people around me and definitely consider to get their service again if needed.Thank you very much team, and special thanks to Malki who has been available 24/7 and put so much effort to support us !

I loved my stay. The apartment is beautiful, calm, spacious and comfortable. I also loved that it comes with women, men and mixed gyms. You are facing the Burj Khalifa while inside the jacuzzi, it gives a nice view at night. Last but not least for this detail that I mostly appreciated; the slide window/door was tinted. Which means that you can still get a nice sleep during the day if had a night out. I will come back again.
