We recently stayed in La Cote Building 4 - 503 at Port de La Mer, as first-time parents with our baby, and it was fantastic! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very quiet—ideal for a little one’s nap time. The entire complex is very stroller-friendly, with easy access paths and elevators, everything was accessible, from the building to the surrounding areas. The beach was just a short, stroller-friendly walk away, perfect for peaceful morning walks with our little one. So we never had to worry about navigating with our stroller. We loved taking peaceful walks around the area; there are plenty of safe, open spaces where babies can enjoy the surroundings.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. We felt truly at home and would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with young children. Cant wait to come back!

I recently stayed at La Cote Building 4-504 in Port de La Mer with my family, including our baby, and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is very clean, modern, and quiet, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing family trip. It’s also very baby-friendly, with spacious rooms and a safe environment, which helped us feel right at home. The host was easy to communicate with, accommodating all our needs promptly and making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We’d highly recommend it for families traveling with young children! 🤗🤗

We had a wonderful time at this place. Amazing people, great views and excellent experience. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the beach. nice and clean, quiet and safe with wonderful view from the balcony. Excellent service provided by the management. We plan to visit this place again and highly recommend it. Thank you to everyone who made our trip so relaxing and welcoming.

This place deserves 6 out of 5. Everything you would need to feel like home was beautifully there. And the terrace was just the cherry on the top. Especially that the area was quiet and peaceful. So sitting on that terrace at night was a real treat.In addition to having an access to the beach and 2 pools one of them is for children.It’s also 15 minutes walk to La mer beach which is nice too.I would definitely recommend it and also book again.

Port de La Mer must be included in your Dubai itinerary and this accommodation is the perfect place for family and big group of friends to stay.The accommodation is not only spacious but has the most scenic view in the area.

The apartment is an absolute dream and a perfect base for exploring Dubai! With an Uber you can be in the center in no time. After a day of exploring, a gigantic view awaited us from the balcony of the Airbnb! The pool and gym are also great and definitely go beyond the normal Airbnb standard😍 The contact with George was always very good and all of our wishes were taken into account. The apartment itself is a highlight in itself when you are in Dubai and we can only recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much again for everything, we felt like we were at home🤗

I can write endlessly about this apartment... it captivated us at first sight with its comfort, beauty and cleanliness! A huge terrace with beautiful views in different directions. Comfortable furniture, beautiful dishes, the kitchen has everything! Bravo to the designer! The beach is literally around the corner, but there is another large, well-maintained beach, La Mer, a 10-minute walk away. 5 swimming pools, a new supermarket, salons, there is absolutely everything here! Many thanks to George and his assistants for communication and warm welcome🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

Simply an incredible location from the roof terrace overlooking the sea.The pool and a fitness studio are right on the doorstep. Pure relaxation, no matter your preferences.I can only recommend them to everyone
