Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, offering quick and easy access to Dubai Mall and other key attractions. The area is quiet and safe, providing a peaceful and comfortable environment to relax after a day of exploring the city. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making our experience even better. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dubai!

We stayed at these apartments – overall, a very good experience. The only downsides were an uncleaned mirror in the room, an unvacuumed sofa in the living room, and a non-working oven. However, everything else was great: convenient location, excellent communication with the hosts. The apartment is directly connected to Dubai Mall, so access to grocery stores and everything else is extremely convenient. I definitely recommend it, and we’ll stay here again next time.

Location, cleanness, safety, access to the mall and balcony view, it is located in the 15th floor so it was really nice to look at the city both day and night. The professionalism of greeting you and making sure you know how to access and use the facility. The apartment has everything iron, hair dryer, washing machine, oven, TV and free internet.

Top marks for the company managing this property with a special shout out to Faizaan and Marry. They were professional, efficient, flexible and very responsive. I stayed in Downtown Views 1 which is adjacent to Dubai Mall and the 5-min walk to the mall is sheltered and air conditioned all the way. The property is new and kept very clean. One of my best apartment (non-hotel) stays.

Wonderful apartment with very well equipped tools for your stay. The staff are wonderful and helpful with quick response. Location is great with walk bridge to Dubai Mall. Recommend to stay

We stayed at the Elite Escapes Holiday Home for one week with our two children in a two bedroom apartment. The communication with the host was flawless, always very responsive and super helpful!The apartment was clean and neat, the view was incredible! We had acces to all the facilities and our boys loved the heated baby pool! The direct access to Dubai Mall was a great plus. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk from the apartment directly in the mall but only 5 minutes to the in-house supermarket. There is also a bakery, a hair and nails salon, a barber shop… basically everything you need and could ask for!Back to the apartment: it had all the facilities we needed, two fully equipped bathrooms with both shower and tub and a small toilet right at the entrance. I really have no bad comments on the apartment! The only thing that we would have loved and would have saved us a great deal of time is a dishwasher… but besides that, everything was perfect!For our next trip to Dubai we will definitely choose Elite Escapes Holiday Home again!Ps: you also have a garage spot which we had no need for but that is also a huuuge plus!Best wishes to the team and hopefully - see you again soon!

Stayed at the Dubai Hills home for a few nights. Super cozy bed and really nice vibe in the house. Nice locality as well with close access to grocery store and mall as well.

I don’t know how many times I’ve stayed with elite in downtown views but they have the best customer service and the best apartments. I’m never worried when I stay with them, the apartment has everything you needed and thoughtful little touches and they go out of their way to help you.Would recommend over and over again and definitely would recommend an apartment in downtown views which is connected to dubai mall for all tourists.
