From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The apartment itself was absolutely stunning – spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. What made it even more remarkable was the view! We were fortunate enough to have a perfect view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains from all the rooms, especially from the balcony. Waking up every morning to the breathtaking sight of the iconic Burj Khalifa and watching the fountain show at night was an unforgettable experience. It truly felt like a luxury escape.We were a group of two couples with young kids (ages 3 and 4), and the apartment provided the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for everyone. The kids loved having their own space, and the layout was ideal for our needs. The proximity to key attractions made exploring Dubai a breeze. We were able to take in the sights while always having a peaceful retreat to return to.Darwin, the host, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.     Our experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. Aldrin, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect.     Last week from 16-20 April we stayed in Elite Royal Apartments. Perfect place to stay with family. Nice room and facing Burj Khalifa and fountain. Great location though most taxi drivers including our driver (airport transfer on arrival) couldnt find the place despite using google location given by the management). Anyway, one staff by the name of Darwin has continously talk to the driver along the way and give him verbal directions until we reach the apartment. When we left the apartment for airport on 20 April, Darwin called me telling that I left my jacket and some money in my room. He took initiative to sent them by taxi to airport which I received within half an hour. Thank you Darwin. You have done a great job.

    We stayed with friends recently at one of Elite Royal Apartments. Location is perfect, you can hardly find a better positioned option, and the view of Burj Khalifa is amazing. The apartment is cozy and well furnished, although few parts of the house could be refurbished (doors are hard to open and showers seem a bit old). The staff and the level of service is excellent, we have been welcomed by Darwin, who was super supportive and extremely kind, responding to all our inquiries promptly. We didnt use the parking, but having two slots available is definitely a great plus, if you are travelling with your car or renting one. Overall the apartment is excellent value for money for Dubai standards!

    I spent fabulous days in this apartment. The apartment is equipped with modern appliances and furniture. It has beautiful views. It is also very convenient that every room has its own bathroom.     We stayed in Dubai as a big family for two days. The apartments are amazing! The view is divine, and you dont even need to walk to the fountains. We opted for breakfast included—perfect! It was very convenient to have breakfast at a beautifully set table. The apartments have everything you need! Theres a nice fresh renovation and furniture.     Staying at Elite Royal Tower 5 was a wonderful experience and the perfect choice. The location and view from this apartment were amazing probably the best in Dubai. We had a direct view of the Burj Khalifa and enjoyed the fountain shows every morning, evening and night. Watching the fountains from above was even more enjoyable than from the ground because it was so dramatic.The apartment was in excellent condition clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family. It also have PS4 games for my kids to play and enjoyed during our stay.The staff communicated well, and Darwin was very helpful with everything we needed. I was also pleased with the breakfast service, as it was always delivered on time and very delicious. Overall, I am very happy with the apartment and the service. Sure will repeat again for next time 😊.

    Reynan and his team were very helpful the minute we got in the apartment all the way until we checked out and got our luggage. Reynan showed us everything in the apartment when we checked in before he left us. He arranged for our delicious breakfast delivered at the time we wanted it everyday, nice and hot. In our check out day, we had to leave 7pm for our late flight, had our luggage stored from 10AM til 7Pm and they were so helpful in every way in storing or luggage’s. They even helped us with our taxis. The apartment is immaculate, everything we needed was there. We want to go back and stay at the same place again ❤️

    This apartment is the best place in Dubai to stay with family for an unforgettable experience. We stayed in Tower 1 and Tower 5. Both are perfect!!!The view was incredible, we enjoyed the fountain show every night and the view of Burj Khalifa. Apartmants are extremely spacious and clean, the service is fast and accurate. The breakfast was plentiful and served hot at the exact time ordered. We must especially praise Reynan who took great care of us and we felt like we were staying with a family member.     The property was wonderful and one of the best properties at airbnb in dubai in all ways whether its view or comfort or location, stunning views of burj khalifa with the fountain and taking breakfast in the balcony is something which cannot be told in words , everything was perfect and also if you are a family they have everything inside the kitchen you dont have to worry for cooking and the spinneys store is very near where you can have all the groceriesMy stay was wonderful and we were 10 guests stayed very comfortably, We were assisted by Anthony he was polite and helpful and was open to any assistance.     We had a great stay at the Burj Residence Tower 1 in a 5 bedroom apartment on 20th floor. Darwin was there to check us in and was great at checking in with us. He gave us his cell phone number to contact him directly to take care of any issues. The views of the fountains and Burj Khalifa were incredible! The apartment was clean. Kitchen stocked with appliances, dishware, dish soap, sponge, and silverware. No paper towels. Bathroom provided toothbrush kit, soap, shampoo. Spinneys market was just a short walk down the street and they had everything. Had washing machine but no dryer. Had to dry clothes on drying rack. Location was great right next to the mall. Very easy to get taxis with very little wait. Would stay again.

    We stayed for the New Year’s Eve at the Marquise apartment and it was amazing!     Our family spent a great week in this luxury apartment-Elite Royal Apartment Noble. We chose it for its convenient location and it was an excellent choice. Beautiful, spacious and a very clean apartment, it was excellently equipped. The view of the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, is breathtaking, and it enhanced the pleasant feeling of a great vacation and relaxation. The panorama of the city offered to us was also fascinating during breakfast, which we enjoyed on the spacious balcony. The kids loved watching the singing fountains from the balcony, where we had an excellent view of the entire scenery. The central location allowed quick and efficient access to most major attractions in Dubai, the Dubai Mall is only a few minutes walk away. Thanks to Representative ARIES, our stay was well prepared from the start and we were well taken care of. Aries gave us great tips and organized very good room service, we felt like we were in cotton wool. Aries also solved our problem at check-out without hesitation. With such a prompt and helpful attitude; honesty, willingness to help, we have never met before. Many thanks to Aries for his service and approach, which we greatly appreciate.     From the beginning of my booking till the end of our stay our experience have been absolotely perfect with Elite Royal. Very convenient to have breakfast booked thru them for our first day. Darwin who checked us in, waited for us to arrive in the middle of the night and was super friendly and showed us around the apartment. Kimberly who I have been in contact with thru chat have been super friendly and fast to respond. I asked for a european electrical plug and it did not take more than 1 minute for someone of the team to deliver it to us.The apartment was perfect for us, 2 adults and 2 children. Nice layout and exactly as the photos described. The view from the balcony is even better than the photos and has a full view of burj khalifa and the fountain show, totally magical view both during day and night. Location is very good with walking distance to burj khalifa and dubai mall and the fountain. Lots of good restaurants around the corner.I could not wish for a better stay!

    I rented a three-bedroom apartment in Downtown Dubai with a large living room and a dining table that seats 8 people. The apartment was clean and had a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. It was managed by Elite Royal Apartments, and the experience was exceptional. The location is very convenient, as you can reach Dubai Mall on foot in about 15 minutes.Cherry, the host from Elite Royal, provided excellent service and was available to assist us at all times. When it was time to check out, I requested her to store our luggage until our flight, and she kindly agreed without hesitation. The entire experience was truly outstanding.Minor drawbacks:1. The furniture is slightly worn out, but still functional.2. There is no daily cleaning service, although cleaning supplies are available if you wish to clean on your own.3. Tissues and bottled water are provided only upon arrival, with no daily replenishment.Highlights:1. Most tourist attractions are nearby, making the location ideal.2. There is a supermarket just below the building that provides almost everything residents might need.3. The apartment includes two parking spaces in the basement.

    Staying at Elite Royal Tower 5 was an excellent experience and definitely the right choice. I cant imagine a better location or view in all of Dubai than from this specific apartment. The view was directly of the Burj Khalifa, and we enjoyed the fountain shows every evening. Watching the fountain shows from up high (we were on the 23rd floor) was undoubtedly more enjoyable than watching them from ground level. Additionally, the apartment was in excellent condition—comfortable and spacious enough for our entire group.Communication with the staff was smooth and efficient, and Darwin helped us with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out (thank you, Darwin) were quick and convenient. Overall, Im very satisfied with both the apartment and the service provided, including the breakfast service (breakfast was always delivered on time).

    Overall, a 4.5 - 5 star review. Great location, very nice accommodations and Cherry, our host, was very responsive. The layout with the master bedroom off the family room offered a little less privacy for our family. The master shower seemed to drain slowly and fill with more water than it should. The toilet seat had an issue whereby it moved due to plastic screws not holding it in place, which was temporarily resolved, but returned. The couch cushions and plates are a little worn. Perhaps noted on the list of amenities, there were no paper napkins, paper towels, aluminum foil, laundry detergent, salt or pepper. We purchased and managed. Overall, we would return and really appreciate our contact, Cherry, being so responsive!

    Lorena and her team were fantastic hosts. Any request or enquiry we had was dealt with done efficiently. We even requested to have someone iron our cloths and a lady was there the same day and did a fantastic job.We stayed at the beginning of July which is very hot. The walk to Dubai was still doable as well as the walk to time out market. The flat is very wellLocated. It’s quite loud when the music and fireworks are going off but that’s just the location it’s in. My children aged 8&9 slept through it all without any problems. I would stay there again

    The location of this place is amazing and every room comes with a view of Burj Khalifa. Dubai mall is only about 1.5 km from this place - perfectly walkable in the evening. There is a Carrefour just opposite the main road and we used to buy water bottles from there. Kids used to be occupied with the PlayStation provided. There is a swimming pool and a gym as well which I used every morning of my stay.Host was wonderful. We had a stay for 5 nights and the host, Mr Anthony, arranged for a free cleaning after 2 nights. We had some maintenance asks and he was extremely responsive - always available to help you out. Someone from his team used to call up every evening to make sure that I have selected my breakfast preference. There is a deposit of 2000 AED during check-in but it was of no concern at all since Mr Anthony promptly cancelled the blocked amount on my credit card, almost immediately after checkout.The apartment provides washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and basic utensils. A huge plus if you are intending to stay for over 3 days.Minor suggestion for improvement: A drinking water provision in the apartment would have made this stay absolutely perfect

    After staying in an apartment provided by Elite Royal Apartments, I can say there were no issues whatsoever. The views of the Burj Khalifa, the fountain, the mall, and the whole of downtown were fantastic, as the apartment was located in a great area. Taxis were always quick to arrive, making getting around easy, and there was a car parking spot provided for us aswell. The receptionists, staff, and security were very nice, and Aldrin was there from start to finish. He helped us check in, check out, and was quick to reply to my every message, ensuring everything went ahead smoothly. Breakfast was always on time and the options were very flexible, thanks to Gie Ann. The apartment was spotless, with everything we needed.     I stayed on August-26 for 2 night and I was pleased with the property. It was clean, modern and the view was amazing. I could see the Burj Khalifa and dancing fountains right off the balcony. Darwin from night shift was an amazing guy. He was helpful and supportive during check-in even though we arrive 2 AM after midnight. They served great breakfast in the morning.     We were 6 adults in the apartment , tower 3. Best view of the Fountain Show and the Burj Khalifa tower. Totally worth the money. The team handling is very professional, all demands were taken care promptly. There is a supermarket 2 min walking. If there is something to improve - it would be the amenities. Also, I would ask what is the room temperature preference as they use to put the air conditioning at 18 degrees 🫣 details that do not influence the accomodation itself. Totally recommend

We enjoyed it very much.. the apartment was immaculately clean and decorated and Ms. Lorena, the incharge was the most polite person ever.. She made our check in and check out so smooth, quick and easy.. It highly recommend to book this for your stay!

    I had visited dubai and choose to stay in this apartment because of the burj khalifa fountain view. we had an amazing experience, the facilities are amazing, Room is amazing and clean, comfortable to stay. And we met 2 amazing and very helpful and polite ladies Grace and Cherry. they will assist and help you. they did there job great. will definitely choose again and again to stay on this apartment when we come back to dubai.

    This is our second stay and still we are amazed with the place, this time we stayed at 1401 tower 5, the place is spacious, neat and clean, beds on the rooms are comfortable. Specially the amazing view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. Thank you always to Mr. Reynan in assisting us throughout our stay. He is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

    The host, Aries Cordero Berba, was amazing, answered all questions and requests any time, the place was very impressive and exactly as we expected.Large, comfortable and clean rooms, a large dining area with a huge TV, a balcony overlooking Burg Halifa and more.10 minutes walk and you are in The Dubai Fountains.

    T’was a very nice experience for my family and friends though we just stayed for a night. I can consider Burj Khalifa as an attraction as always a majestic and one of the best sceneries. I would like to thank Mr. Reynan for being so accommodating and attending to our needs religiously. Staying in your property won’t be the last. We will surely be coming back in the future. 👌🏻

    Lovely apartment with a spectacular view, so spacious, well decorated and homely.Mr reynaN and team were great hosts, and very helpful, providing recommendations on what to do around and tips with reminders on discounted meals.
