H&H did a great job for us when we rented a holiday apartment for Expo 2020. We stayed for 5 months in Dubai Marina at Studio One and it was very nice. Nancy with H&H was always there for us with whatever we needed. She was very nice and easy to work with. Christian there also was very helpful and quickly solved some issues for us. I highly recommend H&H for any real estate related needs as they are very professional and trustworthy. As we were leaving I asked how we would get our deposit back and they offered by bank transfer which was difficult for us so they just gave it in cash. Very good people.

I was stuck in Dubai as a result of the global Covid-19 lockdown and was in dire need of a short-term rental. The studio apartment I got with Haus & Haus was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and packed with all the amenities I needed to make my stay pleasant, during a time of chaos and uncertainty. Id like to particularly recognize Emma, the agent whom I dealt with primarily. She was very professional and super responsive; always available whenever I needed anything, providing lightning quick responses to all my requests. This was very refreshing especially considering that, in the past, Id had some pretty bad experiences with customer service in Dubai. Stayed at Aka Residence for almost 4 months at a great furnished apartment and we absolutely loved it! I was really happy with Emma and all the work she put in to make me comfortable through out my stay! It was a last minute ordeal due to Covid regulations, and she helped me find the flat in no time, and worked with me every month as I kept extending my stay!
