I have been staying here recently and my room gets cleaned almost daily by the staff. I must say that May and another guy does an amazing job. They even wash my dishes. Especially May is kind and attentive.

Had a great experience at Havana holiday homes. My room was very clean and the staff were great and very accommodating. I would especially like to thank Desmond and Faizal for being so kind during my stay. But not just them, everyone including the security and room service were great. Nice calm location, self parking available inside the building, less than 5 mins drive from Lamcy plaza area comprising many restaurants.Rooms are decent and service is also quick. A refundable security deposit of AED. 200.00 was requested upon check-in (not mentioned during booking through Expedia.com) which was refunded upon check-out hassle-free.

One of the best holiday homes apartment in Dubai I must say. Havana Holiday Homes apartment are conveniently located near downtown 10 mins to Dubai Mall and close to the main Airports and tourist spots like The Frame, BURJ KHALIFA, parks, MALL, et., the building is new so you can smell the hallways and floors always fresh and smell good. The rooms are nice with kitchen and great view either of Burj Khalifa or Obelisk! Staffs are nice especially the Filipina lady ate ELCYN, who is very polite and accommodating and the Manager Mr. Rajeev who give us upgrade, so nice of him and the receptionist Faizan, who always smiling and assist us! Definitely gonna stay here again!

The receptionist was too kind and understanding. Honestly, I finally decided to stay cause of her. The staff is very helpful and the services are pretty good too. Its a bit on the expensive side, the rent per night, but if you have nowhere to go last minute, its a really good place to stay at. The location is alright since the metro and bus stations are far, especially in summer. Its so difficult to walk all the way to the end of the road because u start to sweat instantly. Else for winters, its the best location, with a wafi mall across the road, but it involves a good 15-minute walk.

Great short stay place, I stayed here for a week. There is no restaurant in the hotel but really good staff especially the guards, the receptionists (Said was really helpful) and the room service team was quite good too.Few cons were that the gym was not properly maintained, there is pool and I believe it is good(haven’t used it).If you are looking to stay in Dubai for work HHH is especially good as it’s located in a silent and less buzzling part of the city, yet very close to all the major landmarks in Dubai.

Me and my wife had an amazing stay at Havana Holiday Homes, and we stayed for more than a week. The services and rates were reasonable and good even during this peak season. The staffs here, specially Elisie and Desmond, they are amazing, friendly and provided us with necessary support whenever it was necessary. We are definitely recommending havana Holiday Homes to our friends who are yet to visit Dubai in couple of months. We are definitely happy with the stay, but the staffs friendly behavior was more than expectations. Even the security staffs and the housekeeping staffs.
