    After a demanding 5-week Dubai tour, Icon Deluxe Apartment Hotels in Al Barsha proved to be a standout. Offering a refreshing contrast to previous stays, the apartments boast impeccable cleanliness, modern, fully functional fixtures, and excellent amenities like a washer, kitchen, and large fridge. The lack of common issues like clogged drains and the presence of strong water pressure were particularly appreciated. The hotels facilities, including a gym, sauna, rooftop pool, restaurant, and cafe, further enhance the experience. Its strategic location in Al Barsha provides easy access to malls, affordable shops, and public transportation (metro and bus), making it a highly convenient and comfortable choice. In hindsight, we wish we had chosen Icon Deluxe for our entire Dubai stay.

    Great hotel! I stayed here for 5 nights, and it was great. The apartment was big and nice. The staff are very friendly. Shihab was very accommodating and has great customer service. I would definitely stay here again.Location wise it’s good too. Not too far from everything unless you get stuck in traffic.

    Large apartments ideal for families and affordable cost.Too much noise at lower floors and breakfast needs a lot of improvement.Would expect more from a 4 stars hotel.But have to appreciate that after making a complaint, the staff did the best by offering a free room upgrade.

    We recently stayed in a family suite at Icon Delux and had a wonderful time. The suite was a good size with a lovely balcony, 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space for our family. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff.The included breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. We appreciated the chefs willingness to accommodate special requests and prepare fresh dishes whenever possible.The hotels location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions and landmarks. The ample basement parking was a huge plus. While traffic outside can get busy at times, the overall location is great.We were within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates metro station and several supermarkets and other amenities.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider staying at Icon Delux again on our next trip to Dubai.

    We just love this place. Its our 2nd time to stay here. The apartments are very roomy with a huge living room, kitchen, 1 powder room and another toilet with bath tub and separate shower. They even have washing machine, microwave oven and a huge ref. What more can you ask for? The ac units are also very cold and water pressure is very strong. The staffs are very helpful and even allowed us to have early check in and late check out. We will surely be back!

    I had an amazing stay at Icon Delux, the hotel apartments are spacious, clean, and perfect for long-term stays. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond for their guests. The Mall of the Emirates is just a 10-minute walk away, and everything one might need is in close proximity. Special thanks to Yasir I. for all his help during my stay.

    I stayed in this hotel during Eid Ul Fitr holidays. I would definitely want to come back and stay again. The rooms were really good, clean and hygienic. The staffs were very kind and always helpful.Great location!!

    We lived in Icon for almost 10 months. We found Icon very good and Spacious clean apartments perfecting suiting to families visiting dubai, located at a very convenient location , walk access to metro and mall of emirates and other necessity and amenities.Customer service is excellent, at front desk all desk we always found smiling and friendly faces, always ready to support customers.On house keeping all team is perfect and efficient , always available beside routine works. In special while living we found Rainan, Naiham very professional and diligent, they always comes with smile on their face and carried out their work very efficiently and happily.

    We had 2 bedrooms apartment and it was good and spacious. Definitelly could be cleaner but I guess it’s the facility problem and the builders slacked off the work on the pavings and joints.Breakfast was very local, and pretty expensive. For someone from abroad eating a spicy lunch for breakfast can be a problem. We tried to adjust. Plus the pastry and buns seemed not fresh at all. Small range of fruits, no cheese, no meat (ofc) but we could order omelette. Pool was pretty large but watter was super cold. Only when it was over 30 degrees celsius I managed to swim in that cold watter. Jaccuzi was not bubbling at all, they should fix that. Warm soup.People at hotel were nice. (reception, waiters, messenger, bellboy)

    I arrived late night, hotel was fully booked, I was provided a room which was not what I expected, but the front desk promised next day for sure they will able to provide the room I need, and yes 🙂, next day all of the front desk supported in making sure I was satisfied 100% in the 2nd room and yes I was.Room was on the 13 floor room number 1304, clean, hot water, all accessories are ok, and balcony view was nice.I thank the team in Icon delux specifically there FDM Mr. Kareem and where there is a good leader there is a good team around him. Definitely I will come back.

    Tucked away in Al Barsha, this lovely hotel-apartment is pretty fabulous in terms of price-value proposition. Rooms are spacious and clean .. a bit of age shows up. But thats about it..above all, all the people weve interacted with during our stay, were friendly and helpful and a big shout out goes to them, especially the individuals at the front desk, restuarant and those responsible for housekeeping .. we relly felt at home during our nearly week-long stay.. the location is another plus.. it is about 5 mins walk from Mall of Emirates with easy access to Metro and shopping and food.. we enjoyed our stay at Icon Delux

    We have had a five night stay at the Icon was a pleasure and staff were very attentive and endeavoured to please and fulfil our needs. Facilities were adequate to meet our needs and shops were close by and nice dining venues close by a vehicle was not needed. The Emirates mall was within walking distance with a metro station to visit all the sights during our stay.

    This hotel was definitely worth it, we had a couple issues at the start and the staff were very helpful especially Ghita, Ahmed and Yasin. The breakfast buffet here was also delicious and overall I recommend booking this hotel if you ever come to Dubai.     We stayed in this hotel 3 months with good memories. It’s located in the heart of Al Barsha 1, just 5 mins walking to Mall of Emirates. The kitchen is big and open. The housekeepers and staffs are very good and friendly. Mr. Anwar is very supportive person at the hotel. Most of staffs are coming from Bangladesh and they are hard working. Highly recommended. I cooked a lot during my stay at this hotel. I don’t keep so many photos about the rooms but only food.

    Today is my last day here and at breakfast I miss Sachin. I did not meet him on the last day. He is a very nice guy. His service is very good. Restaurant house and all the staff are very helpful.     This place is AMAZING if I have the chance I would love to stay again and i highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so welcoming and efficient, wifi works well (except for phone calls) , love the kitchen with all the necessities and the overall living space provided. The best part of this experience was the balcony view and the location of this hotel since it is close to many restaurants in a walking distance. Taking late night walks and sitting on the balcony morning and night are memories I will never forget and Im grateful I had the pleasure of staying here.     I have been staying at icon for 9 months housekeeping team Golam kibria & Qasim clean my room, they are very conscientious and hardworking gentleman. They always have a smile on their face. Because of them I feel good to stay in this hotel.

    The Icon deluxe hotel is very nice so Im very happy locations is very good near to mall of the Emirates just walking distent and staff is very nice Charan mamu Divya phyo Kareem very friendly super market just front of the hotel

    Very good place. Nice and clean rooms, very good staff and services. Rooms are quite spacious. Swimming pool is of good size and clean. All staff were very nice - Divya, Manager Aayaz, Ghita, Ayman and Charan. Special mention to Divya and Manager Aayaz - to ensure our stay was comfortable. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were welcoming and helpful too. Hotel is suitable for family and friends. Short term/Long term stay. Convenient location - walking distance to Mall of Emirates.

    Room is very clean and well maintained. Complete toiletries. Breakfast options and taste also are still acceptable for Asian touriest like us.Great service from the reception (Ms. Ghita and Ms. Divya), bell boy and waitres in restaurant.     My husband and I have been staying at Icon for one month and I need to compliment the housekeeping team; Rahul Kumar and Md Sahidul Islam; they are very conscientious and hardworking gentlemen. They always have a smile on their faces every time they clean our apartment room 302; they are always very cheery and greet us warmly which makes our day more special. Thank you both and keep up the good work you are doing. We will enjoy our next 2 months stay with you both looking after the cleanliness of our room.

    Staff have been very professional, friendly and easy to approach. Good customer care , respectful and helpful at all time . Most especially yassir ,Aayaz , divya,ayman and lahita have always being helpful, respectful and caring. Definitely am coming back here at icone appartment hotel.     I recently stayed at icon delux hotel apartment and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was excellent, with all the amenities one could need and a warm, inviting atmosphere.The highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff, especially Ghita at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and spoke multiple languages, making communication easy. Ghita always had a smile and made every guest feel special and valued.
