    We had booked for 5 adults. Two bedroom apartment. Rooms was clean and had good ambience. Had a good hall and kitchen with some utensils also. Have plenty of safe parking for guests. There is a small swimming pool in the roof top. Overall it was a great experience on reasonable price.

    We spent a month at this lovely and comfortable place. The environment was pleasant, with fewer crowds. Although there are no direct roads to the hotel, its a serene and beautiful spot for those seeking a peaceful getaway or family time. The staff were generally good and friendly, except for Siraj at the reception, who lacked respect and courtesy in his interactions with us. Unfortunately, he made us wait outside for 16 hours over a minor billing issue, displaying inhumane behavior and indecent language. He had arguments with multiple guests, and we believe he should be removed to maintain the hotels reputation. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay overall.

    Great place to stay!! We stayed for 8 nights and everything went really well huge shout out to Siraj, he was really a huge help as we were new to everything he hooked us up with some amazing guides during our stay he was always ready to help 🩷 A huge bonus for the place also as the metro station is only less than 5mins away.

    If youre looking for a cheap and clean hotel for your family or friends, I recommend this one. My friends and I booked an entire apartment at this hotel and were pleasantly impressed by the size of the rooms. It comes with everything you need, including a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, stove, dishes, and everything else.The only negative aspect of our stay is that the pool water is really cold. Overall, we had a good time here.

    Had a comfortable stay. Good place for family stay with 2 bedroom. Staff a little rude when asked for electric kettle change. The coffee and tea for 1AED was good at the hotel lobby. Also metro is not in walking distance and cab is needed and the location is little difficult for cab to find out

    Just stayed here with my family, and it was surely a very comfy night. There were enough space for everyone and the flat was very clean and tidy indeed! Would highly suggest tv in each room of course but thats just an extra😊 Wissam and the other receptionist were really friendly and approachable. Forgot to mention that they promptly answer my queries on booking.com before we arrived. The only thing thats hard was our way to the hotel. But overall exp was amazing! Will definitely go back there and recommend this hotel.👍🏻

    Very good service & a great place to stay… friendly people & accommodating to the requirements. The only downside is the roads which need to be developed soon if business is to progress. Since MBR library is just a stone’s throw from here, the roads in this area need to be developed for the comfort of those living here. Great place to stay! Keep up the good hospitality service…👏🏻👏🏻🎉

    Excellent experience at Marbella Holiday Homes. Everything is of top standard, the rooms were cozy, clean, and hygenic. The rooms have many amenities like a refrigerator, stove, cutlery, washing machine, and more. We had a good view from our room. The staff are friendly, great service. I would like to thank Waseem for being so kind, accommodating and hospitable. Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay.I would definitely recommend this hotel!

    The apartment was too good apart from the road. The location is not near metro line. All the staff are very good and friendly. Waseem malik and Mushtaq they both are tremendous helpful and good person. Overall if you need quite place and good customer service then its the best place to stay.

    The hotel is amazing we had a great, pleasant time definitely will be back, it is newly built building. the only thing is that when you drive there you will need to take the unpaved road before the big sign, if you don’t then you will need to take several ramps before you arrive.

    The pluses: the size and property of the apartment are just incredible, the proximity to the metro to leave the car and go into town. Cons: no shower gel and shampoo for 3 days and poor soundproofing of the windows. With construction around day and night its a bit inconvenient.

    Clean and spacious hotel apartments, suitable for conservative families, and the beds are comfortable, but the downside is that they are located in an area that is still under construction, and the road leading to it is sandy in the last 500 meters. There are no services in the apartments themselves, but there is a nearby building in which there is a small supermarket and a laundry. The staff is very cooperative with the guests and responds to requests quickly.

    We have just spent 8 nights, nice surprise on arrival because I had read the negative reviews.We stayed in a beautiful spacious apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms 1 living room with 2 sofas and a large dining table. A shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.There were 5 of us, the apartment was clean.The iron and the table are actually missing but once we asked at reception they brought it up for us.A big thank you to Amine who was present every day and for his help during our installationIt is true that some kitchen utensils are missing but just ask 😉The staff is really nice and helpfulIf I have one thing to specify it is the locationAt this time it is preferable to be transportedThe hotel is located in an area under construction which makes it difficult to access.I highly recommend the quality/price ratio is indisputableThe pool is not heated but we took advantage of it anyway.I didnt think of photos

    Very nice, spacious hotel for families. The rooftop swimming pool is cozy but nice and very uncrowded so lots of privacy. The gym lacks equipment and you absolutely need a vehicle to stay there. The surroundings are deserted with sand all around so be careful when you go there the path is not finished so the road is damaged. You will also have to pay for cleaning as it is not included in the price. The staff is very, very friendly and very responsive. Ask Waseem Malik always there to help you. Small downside, there werent many kitchen utensils. And those available in the apartment were very dated.
