We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. its clean and nice. Everything was comfortable. Id like to suggest something, it would be great to have some kind of shelves or a caddy in the shower area to hold our personal toiletries because we had to place ours around the sink just to keep them within reach while showering.Theres an issue during our checkout. The assistant arrived late, about 1.5 hours because they thought checkout was at 12PM, even though the house rules clearly stated 11AM. It wasnt a big deal for us since were not in a rush, but it couldve been stressful if we have a flight to catch, especially the cash deposit was with the assistant.It was a lovely stay and wed still recommend this place, were just hoping the checkout process can be made smoother.

I had a great stay at one of Masaken properties Premium 2br Apartment With Private Pool In Jvc! The place was cozy, well-located, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything went smoothly, and the host was responsive and helpful. The only thing that could use some improvement is the cleaning—it just needed a bit more attention to detail. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely consider coming back. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed for a short weekend at Masaken Homes, located in Binghatti Corener. The apartment was super nice, tidy, with fully equipped kitchen, including an espresso machine.The building also has a very nice pool and a professional gym.Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Binghatti Emerald apartment and we were very happy with the place. It was lovely and clean and if we had any questions or issues, Imran solved them quickly for us.We will stay again, if possible, when we visit our daughter in JVC.

A breathtaking apartment. The view is magnificent. The interior is incredible. You can even see it in the pictures. I had a great time with my family, my son loved it, I recommend it 100%.

I stayed in Bin Ghati Orchid, a beautiful apartment with new furniture and a swimming pool. It was a wonderful experience and the host was wonderful and always responsive. It will definitely be my first choice in Dubai.
