I am in the midst of a long stay at MK Residence having checked in with my family on the 11th of this month. The reception staff of April, Denver and the rest have been exceptional and very friendly and always ready to assist and find solutions for us and have been very accommodating as well.Every time we pass by the reception we have always been greeted in a very friendly manner. From the housekeeping team a special shout out to Alfonso for being extremely helpful. Every request of ours for additional items needed in the kitchen was attended to diligently and immediately.The apartment is great value for money and was very clean and exactly as it was in the pictures presented.Thank you for the first class service which my family and I greatly appreciate.Mr. Mohamed & family

I stayed at MK residences for over a week.I was very pleased with the staff and Denver in particular.The security also takes good care of the guests.The accommodation was clean and the accommodation was very flexible. Greetings and perhaps see you soon!

Nice apartment with good and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet with nice artwork displayed in the hallway. Its just a walking distance to circle mall.To complete the awesomeness of this apartment, kindly add the following:1. More pot2. Liquid wash and sponge for dish washing.3. Bowl and more plates as only 2 were provided.4. Lighter, even though when I requested, the security provided us with it.5. Mop or rag for cleaning

A very clean apartment, nearby circle mall. Friendly staff. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient. Kadak Chai place and a mart is right next to the residence.

Comfortable studio that served its purpose. Nice & quiet, patio door to pool and friendly, helpful staff. Especially April. only thing I would suggest is a bigger shower, other than that it’s been a very nice stay.

Stayed in a studio cost 5k dirhams in September, a bit pricy.The staff are very nice and welcoming, location close to bus stop, supermarkets, circle mall and a cafeteria right underneath it, the room is clean.The sofa is uncomfortable, the shower box is a bit too tight and the internet was acting up the last week of our stayOther than that it was a very nice experience would recommend

If you have a car, the location is fine, about 30 min drive to downtown. They have 24hr reception which makes possibility of early check in and checkouts. the room was clean , they have balcony (which has chair, table and enough space which can enjoy if the weather was good)but I think it is important where your room located, if you have swimming pool view then it is quite but if you stay in other side which is open to the street then you may have problem of a restaurant down the building or construction noise in the morning on the other side of the road. If they provide some small toiletries in the bathroom then they can add some good value to their room. because imagine you are directly arrive from airport, get the room and want to wash your hand but there is no soap! Also kitchen doesnt have enough tools if you want to cook, but the best way is you can buy food out side and use microwave.

First, the staffs are very accommodating, specially Denver, Benz and Clara.Second, the rooms are spacious and clean.Third, children are happy for the fast internet connections. ☺️Fourth, parking space are available.Lastly, locations are good, accessible to many things needed. ❤️

We wanted to stay there for 3 days but extended it because of the affordable price and good area but the main reason was how the staff treated us, very helpful and understanding nature specially Ms kayanat, so thank you all for your service.

If you’re in Dubai looking for a short term or monthly stay, this place offers the kind of privacy and amenities you would expect from an apartment hotel. The security is 24 hours a day, so this place is very safe, they have an on call receptionist and a friendly cleaning staff. If you’re staying for a month or two, the price is very reasonable considering the upscale neighborhood with all the nearby malls and supermarkets.
