Very very wonderful experience of staying in the studio that I rented from prime property. Very safe and clean . The staff was very nice and helpful and they manage every issues very soon . When ever I want to rent apartment in dubai the prime property is my first choice. They are the best and I trust them as one of the best in dubai . I have recommend them to all of my friends and relevant. The quality of the apartment was high and the location was perfect and was very safe and calm. You can enjoy of your staying with them .

A very good place to live. More greenery. Ibn batuta mall is available near by. Many Indian and other restaurants are available with good quality food. Many super market are also available for daily needs. Medical stores, metro, Hotel etc ... Within walkable distance

Discovery Gardens is a residential locality with all required amenities and facilities such as supermarket, hotels, hotel-apartments, gym, mess, etc & good parking facility. This place is cool, calm and a lot of space for kids to play and hence makes it one of the best place for families. All the residents are well behaved and many of them are from India. If you want to quick bite you can try Saarangaa Bhojan Shala or Aappa Kadai which serves well south Indian spicy snacks and tiffins. If you want any household items or fresh vegetables you can go to Parco Flavors supermarket where almost all required items are available. If you any of your friends visited your place or if you want more options to spend your time in a good way for shopping, restaurant or a movie then you can all quickly get away to nearby Ibn Battuta Mall which is at a walkable distance say max 10min. One of the best ways to travel around is with the private vehicle but other options such as taxi, bus, or metro transportation system are available which makes it so easy to travel around. Just to summarize, I think this is one of the best places to stay either by single or with your family for long or a short period of time whenever anyone visits to Dubai.

Living here since January 2020.. Before I was staying in the Street 04 which is always calm and Quiet.. Street 01 is always busy and crowded.. But Building 14 is very good coz it has two Supermarkets and Restaurants.. So cool place.. easily accessible to the Parking area and not far away from the Street 01 Bus Stop.. Also IBN Batuta Mall is just in the walking distance..
