Thank you for a great apartment and excellent prices. They offered an apartment in the Ahad building in Business Bay, close to the metro and my office. The nearby construction noise is barely noticeable. The location is great, with modern design and even a coffee machine. I recommend this company.

Beach front is my favorite spot in Dubai. Ive booked the same Beach Vista apartment for a year for work and family trips. It feels brand new, with fresh furniture, clean linens, and comfy mattresses. Theres a private beach and café nearby. Highly recommend to all my friends.

Traveling with our 1-year-old, we booked an apartment in Elite Downtown. We were pleasantly surprised when Aseel, the customer care manager, offered a baby cot and high chair. The personalized service showed their genuine care for guests. Well definitely stay with this company again.

I stayed in a 1BR at Ocean Heights. The apartment was spacious and clean with a work table and good kitchen. When the water heater broke, they fixed it within an hour and sent a complimentary gift and free cleaning. The team, especially Sagdiana, Aseel, and Marvin, was responsive and professional.

Its convenient that everything is handled turnkey: photoshoots, check-ins, cleaning, tourism fees, and licensing. They promptly installed a smart lock and provided the official directive from the authorities. Im glad they operate legally, ensuring no issues for me as an owner.

Good company, I liked service and very cozy and well cleaned apartment. At the day of arrival Amir, concierge of the company met me and helped to checkin. He shoed me apartment and told about community rules. We booked 2 bedroom apartment in Bluewaters, with fantastic view on the sea. Community has swimming pool and gym, a lot of cafes, restaurants nearby and JBR beach in 10 min walk. Liked this place very much.

I booked an apartment on the company’s website, it was very convenient, I chose it based on the photo, the area and paid on the website. Their manager contacted me and sent me the details. On the day of arrival, I met with the concierge Salman, he was very pleasant, he told and showed me everything, and helped me set up a YouTube channel on the TV. The photos correspond to those on the website, the apartment is even better than in the photo. Booked Beach Vista, 1 bedroom. The view is straight to the sea, the beach, there is a cafe downstairs. The house has a swimming pool and a fitness room.
