We rented the apartment through Booking for our Dubai vacation. The location is extremely close to everywhere you’d want to visit in Dubai. Dubai Mall is just a 4-minute walk away—or even less. In the evenings, you can enjoy chatting on the balcony while taking in the view of the Burj Khalifa and the city. The apartment was very clean and stylish. My friends and I had a wonderful time for 8 days. Thank you for everything, Gizelle. You were incredibly helpful in everything.

We stayed for 10 days in this apartment, and it was perfect for our small family of two adults and a baby.The area was perfect , right behind Mall of Dubai. The space was more than enough for us, offering comfort and convenience. The apartment was very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Gizelle, the host, was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. We arrived late in Dubai, but Gizelle had everything prepared for a smooth and easy check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Highly recommend this place!

The location of the apartment is fabulous close to the beach and marina.The apartment is very spacious and immaculately clean. We travelled with a baby and small child area was very safe and play areas very close. Zyra is the best. She is very good at what she does. She not only knows about this real estate, she has knowledge of all the ones surrounding this place so you can get a comparative knowledge while discussing with her.The unit is very spacious. High ceilings. Coming from Singapore after 6 years and into this unit is nothing short of a relief.The location is great as you can walk to many nearby places. I love the fact that you have Saravana Bhavan nearby. Cant be blessed more than that.A happy tenant.

I´m glad to give Raine & Horne Vacation Homes in the Waleed Palace Apartments a 10 out of 10 points. As a woman travelling alone, I feel comfortable in the house, well looked after and safe. The house is centrally located and the service is excellent.I would especially like to thank Ms Zoyra, who warmly and confidently manages all issues to the tenants satisfaction. Stop over Dubai, if you want to cook for yourself and live self-sufficiently, the Al Waleed Palace is highly recommended. Many thanks.The only thing I dont understand are the DEWA costs, the amount of which is unfortunately incomprehensible if you live sustainably and save electricity.

The best thing about our booking is MANISHA. She helped us in a smart way. Other holiday home cancelled our booking last minute as the check in portal was not working. Same time we booked with Raine And Horne and got in touch with Manisha. She actually helped us in Check in first and explained us the situation. She promised us that she will manually do the registration and update us by day end and she was on her point and did the needful. We were 2 girls with no place to stay after last minute booking cancelation. But she did not leave us alone. I really appreciate what she did and was honest to us. She is a Gem of a person who is still helping us with extending our bookings directly with the company. Highly recommend the apartment and Manisha to all. Best experience till date. Thank you 😘

It’s a nice place to stay, neat, clean, calm and quiet. The hotel team is amazing - each and everyone is super helpful and wants to help proactively. I stayed there for 4 months, at a pricing point they are somewhat costly and not willing to provide any discount and they will be rude if you keep asking for discounts. Otherwise the position and placement is good, it is surround with beautiful restaurants, departmental store, laundry, barbar shop. The metro is a solid 20mins walk and nearby mosque is 15mins.

I stayed in the Roots Residences for 7 months, the building is near to the Mall of Emirates very close to metro. The apartment it was really nice but the staff were amazing and especially Gizelle the lady in reception. She was very friendly all the time with a smile and helpful for our accommodation. My family comfortably stayed in Roots Rein and Holiday Homes hotel for nearly two months. The building is consistently kept clean and has good security. The staff Miss Gizelle and Mr hassan were very responsible for the building are extremely friendly and helpful; whenever we had any issues, they promptly worked to resolve them. It a was a pleasant stay. It was a good price quality balance. The place is situated close to the Emirates Mall which was great for us because it was close to the metro station. The communication with the owner was excellent. The only bad thing that I can mention is that the place was a bit dusty and some of the bed sheets were stained. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The apartments central location made it easy to explore the city, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. After a day of sightseeing, coming back to our comfortable apartment was a treat. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals when we wanted, and the spacious living room was perfect for relaxation. We highly recommend this place and the host Manisha who also is an excellent tour guide.

This holiday home (Al Waleed Palace Hotel Apartment) in Albarsha 1 behind Mall of Emirates has always a special place in my heart. I always stay here whenever i am in Dubai.
