My experience with Rich stay:Adv:1. Great manager, very polite and kind2. Great location (palm jumeirah). They have great swimming pool with amazing view and bar3. Nakheel mall is near (and monorail also) and more more more....Negative: 1. My vacation was so short :) But its not Rich Stay issue :) Mostly recommended.

One of the best experiences my family and I had. My mother and grandmother stayed at their property and had a great comfy stay. Language being a barrier for my family I was a little worried but our host made it easy with no stress. From start to finish communication was A+++++ Comfort A+++++

I had an incredible stay with my daughter and father. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Dubai Mall and with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa. We have had a very pleasant stay with Rich Stay. Noor, who assisted us with checking in, was very kind and helpful. Nice clean place, new building, nice pool and gym.I would welcome more ammenities like cups and glasses.. cause its not enough for 4 people…Very good location with entrance either to the street or directly to Marina walk.Sun on the pool only after 1pm - at November.Shops and bars close

Best place in NH collection, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare your own food, super clean with extra bed linens and towels, beautiful view and smooth check in . Norman is so helpful with check in and check out and respond so quickly, thanks to him i had the best experience in this place. Really recommended!

The apartment was fantastic! The views from the 41st floor were breathtaking, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the apartment was spotless, and the building was exceptionally quiet. There is a kitchen available if you prefer to cook, and there are several supermarkets nearby to purchase anything you may need. Situated in one of Dubais finest areas, the Marina, it boasts a vibrant atmosphere and nightlife, proximity to the beach, and easy access to the Metro (an hour to the airport) and bus station. The staff were extremely attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

Spacious, beautiful apartment close to JBR (10-15 min walk) with great views, about 10 min walk to the metro station. AC was strong and could be adjusted separately in each room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped with complimentary coffee and tea and some water. Shower gel, shampoo&hair conditioner was provided in each of the bathrooms. ( We had 3 full bathrooms attached to each of the 3 bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom with shower plus a toilet!). Building had a nice pool as well.Noor, our contact was very kind and helpful, provided everything we needed.The only thing to improve is the electric socets and the bed lamps missing. First of all there are too few socets in the whole apartment (non in the bathrooms) and EU plugs did not fit in (Noor tried to help with providing 2 EU plug compatible extension cables).

Thank you for the amazing stay. The apartment is perfect with all necessary appliances. The location is very near to Dubai Marina beach( only 5 min walk). The sea and Marina views are awesome😍 Honest and decent service from Norman made our stay comfortable 🙏

The best location. All attractions are very close. The apartment is very clean. The owner himself met us and accommodated us. He explained all the details very carefully. Huge apartment: large living room. A bedroom with a large bed. Beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and fountain from the bedroom. Two bathrooms. And most importantly, a balcony with a view of the Burj Khalifa. I recommend it. Mainly, the building has a bridge that connects to the Dubai Mall.recommend!recommend!recommend!These photos were taken from the balcony of this apartment!!!

Apartment 1905 was perfect and very well appointed for my family. It had everything we needed and we wish we could stay longer. Look for Mr. Waseem Abbas when you book here. He will make your stay very easy and convenient. And he will assist you with getting settled in. I highly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view from our balcony was insane! We will definitely return.

Stayed here for 4 days, Lived on the 36th floor The overview is generally bomb, especially at night when you sit with your wife drinking a cold cocktail🍹🍹Everything was at the highest level, for those who like to cook themselves, this room is even cheaper, there is access on two sides, one to the embankment, the other to the city, you go out to the embankment, there are a bunch of boats waiting for you there, all you need, the pool is just excellent, there is an Almaty cafe nearby for people from the CIS, there is food from Kazakhstan, Tenant Vassim 👍 did everything for our comfortable stay here, I give my 10 Points out of 10👍👍👍I will come back here again
