We had a wonderful family stay with Staycae and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fully equipped perfect for our needs as a family with kids. Awesome apartment. Beautiful design, clean, the view is great, I think it’s gonna be nice park zone in the nearest time near by. Microwave, iron, tv, and other things I could be in need are available in the apartment. Another pluses are an affordable price, good coordinating system and perfect location close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. The building is in a prime location, very close to the heart of the city—especially the iconic Burj Khalifa and other major attractions. Everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. I recently stayed at Staycae - Paramount Dubai for a couple of days, and it was truly an amazing experience. Actually I was a guest in a staycae apartment and it was really great time , the apartment was clean and I got a smooth access , everything was available and I needed nothing during my holiday , I would recommend to stay in Vera since it’s near by mall and there’s the Burj khalifa view , I would like to mention one guy his name is MAJDI he did helped during the stay and he made sure that everything is good and kept checking on everything ,

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Damac Paramount Management. The staff are friendly and helpful pointing to Mr Edwin, his attention, humility and hospitality is to be compared to non… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacements , or servicing, Mr Edwin ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Damac paramount on visits , and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming visitors looking for an apartment. I couldn’t be happier!

Its actually a nice and memorable one at Damac Celestia, The desert views are so magnificent oh my gosh. Were forever grateful to Mr. Noble for assisting us wholeheartedly, You helped me right when I needed help most. If anyone deserves thanks, its you. I really appreciate your support in this endeavor. We still have a few more nights here but have had a brilliant stay. We were met by Mr Aboud who was very helpful, friendly and quick to get us settled in. The customer service is also so so great and friendly, they park our car for us and always say hello when we enter or leave.The apartment it’s self is really spacious, everything works unlike the last place we stayed in and the bed is really comfortable.Over all very happy with our stay and great location too.

The hotel was great, the check in process was a bit different from what Im used to but it wasnt bad. Saadia, the host who managed our booking answered all of our questions and was very patient, responsive, and helpful. The pool and gym were great and there are restaurants and a grocery store within the same building so you dont have to go far for anything! I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Dubai since it was one of the more affordable locations and close to the mall.

It’s my first time in Dubai and I’d say Damac Maison Prive has exceeded my expectations. They have the best residential support I have ever experienced so far. If you are looking for a hotel/residential apartment where you could enjoy your stay in DXB I highly recommend this. Their staff are pretty nice and awesome, especially JOHN, ELI and their manager SAJID. They’re making me feel safe and always make sure that everything is so smooth. Look for them if you have queries.

Great Service, Great Pool, Larger than most apartments I’ve stayed in. We checked in with Sadia. She was exceptional and made the whole checkin very pleasant. We had 3 young children and she made sure we had everything in the apartment and we had a direct line of contact if we were ever short on anything. Which we weren’t. I will be booking again.

So I stayed 5 months in a 2-bedroom apartment, to be honest the apartments were very clean, the service was excellent. The only downside is that there is often a lot of work to do in the apartments (TV, dishwasher or Wifi) but at each request the team of the now usually comes in less than 5 minutes.We passed by Edwin to reserve this apartment and since our arrival he knows how to listen and he is very reactive to each of our requests.It is the first time that I stay so long in Dubai, but if I come back I will return to the paramount with the staycae team.

We stayed for 10 days in business bay staycae merano apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and fully equipped. The location was wonderful but the communication before checking in was poor. Aboud managed to communicate with us but it took time and that was frustrating. The check out was a disaster. The person who checked us out was very rude and unprofessional in his approach. I don’t remember his name. He literally kicked us out in a very rude way and it ruined our stay.We then stayed in celestia damac and the host was extremely amazing. Edwin was helpful from check in to check out. The apartment was very clean and quite. It was fully equipped. Imran was very helpful during our check out. I definitely recommend the place. I thank Edwin for always answering our questions. His communication skills was excellent. Thank you!!!

On a happy occasion I found this apartment and there is no limit to my happiness. ☺️🙃 the apartment here is exactly what I was looking for. This is a bright studio apartment with everything you need for everyday life, as well as a large bed, a bright bathroom, a comfortable kitchen, a large wardrobe and a pair of large mirrors (which is very important for a girl :)), with new furnitures, and a balcony. Very polite and pleasant staff works here. They will always meet you, if you need help with heavy bags, they will also meet you from the car. Special thanks to Mr. Edwin and Mr. Imran. Their support and assistance in any matters is invaluable 🤗

I stayed at Damac Majestine for about 1 year in a large studio serviced apartment. It’s a good facility and the staff are helpful and friendly. The gym is not very big for the size of the building and number of residents but the pool is excellent. The Staycae team, in particular Murffie, was very helpful and is a great guy. He’s always happy to help and goes the extra mile.

The staff in the hotel were ever so kind, especially Edwin who accommodated us. The apartment we stayed at was lovely and clean and the views were ever so beautiful from our balcony. The apartment is only 5 minutes by taxi from Dubai mall which costs about £2-£4 to get there. The apartment also has a grocery store (carefour) nearby which is a 2 min walk.Across the road (10 minute walk) there’s a few food restaurants and hair salon nearby.

Check-in and check-out was super smooth and overall the building has good security arrangements, lovely reception area, fantastic amenities like swimming pool, gym, kids activity room and even an in-house grocery shop which is open from 8 am to mid-night. I stayed here in the Staycae, initially in DAMAC Ghalia in Dubai, it was not very good at all, as the room had a strong smell of mould and was not fit for staying, luckily Suzette was quick to respond and help out, not only did she move me to Tower 108 (across the road) where the apartment was near new, she also helped with a free night to compensate for the initial mess up (I had booked an extra night to arrive early morning but it all went bad as above).Thank you Suzette and Staycae team for fixing the issue and for a nice stay!
