    Taj Exotica Resort & Spa The Palm — an elegant and well-maintained classic on the Palm.Yes, the property is not brand new, but it is very well kept, with a lot of attention to detail and excellent maintenance. The resort employs plenty of staff — service is attentive and smooth throughout the property.The hotel is very popular among Indian guests, and it is a well-known venue for beautiful Indian weddings — during my stay there were several events happening.The beach is one of the best on this side of the Palm. I have visited all the beaches on this stretch, and apart from the brand new Atlantis The Royal, this is the top choice in terms of quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.The gardens and fountains are lovely, and the entire outdoor area feels open and peaceful. It’s a great place to relax away from the noise of the city.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined beach experience on the Palm.

    My whole experience with Taj Exotica Resort & Spa was amazing! I’ve stayed at quite a few five-star hotels in the past, but I’ve never received such an amazing service and hospitality the way I did at this place.Valet parking was included in the price, and we were treated like royalty from the moment we entered the hotel until the moment we checked out. Everyone was so sweet, and everyone kept on checking in with us to make sure we’re having the best experience every day. They are very consistent with their services.There’s a lot of high-end hotels that could learn some lessons from this hotel lol.Cleaning crew would come 2x a day to clean our room. Food was delicious too. We ate a few meals in the hotel. Each meal was very authentic and delicious.Customer service concierges always answered our questions about the city or excursions, and they always extended their service to us.If you’re looking for a place where you’re gonna feel like your best friend is welcoming you at their very fancy place, this is the place to choose!You will get the warmth and the coziness that you need, but you will also get a high-end service that you want. I highly recommend this hotel!Thank you guys for such a memorable experience! I look forward to seeing you again!

    This was honestly an amazing hotel. The layout and location of the hotel were beautiful.The food was so good, with the breakfast and dinner buffets being the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had. I also tried the restaurants within the hotel which were equally amazing.The staff were all so helpful and friendly and attentive. Every single staff member I encountered went out of their way to provide excellent service.I can’t wait to return here one day.

    We had an amazing staycation here on Thursday night. The hotel is fab, very spacious, clean, modern, and child friendly. Our room had a gorgeous view and I took an incredible sunrise video. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the hotel kindly gave us a divine chocolate cake. They also left balloons and rose petals on our bed. The food was 10/10 too.

    Super ExcellentThis has to be one of the best properties we have stayed at.Everything was perfect from Booking confirmation to Checkout including our very specific dietary requirements.Very well furnished quiet room with a nice sea viewVery good attention to detail - as soon as we walked in the buffet restaurant, a card was placed on our table Palm Kitchen - and our freshly cooked meals would be served with a smile. When we phoned in house dining - room service even they were aware of our dietary requirements.....All staff properly trained in Hospitality and served with a smile - beyond our expectationsWe even had a nice surprise during breakfast on last day - really touchedI am not naming any names as each staff member had the same serving attitude towards us and we observed all guests

    I visited the property in June for a family holiday. The time flew by as we enjoyed each bit of our stay. The swimming pool and the games room were our kids favourite locations. As a Tata employee, I was happy that my children were enjoying the finest Hospitality in the industry, and I couldnt help feeling proud of being associated with the group. The staff is extremely caring, and most reasonable requests are attended to promptly.

    One of the best hotel to stay on Palm Jumeirah. Right from check in to check out all the services provided by hotel was reay good. I would prefer this hotel for all type of tourists. To name a few Sunanda and Co from front desk team was helpful. They upgraded our room from exotica room to Luxury suite as we needed interconnected rooms for family of six. Also Diksha and Co from Club lounge took care of all our needs in a better way. The view from the hotel is really good and all amenities are nice.

Though there is enough natural light in the corridors, club house etc., the electric lights there are a dampener.     My dear friend stayed here to celebrate his wifes birthday who is like a sister to me. Ms. Chalani from guest relations accommodated my special request to arrange a bottle of wine in their room. She was coordinating with me late in the night, while I am in Mumbai, India. Inspite of the late hours, she managed to offer me a selection of the wine and even provided the facility to make the payment Online via the payment link. All this just to manage one small request. I am grateful to Ms Chalani for making my friends day a memorable one. God bless!

    I had a wonderful two night stay, the hotel is beautiful and offers great views with a private beach and an amazing pool. They offer complimentary birthday surprises which really made the trip special & provided us with a cake to celebrate Eid.Unfortunately there was no turn down service on each day which is something to look forward to when staying in a nice hotel, check in took about 20 minutes minimum and valet was not a smooth experience either.The breakfast is truly what would bring me back a thousand times so. It’s not the first time at a Taj hotel for me and the breakfast never disappoints. I will forever be craving the food. Breakfast staff very attentive and exceptionally fast in getting you seated and preparing drinks and special requests.

    It is our daughter’s birthday. Taj Exotica team did an out of way and exceptional work to make her birthday the most memorable. Each and every staff is cooperative and highly committed to their work. The hotel itself deserves to be more than 5 star rating, all the staff are really their assets. Food choices are unlimited, the half board selection is really worth. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is really a good size with separate bathtub, closed shower and closed WC. Balcony gives you amazing view.

    I had a wonderful experience at The Palm. One great feature was that the hotel offered a shuttle service to the Mall of the Emirates (MOE) at 11am and 5pm, with return trips at 12pm and 6pm. This made travel very convenient. Taxis are also readily available, thanks to the hotel’s concierge team. A one-way trip between the hotel and MOE by taxi costs around 60 AED.Breakfast is available at The Palm Kitchen which offers a nice spread.

    Everything from check-in to check-out was an absolute delight.Lets start, Check was seamless like a well oiled machine. The reception staff were just awesome and seating area is spacious. One of the most beautiful receptions in Dubai and I have stayed at multiple hotels in Dubai over the years.We rested in reception after a long trip and then we were shown our room and the luggage was there already.They gave us a great room early with check in. My family loved the rooms. They baked a complimentary cake for my sons birthday.Breakfast was absolutely awesome and the best service from the staff. Very efficient and spacious seating area for breakfast. The food was FRESH and delcious unlike some other so-called 5 star hotels in Dubai. Variety of food was great and servers were constantly checking on the hotel guests at the breakfast area.The pools and other activities were absolutely awesome, we sat daily and ate our dinner outside. We ordered our lunch and dinner through Careem as the hotel prices were high for lunch and dinner.The pool is safe for smaller kids so my kids loved it.Check-out was a breeze as well. The staff allowed us a little extra time in the room also because my little child and extra time needed to pack. I really appreciated that.At the pool area, I saw some people leaving glass near the water that could easily break and injure someone or fall into the water.Also, I saw multiple couples engaging in adult activities inside the pool in full view of children of different ages. This was extremely disrespectful especially to my 8 year old daughter. My suggestion is for hotel management to communicate this to hotel guests and for staff to stop this from happening.

    Excellent place to stay in Dubai. We stayed in Taj Exotica for five nights. Superb staff and services. My son has some food allergies. The staff and the chefs went out of their way to help us with food as per our requirements. Special attention was given to our food requirements.Extra care was taken by the staff and chefs. They prepared food for my son separately. The housekeeping staff is wonderful too. Ambience and location of the hotel is amazing. Rooms are comfortable with beautiful view of the beach.     One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had in terms of service!We booked a Luxury Sea View Room King Bed, but the original view didn’t meet our expectations. The staff quickly helped us upgrade to a stunning room with a view of the beach, pool, and sea — and it included lounge access.Manager Sharthak was incredibly friendly and gave us a personal tour of the hotel and its amenities. The pool and beach are super convenient with towels and water provided. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely delicious and generous. Lounge snacks were also a treat.The hotel is located at the far end of the Palm, which makes it peaceful.     Its a beautiful hotel. The check in with shell necklace and complimentary drinks is beautiful. Sumit working there in room service is such a wonderful person. He is so kind and run errands with ease and makes every effort to make your stay wonderful.Apart from that location of hotel is beautiful. Beach has so many beautiful fishes and pool water was just perfect for a dip.Also if you order food in room the hotel kitchen makes so delicious food . I loved the hotel kitchen foodApart from that they have so many vegetarian options. What u don’t see displayed, asked the chef and he will make fresh.I also had my holi with colors there and i am returning home with beautiful memories of this place .Loved it!!!!!!

    Loved the stay in Taj excotica Palm..it lives up to the Taj standard which is premium across all it hotels. This hotel in particular is amazing. Checkin process is smooth and guests are seated while staff come and get the checkin done. The ambience, service , food, rooms, pool, kids activities are top class. Food in particular was amazing with plenty of options for bfast, lunch or dinner. Too notch service as well. Overall amazing experience, will surely recommend Taj over other hotels in Palm.

    Highly recommend this resort. The service is faultless, the resort is clean and well designed and above all the staff go beyond their work to ensure that all have a great vacation! All restaurants are of good standard and have a vast menu. We enjoyed dining at the Palm Kitchen the most. The service from Rishabh and Bishal was attentive, quick and pleasant. These 2 are a credit to the Taj. The pool assistants are also great, nothing is too much trouble. Aman went out of his way to help with any assistance around the pool.

    We’ve stayed at over ten hotels on The Palm, including multiple stays at Anantara and Sofitel, so we were curious to try the Taj Exotica. Unfortunately, it did not quite meet our expectations.The standard rooms are quite small for a hotel in this category. One of the biggest disappointments was the air conditioning, which had a musty smell. We reported it at the front desk, but nothing was done during our stay. On a positive note, the rooms were very clean and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff.The pool area is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the property. However, we were surprised to see leftover food trays from other guests left in the hallway for several days without being cleared — something that simply shouldn’t happen in a five-star hotel.The buffet was decent with an adequate selection, but the service was slow and inconsistent, especially during busy times. Staff were friendly, but often overwhelmed.Overall, the stay was okay, but the overall experience falls short compared to neighboring hotels like Anantara or Sofitel, which we’ve enjoyed more and would likely choose again over this one.

    We had a great stay at taj some weeks back with my family.While entering the hotel there was this sense of welcoming that you would expect from a taj hotel.Staff was really good and the check in and check out was smooth.The food at the palm kitchen was amazing! With different cuisines each day. They had the best Indian food. Right from check-in, everything was seamless and warm. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a *complimentary* upgrade to a suite , which set the tone for a truly special stay.The *room* was spacious, tastefully designed, and offered stunning views. It had everything we needed to feel relaxed and pampered. The attention to detail in cleanliness, room setup, and decor was excellent.One of the absolute highlights was the *food* . The Indian dishes in the *buffet* both at breakfast and dinner were exceptional. You could tell the chefs knew their craft well; the flavors were authentic, rich, and catered to both Indian and Western tastes. From freshly made dosas and parathas in the morning to flavorful curries and delicious desserts in the evening, every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. Even the Western options were well done, with plenty of variety and great presentation.The *lounge* service also stood out. It was peaceful, tastefully done, and perfect for winding down. The staff serving there were attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring we were comfortable.But what really makes this property special is the *staff* . Mr. Ayub deserves special mention he was extremely courteous, helpful, and always around to assist with a smile. Every member of the team from the front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff was polite, professional, and genuinely hospitable. *It didn’t feel like service it felt like care.*The hotel’s overall ambience and facilities were top-notch: beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and even great spaces for children.     Our second visit to the Taj Exotica and can highly recommended this hotel. The staff go above and beyond and can’t do enough for you. A special mention to George from the Palm restaurant, he is a real credit to your team, so friendly and always smiling and offers the best service. The food at this hotel is excellent and offers something for everyone even fussy eaters. Mahesh from the beach also deserves a mention as he offers top service making sure you have everything you need and even lays out the towels ready for you in the morning. The rooms are very clean and well kept and the hotel grounds are very well maintained and offer a lovely beach area and large pool. The only compromise is the hotel is located the furthest point on the palm so can sometimes be tricky getting a taxi so always best to pre book if you need to get somewhere for a specific time. A truly amazing resort and hope to return again in the future!

    This place is a paradise.We spent 6 days in Dubai downtown and only 1 day in Taj (The Palm) to celebrate birthday. We had an amazing experience at this beautiful place. We had booked the Sunset + Sea view room. The kind of hospitality and service they provide is overwhelming. They even allowed us to do late checkout. We checked out at 3pm whereas the actual check out time is 12pm. Talking about the property and the food, it was a wonderful experience for us.     As per my previous review, this is a second part.Rooms are ok, we have moved today from deluxe room to suite with hot tub. View from suite is very good, but if I compare the price between deluxe room and suite it’s not worth it. We have been inform that our suite is ready, but than I found out that umbrella is broken, hot tub is not working, cleaning person left his dirty cleaning cloths there, no fresh fruits( as you expect in suite) small small things are not there, comparing to other hotels on palm( we have stayed in 90% of them in normal rooms and suite).Other hand B/F is very nice, huge selections, service is very good, all the hotel staffs are very polite.Management and rooms are the problem.

    It was local staycation with family of 9 inclusive of my three grandchildren my angels as I call them.It was a much needed break from the regular work.The stay was made comfortable by the excellent front desk staff to the house keeping to the room service.The breakfast is always the one meal everyone looks forward to and we were no exception. The elaborate spread was enough to meet everyones expectations.As I personally was on a high protein diet made a special request for the next morning breakfast. To my surprise when I walked the chef immediately told me that my stuff was ready and will be served at the table.Staff with the likes of Executive chef Anoop, Chef Himanshu and support staff Sarthak needs special mention , as these are the people who get the guests back.Taj really lived upto its tradition of top grade hospitality.

BILLION took care of our F&B at the beach, and he really treated us exceptionally.Bartender DON, very knowledgeable with the drinks , also has been so extraordinary great in his services.ELLEN, been very helpful to provide us with some unusual request( need it a rubber for pony tail)and she has been very helpful .The dining experience was another highlight. The food was exquisite – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, in a very spacious dinning hall. The staff ,specially SHRUTY( from Goa) and ,MAYAL( Indonesian), were attentive without being intrusive, always ready with helpful recommendations and a warm smile.While I didn’t have time to explore all the facilities, the property itself is magnificent – lush greenery, tranquil pathways, and a serene atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in a private paradise.In a world where service often feels transactional, Taj Exotica stands out as a beacon of true hospitality. I only wish I could have stayed longer.     One of the most luxurious and modern hotel rooms that we have stayed in Dubai!We just returned from a week’s vacation (having previously stayed at this hotel on holidays for 3 weeks in the past).We travel to Dubai almost every year on holiday and have stayed at many luxury hotels previously (Atlantis a couple of times, Zabeel Saray, Fairmont, Le Meridien to name a few). This became our favourite hotel very quickly due to the modern rooms & exceptional level of service!The hotel was impeccably spotless & the staff take great pride in ensuring that you have a great stay. Our repeat custom was recognised and the staff remembered us from our previous visit - which I’d assume a great place to stay aswell as work.Our friends came to visit us and were soo impressed when walking into reception at the decor (and the fresh fragrance smells).A special thank you to Amrinder Bains, who once again, ensured we had the best stay and has looked after us everytime we have stayed at this hotel.Thank you also to the night manager Aditya who also remembered us from previous stays; Harpreet who greets you when entering the hotel; Natasha the front desk agent who had exceptional customer service skills; Rele & Noor in Palm kitchen, who always ensured we left breakfast with a smile (even at the most busiest times like the long Eid weekend); Michael from Raia and Simon from Roaring Rabbit who looked after us when we dined there for dinner.Thank you to everyone else behind the scenes as there were too many names to mention.We have recommended this hotel to family members who have also been impressed and stay here whenever travelling to Dubai.Looking forward to planning our next visit here again!

    We had a spectacular 2 night weekend getaway to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The hotel team was extremely welcoming and had a cute setup in the room. We had a cake delivered to the hotel and everything went so smooth. The vibe was very calming and relaxing. The girls had an amazing space outdoors where they can play with their scooters. Breakfast buffet had many options. Hotel has different dining restaurants but we haven’t tried any. We sat at the lounge for a snack. Girls went to the kids clubhouse for movie night while we had a walk by the beach at sunset. I am definitely returning when i want to disconnect from life hustles.

The beach was private and immaculately maintained, with crystal-clear water that was a pleasure to swim in.Traveling with young children can be challenging, but The Taj Exotica made it effortless. We were provided with everything we needed for our baby, including a bath, cot, and sterilizer, and they promptly handled all washing. Our toddler was also well-catered for, with staff going out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and happy.A huge thank you to Dari and Murtaza in the main restaurant, who made our dining experiences extra special, and to Billion and the rest of the staff by the pool for his kindness and attentiveness.     My family & I stayed at the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa for the past week for a family reunion. Let me tell you it was one of the most amazing if not the best hotel stays I have had in my life! It truly embodied its Five Star Reputation. The service and hospitality of this hotel was above and beyond. We were always greeted with the warm smile of Harpreet at the entrance and Vikas, Praju, and Ankita at the Front Desk. Susantha kept all the rooms neat and tidy. All the staff were lovely and were happy to help! The food was absolutely delicious with there being no limit to the selection. My entire family had a blast and we had no complaints. We also met the GM Mr. Nayan Seth who was incredible. He is running a tight ship that has no mistakes. We loved his hospitality so much. Overall, 5/5 experience and definitely if you’re in Dubai, the Taj is the best place to go!

We definitely recommend paying the extra for the Taj Club Room! You get soft and hot drinks included all day, get high tea from 3-4.30 and cocktails/alcoholic drinks from 5-7.     The hotel deserves a 7 star. What makes it unique is the staff and all the employees , extremely professional! I had an extremely pleasent stay from the moment i checked in i was welcomed with welcoming drinks, didnt have to stand at the counter and finish the check in & my luggage was delivered to my toes,I didnt want to leave this place all day, although i planned to have dinner outdoors but i really loved it so i had dinner at the buffet in the restaurant and the waiters were more than professional in their service, they would come to check on what we need before we blink and theyre always willing to help , serve, do more than what they are required with positive attituides all day!! Hands up to vishu who was our waiter on Friday in at the palm kitchen.No words can do justice for this incredible resort … i really loved my stay, and i will be a frequent guest!!!!

Even after we moved to Taj Dubai for the second half of our trip, Mr. Vikas continued to look after us, ensuring we had cabs to the hotel and attractions and assisting with early check-in. He truly became our go-to person throughout the entire 8-day trip. We are deeply grateful for his exceptional service, which made our honeymoon the most special experience of our lives.     I thank the whole team at TaJ Exotica Dubai for another wonderful stay at a Taj hotel. This time we were with our baby for her 4 months birthday. The experience from Check in to checkout was amazing. All the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and accommodating. From Harpeet at the gate , to the staff providing the welcome drink and the Arabic coffee in the foyer to the staff at the restraunts everyone welcomed us with a smile and were always happy to go above and beyond. We especially wanted to thank Bassem , Ankita and Pallavi at reception for being ever so helpful and going the extra mile .Abdul, Bernard and Rishabh in the palm kitchen provided us with a very attentive personalised meal service. Even with the strictest measures I cant fault their staff at all.The house keeping staff did a very cute display with flowers and towels and balloons to help celebrate our babies four month birthday.     We love Dubai, but now that weve discovered The Taj Exotica, we know where we will be staying forevermore. The service is unparalleled. Every staff member seems to think its their personal mission to see to your needs. Our room stewards look after even the smallest details. Fresh fruit is replenished frequently in the room. The coffee, tea and accoutrements in the room are first rate. We have enjoyed the huge pool and also the beach. Elizabeth is an attentive server at the beach and pool and makes great suggestions for drinks and lunch. Her sparkly warmth is a joy. Usman is one of the concierges and has taken wonderful care of us. Above all, concierge Kenneth has made our week+ visit special. Trust me, put yourself in Kenneths hands and you will experience the best of Dubai. The week before we arrived, we received an Excel spreadsheet with each day neatly organized. In conclusion, I must single out whomever is responsible for hiring and training the staff here. Never have I witnessed such unified dedication to excellence.

Water at the beach ice cold.A lot of families with children.Brekfest is a survive mess 😝Rooms are specious with table they are already a bit used.Overall i loved the tranquility of place, stuff that did you for you. I loved vibe with children in a pool.Beds just next to brekfest where you can take sth to drink in take away cup.Its far away from metro so cab is the only option.I recommend if you want to enjoy all inclusive type of stay.Flowers in the entrance!

    Me & my family stayed here for a week and I am blown away by level of service and cleanliness of this hotel. Staff are kind and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. Our pushchair broke during our stay and the maintenance staff fixed it within minutes. Food is amazing, we had breakfast only and the selection was incredible. I would definitely recommend paying a bit extra to use their lounge, where you have can enjoy afternoon tea, snacks throughout the day and unlimited drinks. Rooms are spacious, trendy, comfortable and clean! The pool area is perfect, even has a kids pool which was ideal for my little ones, as well as access to their private beach.     I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Taj Exotica. The property is huge and beautifully situated on Palm Jumeirah, a bit away from the main city but well worth it. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an extensive spread and plenty of good vegetarian options. However, my experience at their spa was mediocre. I had a massage at their wellness center, which didnt quite meet my expectations. Ive shared a separate review for the spa. That said, everything else was excellent. The hospitality was top-notch and overall, it was a wonderful experience.

    We went for a pool day with breakfast. The spread was amazing, with interactive restaurant team, hostess remembered our name and addressed us on our name as we go out of the restau even if there are so many guests who dined. Lifeguards and pool staff are kind and thoughtful, who consistently helped to move the umbrella to cover us from extreme heat, and refills ice on our complementary bucket of water. Massive architecture and luxurious interior. Have been to a lot of five star hotels, but this ones special.

    Everyone handling the check-in process were very friendly and helpful. The entrance is particularly grand; I had never seen such a majestic hotel lobby before. The size and design of the hotel room were excellent. The balcony was very enjoyable. Although it was hard to enjoy the balcony during the day in Dubai, it was very pleasant in the evenings. The variety and taste of the breakfast were very successful. We had a long vacation, about 2 weeks. Therefore, the lack of variety and different flavors became a bit boring after a while. As with the rest of the hotel, there were Indian influences in the cuisine as well. Aside from this, the seafood and other dishes were very delicious. The room service was both quick and tasty. The only issue was the room service staffs ability to understand and speak English. We managed to solve this and place our orders somehow. I must give special mention to the cleanliness; unless otherwise stated, they cleaned the room at least twice a day. Additionally, the products left in the bathroom, such as the toothbrush, were eco-friendly. The date fruit treats also left a lovely smile on our faces. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Many thanks to all the hotel staff.

    We had a pleasant stay during the EID holidays. The staff were very hospitable, greeting us with a pearl garland and a welcome drink when we arrived 1.5 hours early for check-in. After a wait of about 45 minutes, we were given the key to a beautiful room. The hotel had great amenities, including a spacious open pool area with a separate kids pool and slides nearby, as well as direct access to the beach. The view from both the pool and beach side was delightful. Our child had a wonderful time, which made us very happy with our stay. Although the price is a bit high, if you can find a deal, I recommend giving it a try and enjoying the experience. 😇

    I will start with this: if I could give 10 stars, I would!This was such an amazing stay for many reasons. We had been in contact with the hotel beforehand (due to a flight change) and expected to arrive before our check-in time. They said, subject to room availability, they would see if they would let us check in early. They did, and for no extra cost.As wed hired a car, we drove to the hotel, where our bags were unloaded and our car was parked in their basement parking. In all my previous stays in Dubai, you would have to stand at the desk whilst the paperwork was filled. Here, we were asked to sit in the lobby, and were then greeted by the wonderful Rhiannon who provided us with a really refreshing drink and a necklace made of seashells, which she explained was to increase health and prosperity. Following this, we were seen by Ayub, who explained the ethos of the hotel. He walked us to our room (again, this was remarkable service) all whilst explaining what was what around the hotel. They set the standards, and all the staff were incredibly friendly.After freshening up, we went to the beach where we were given towels (no need for towel cards, etc) and provided water in a bucket of ice. Words can not do the beach area justice. It was impeccably clean and well maintained. We had lunch there, where Faizin was really attentive, but not in an in-your-face way.The next morning, we went for breakfast where we were greeted by Sumnima, who asked if it was the first time we were having breakfast, and the proceeded to explain the options and how to order. This was a nice touch, and it was in keeping with the high standards that we had witnessed.I also want to thank housekeeping for the wonderful job they did in looking after our room and for also putting up a birthday display for my wife, whose birthday we were celebrating.This is an incredible hotel. To all the members of staff there: thank you for such a wonderful time. We will never forget it.

    We have previously stayed at the Taj Exotica, Palm in 2023 and had the best holiday, the kids loved it.And so we had to go back again this year (October 2024), and what can I say, we simply had the best vacation again.We always feel so safe and looked after there, nothing is too much. The staff are so polite, professional and seem to love what they do.Of course I need to mention several names, and I will do my best to remember everyone, but I may forget a few.Thank you the front of house staff for the early check in after we arrived from an exhausting flight with the young kids. Special thanks to Priti and Pallavi for being so accommodating, and also to Ayub and Amrinder for always checking in with us and great advice.The Palm Kitchen team is always brilliant, and the chefs are always so happy to tailor anything for you. The table staff work so hard and it was always fun to speak to them, especially Sudhir, Michael and Vinita. They took great care of making sure our kids had a nice quiet spot to eat breakfast and were always comfortable. Many other team members to mention, including Adarsh, Chan, Dari, Deborah, Himanshu, the wonderful crepe lady (can’t remember her name, sorry), Bernard, George and Prakash.The coffee shop team were always helpful as well with making sure my daughter had her favourite fries for lunch, especially Beauty, Elaine and Simran.And housekeeping, such a fanatic team on the third floor, especially Srinivas (always went the extra mile, with creative towel animals - even a flying monkey) and Damith too. Wasir, Valentine and Dil Nawaz, thank you too.And thanks to the concierge and luggage team too, Abdullah, Santosh and Mr Singh.We can’t wait to come back, we have definitely found our special retreat in Dubai.     The hotel is very nice and staff is quite nice however waited too long to check in even tho there was staff available.The rooms are nice however lacked some spaces for luggage therefore had to use the living room to store our suitcases. Little minor things like there were only 2 bins in the room and all the Tvs worked perfectly for about 10 mins but then the channel we were watching went blank and this happend all the time.The breakfast was great and like I said staffs was good so overall would stay again.The view is brilliant if and when you can get to the roof the lifts are very slow. Our view was not great and car park 😕

From the reception, valet parking and beach staff.Location:2 stars. No green at all, not even one palm tree, fake grass and sand. Looks empty and sad.Changing room at the pool, not so many amenities ( like jumeirah group hotels for example or address group)Good by the pool delicious.Will I go back?     Staff are very friendly and hospital from the first moment. Hotel is very clean and organized. We tried international dinner buffet. Food and restaurant are amazing. They went the extra mile and prepared special dishes upon our request. Kids club is very satisfying for kids. The only missing thing is some shading of some parts of the large pool. Other than that, hotel is excellent.

    Simply fantastic from the moment you arrive in reception you feel special the level of service and care is another level . We moved to the taj after we got delayed in Dubai due to the weather . The kindness and service of the hotel will always stay with our family . Breakfast is another level . Gym and spa is stunning and the overall quality and attention to detail in every area of the hotel is outstanding. Massive thank you to prateek Barthwall the duty manager who made us feel that nothing was a problem. Elizibeth around the pool who brighten our day with her smile And mustapha the door man who looked after us coming and going. We loved the location at the end of the palm .location was not a problem as taxi where always out side and cost was only about £15 to JBR /marina .Sorry it’s took me so long to write the review we will be back soon

    This hotel could be 7 star if their front desk gets more training on not being mean and condescending towards customers.Positives: amazing pool side and beach area. Beach area gives amazing peaceful vibes in the morning with breathtaking skyline views. The poolside manager is an awesome lady as well and made sure I wasn’t double charged on a juice I ordered.Negatives: A manager on the front desk during evening has an extremely rude and condescending attitude towards myself and my family. We kept explaining to him that the room fridge wasn’t keeping my son’s milk bottles cold enough. Instead he said that’s the coldest a fridge can become and got into an argument indirectly implying that we don’t understand science. Even though I’m a certified physicist!! I didn’t bother arguing with him because I got hints of racial bias and discrimination from him.I hope Taj management can train their managers better because otherwise, the hotel property was great. We left this hotel after 2 nights due to a misbehaving manager.UPDATE: due to the timely acknowledgement from the hotel manager, I have changed the rating from 2 stars to 4. As I said, the property, luxury and majority of staff is very welcoming. Some retraining of the lobby staff will do wonders for Taj Exotica!
