One of the managers even took the time to personally walk us around the hotel and introduce us to the amenities – such a thoughtful and personal touch that made a lasting impression.The swimming pool and private beach are absolutely stunning – beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation. Our room offered breathtaking views that we’ll never forget. Every detail of our 3-day stay was exceptional, and when it was time to leave, our entire family felt genuinely sad to go.We already miss being there and will definitely return the next time we’re in Dubai.     We had a wonderful stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.The resort is truly family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play, a great pool area, and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a kid much easier. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, yet relaxed – perfect for families who want both luxury and comfort.Rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the food at the restaurants was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. From a beautifully decorated room to a surprise cake, every detail was handled with so much care and thoughtfulness.We also had an incredible dinner at Varq—absolutely phenomenal food and service.     One of the best hotel to stay on Palm Jumeirah. Right from check in to check out all the services provided by hotel was reay good. I would prefer this hotel for all type of tourists. To name a few Sunanda and Co from front desk team was helpful. They upgraded our room from exotica room to Luxury suite as we needed interconnected rooms for family of six. Also Diksha and Co from Club lounge took care of all our needs in a better way. The view from the hotel is really good and all amenities are nice.

    My dear friend stayed here to celebrate his wifes birthday who is like a sister to me. Ms. Chalani from guest relations accommodated my special request to arrange a bottle of wine in their room. She was coordinating with me late in the night, while I am in Mumbai, India. Inspite of the late hours, she managed to offer me a selection of the wine and even provided the facility to make the payment Online via the payment link. All this just to manage one small request. I am grateful to Ms Chalani for making my friends day a memorable one. God bless!

    It is our daughter’s birthday. Taj Exotica team did an out of way and exceptional work to make her birthday the most memorable. Each and every staff is cooperative and highly committed to their work. The hotel itself deserves to be more than 5 star rating, all the staff are really their assets. Food choices are unlimited, the half board selection is really worth. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is really a good size with separate bathtub, closed shower and closed WC. Balcony gives you amazing view.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially loved the relaxing spa and the delicious breakfast buffet. The location was also ideal, close to all the key attractions, yet peaceful and serene.     Excellent place to stay in Dubai. We stayed in Taj Exotica for five nights. Superb staff and services. My son has some food allergies. The staff and the chefs went out of their way to help us with food as per our requirements. Special attention was given to our food requirements.Extra care was taken by the staff and chefs. They prepared food for my son separately. The housekeeping staff is wonderful too. Ambience and location of the hotel is amazing. Rooms are comfortable with beautiful view of the beach. I would highly recommend this place for families who have young kids. Taj Exotica made our Dubai trip memorable. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended!

Spacious room and has everything you need and more,provided us a tote bag that you can use for the beach. Clean beach and overall it’s a family friendly place. Won’t be the last visit.

    I had a wonderful two night stay, the hotel is beautiful and offers great views with a private beach and an amazing pool. They offer complimentary birthday surprises which really made the trip special & provided us with a cake to celebrate Eid.Unfortunately there was no turn down service on each day which is something to look forward to when staying in a nice hotel, check in took about 20 minutes minimum and valet was not a smooth experience either.The breakfast is truly what would bring me back a thousand times so. It’s not the first time at a Taj hotel for me and the breakfast never disappoints. I will forever be craving the food. Breakfast staff very attentive and exceptionally fast in getting you seated and preparing drinks and special requests.

She presented herself in a very elegant and professional manner, wearing a beautiful traditional Indian saree, and spoke both English and Arabic fluently, which made communication smooth and pleasant.Upon my arrival, I was informed that my room would not be ready for another three hours due to an unexpected delay at the reception something I had not experienced before at your hotel. I was quite stressed and disappointed, but Camilla immediately stepped in and handled the situation with grace and efficiency. Thanks to her, I was able to access my room within just a few minutes.She not only helped resolve the issue, but also made me feel truly welcomed by sending a lovely dessert to my room as a gesture of hospitality. Her kindness, professionalism, and calming presence truly elevated my experience.I am sincerely grateful for her support and would like to commend her for her outstanding service.     This place is a paradise.We spent 6 days in Dubai downtown and only 1 day in Taj (The Palm) to celebrate birthday. We had an amazing experience at this beautiful place. We had booked the Sunset + Sea view room. The kind of hospitality and service they provide is overwhelming. They even allowed us to do late checkout. We checked out at 3pm whereas the actual check out time is 12pm. Talking about the property and the food, it was a wonderful experience for us. Multiple items in the menu and the chef also made a cake for my wife birthday.Would highly recommend a stay for at least 1 day to experience this unforgettable moment. Thank you Taj!!

    As per my previous review, this is a second part.Rooms are ok, we have moved today from deluxe room to suite with hot tub. View from suite is very good, but if I compare the price between deluxe room and suite it’s not worth it. We have been inform that our suite is ready, but than I found out that umbrella is broken, hot tub is not working, cleaning person left his dirty cleaning cloths there, no fresh fruits( as you expect in suite) small small things are not there, comparing to other hotels on palm( we have stayed in 90% of them in normal rooms and suite).Other hand B/F is very nice, huge selections, service is very good, all the hotel staffs are very polite.Management and rooms are the problem.

    Had been for a corporate iftar, which was held at the Courtyard. The view, set up and the ambience combined brought out a visually stunning and a beautiful event.I have always loved the food at Taj, but being a vegetarian was a bit skeptic on the vegetarian cuisine avble for an Iftar. But I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety and number of live stations catering to vegetarian delicacy.So overall I wud definitely recommend Taj at the Palm if anyone is looking to do a corporate Iftar.

    Its a beautiful hotel. The check in with shell necklace and complimentary drinks is beautiful. Sumit working there in room service is such a wonderful person. He is so kind and run errands with ease and makes every effort to make your stay wonderful.Apart from that location of hotel is beautiful. Beach has so many beautiful fishes and pool water was just perfect for a dip.Also if you order food in room the hotel kitchen makes so delicious food . I loved the hotel kitchen foodApart from that they have so many vegetarian options. What u don’t see displayed, asked the chef and he will make fresh.I also had my holi with colors there and i am returning home with beautiful memories of this place .Loved it!!!!!!

    Taj Exotica The Palm is a beautiful beachfront resort with great service, spacious rooms, and amazing views. The pool is huge, the beach is private, and the food is good.However, I felt the pool area really lacked trees/ greenery, so I suggested adding more landscaping. Still, a great place to unwind in Dubai.

    Our second visit to the Taj Exotica and can highly recommended this hotel. The staff go above and beyond and can’t do enough for you. A special mention to George from the Palm restaurant, he is a real credit to your team, so friendly and always smiling and offers the best service. The food at this hotel is excellent and offers something for everyone even fussy eaters. Mahesh from the beach also deserves a mention as he offers top service making sure you have everything you need and even lays out the towels ready for you in the morning. The rooms are very clean and well kept and the hotel grounds are very well maintained and offer a lovely beach area and large pool. The only compromise is the hotel is located the furthest point on the palm so can sometimes be tricky getting a taxi so always best to pre book if you need to get somewhere for a specific time. A truly amazing resort and hope to return again in the future!

    The Taj was absolutely amazing! Most probably one of the best resorts we have stayed at. From the lovely welcome from the staff to the stunning decor, spacious rooms, amazing views, fantastic and helpful staff, delicious food and excellent facilities, the stay exceeded our expectations! We definitely recommend paying the extra for the Taj Club Room! You get soft and hot drinks included all day, get high tea from 3-4.30 and cocktails/alcoholic drinks from 5-7. The staff were fantastic in the club lounge too, and the view was stunning from the club room onto the palm.

    We had a spectacular 2 night weekend getaway to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The hotel team was extremely welcoming and had a cute setup in the room. We had a cake delivered to the hotel and everything went so smooth. The vibe was very calming and relaxing. The girls had an amazing space outdoors where they can play with their scooters. Breakfast buffet had many options. Hotel has different dining restaurants but we haven’t tried any. We sat at the lounge for a snack. Girls went to the kids clubhouse for movie night while we had a walk by the beach at sunset. I am definitely returning when i want to disconnect from life hustles.

    Amazing hotel! Very good staff and a very large pool. The beach is also one of the best on the palm. Really nice. Location is not the best since it’s located on the end of the palm, taking longer to get to the mall and downtown Dubai. But in my opinion it’s worth the compromise.

    Huge 🙏🏼 praise for Taj Exotica hotel, I have tried a lot of 5 star hotels in Dubai, but Taj is completely different, their staff is super professional, well trained, the aura is completely relaxing and Beautiful when you enter the hotel and everything was ready when we were to check in to our room, one of the best hotels in Dubai.I would like to say thank you for the lovely staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff on the 5th floor, the restaurant staff, etc. but first and foremost I would like to praise the managers for the great work they have done for their staff to give us a fantastic stay, I am already looking forward to coming back.Best family hotel for kids❤️

    The hotel deserves a 7 star. What makes it unique is the staff and all the employees , extremely professional! I had an extremely pleasent stay from the moment i checked in i was welcomed with welcoming drinks, didnt have to stand at the counter and finish the check in & my luggage was delivered to my toes,I didnt want to leave this place all day, although i planned to have dinner outdoors but i really loved it so i had dinner at the buffet in the restaurant and the waiters were more than professional in their service, they would come to check on what we need before we blink and theyre always willing to help , serve, do more than what they are required with positive attituides all day!! Hands up to vishu who was our waiter on Friday in at the palm kitchen.No words can do justice for this incredible resort … i really loved my stay, and i will be a frequent guest!!!!

    Amazing Experience. From arrival to departure the service here was truly amazing. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help out in whatever way they could.The rooms were nice and big, very clean and modern. I know its a fairly new hotel compared to some of the others but they have maintained it will.There are a number of restaurants on site, all of which serve high quality food and theres plenty of choices especially at the palm restaurant.A special thank you to Maulya from the palm restaurant. He provided an excellent level of customer service throughout our entire stay.I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The tickets, with prime time slots, were an absolute steal. His advice and guidance throughout the trip were invaluable, and he was always available to assist, even on his day off. He recommended the most romantic dining spots for our honeymoon, where we created lasting memories. Additionally, he went out of his way to arrange complimentary lounge access for my wife’s birthday during our stay. Even after we moved to Taj Dubai for the second half of our trip, Mr. Vikas continued to look after us, ensuring we had cabs to the hotel and attractions and assisting with early check-in. He truly became our go-to person throughout the entire 8-day trip. We are deeply grateful for his exceptional service, which made our honeymoon the most special experience of our lives. We feel blessed to have had someone like him who made us feel as though we had family away from home.A big thank you also goes to the guest relations team, who made sure our honeymoon was celebrated in the most memorable way. They decorated our room beautifully each night and went the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday and our honeymoon extra special by arranging gorgeous cakes.This was the true Taj experience, with every member of the team going above and beyond to make our week unforgettable.     I thank the whole team at TaJ Exotica Dubai for another wonderful stay at a Taj hotel. This time we were with our baby for her 4 months birthday. The experience from Check in to checkout was amazing. All the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and accommodating. From Harpeet at the gate , to the staff providing the welcome drink and the Arabic coffee in the foyer to the staff at the restraunts everyone welcomed us with a smile and were always happy to go above and beyond. We especially wanted to thank Bassem , Ankita and Pallavi at reception for being ever so helpful and going the extra mile .Abdul, Bernard and Rishabh in the palm kitchen provided us with a very attentive personalised meal service. Even with the strictest measures I cant fault their staff at all.The house keeping staff did a very cute display with flowers and towels and balloons to help celebrate our babies four month birthday.     We love Dubai, but now that weve discovered The Taj Exotica, we know where we will be staying forevermore. The service is unparalleled. Every staff member seems to think its their personal mission to see to your needs. Our room stewards look after even the smallest details. Fresh fruit is replenished frequently in the room. The coffee, tea and accoutrements in the room are first rate. We have enjoyed the huge pool and also the beach. Elizabeth is an attentive server at the beach and pool and makes great suggestions for drinks and lunch. Her sparkly warmth is a joy. Usman is one of the concierges and has taken wonderful care of us. Above all, concierge Kenneth has made our week+ visit special. Trust me, put yourself in Kenneths hands and you will experience the best of Dubai. The week before we arrived, we received an Excel spreadsheet with each day neatly organized. In conclusion, I must single out whomever is responsible for hiring and training the staff here. Never have I witnessed such unified dedication to excellence.

    My family & I stayed at the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa for the past week for a family reunion. Let me tell you it was one of the most amazing if not the best hotel stays I have had in my life! It truly embodied its Five Star Reputation. The service and hospitality of this hotel was above and beyond. We were always greeted with the warm smile of Harpreet at the entrance and Vikas, Praju, and Ankita at the Front Desk. Susantha kept all the rooms neat and tidy. All the staff were lovely and were happy to help! The food was absolutely delicious with there being no limit to the selection. My entire family had a blast and we had no complaints. We also met the GM Mr. Nayan Seth who was incredible. He is running a tight ship that has no mistakes. We loved his hospitality so much. Overall, 5/5 experience and definitely if you’re in Dubai, the Taj is the best place to go!

    We went for a pool day with breakfast. The spread was amazing, with interactive restaurant team, hostess remembered our name and addressed us on our name as we go out of the restau even if there are so many guests who dined.     Me & my family stayed here for a week and I am blown away by level of service and cleanliness of this hotel. Staff are kind and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. Our pushchair broke during our stay and the maintenance staff fixed it within minutes. Food is amazing, we had breakfast only and the selection was incredible. I would definitely recommend paying a bit extra to use their lounge, where you have can enjoy afternoon tea, snacks throughout the day and unlimited drinks. Rooms are spacious, trendy, comfortable and clean! The pool area is perfect, even has a kids pool which was ideal for my little ones, as well as access to their private beach.     The hotel is very nice and staff is quite nice however waited too long to check in even tho there was staff available.The rooms are nice however lacked some spaces for luggage therefore had to use the living room to store our suitcases. Little minor things like there were only 2 bins in the room and all the Tvs worked perfectly for about 10 mins but then the channel we were watching went blank and this happend all the time.The breakfast was great and like I said staffs was good so overall would stay again.The view is brilliant if and when you can get to the roof the lifts are very slow. Our view was not great and car park 😕

The kindness and service of the hotel will always stay with our family . Breakfast is another level . Gym and spa is stunning and the overall quality and attention to detail in every area of the hotel is outstanding. Massive thank you to prateek Barthwall the duty manager who made us feel that nothing was a problem. Elizibeth around the pool who brighten our day with her smile And mustapha the door man who looked after us coming and going.     We have previously stayed at the Taj Exotica, Palm in 2023 and had the best holiday, the kids loved it.And so we had to go back again this year (October 2024), and what can I say, we simply had the best vacation again.We always feel so safe and looked after there, nothing is too much. The staff are so polite, professional and seem to love what they do.Of course I need to mention several names, and I will do my best to remember everyone, but I may forget a few.Thank you the front of house staff for the early check in after we arrived from an exhausting flight with the young kids. Special thanks to Priti and Pallavi for being so accommodating, and also to Ayub and Amrinder for always checking in with us and great advice.The Palm Kitchen team is always brilliant, and the chefs are always so happy to tailor anything for you. The table staff work so hard and it was always fun to speak to them, especially Sudhir, Michael and Vinita. They took great care of making sure our kids had a nice quiet spot to eat breakfast and were always comfortable. Many other team members to mention, including Adarsh, Chan, Dari, Deborah, Himanshu, the wonderful crepe lady (can’t remember her name, sorry), Bernard, George and Prakash.The coffee shop team were always helpful as well with making sure my daughter had her favourite fries for lunch, especially Beauty, Elaine and Simran.And housekeeping, such a fanatic team on the third floor, especially Srinivas (always went the extra mile, with creative towel animals - even a flying monkey) and Damith too.     I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Taj Exotica. The property is huge and beautifully situated on Palm Jumeirah, a bit away from the main city but well worth it. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an extensive spread and plenty of good vegetarian options. However, my experience at their spa was mediocre. I had a massage at their wellness center, which didnt quite meet my expectations. Ive shared a separate review for the spa. That said, everything else was excellent.     I will start with this: if I could give 10 stars, I would!This was such an amazing stay for many reasons. We had been in contact with the hotel beforehand (due to a flight change) and expected to arrive before our check-in time. They said, subject to room availability, they would see if they would let us check in early. They did, and for no extra cost.As wed hired a car, we drove to the hotel, where our bags were unloaded and our car was parked in their basement parking. In all my previous stays in Dubai, you would have to stand at the desk whilst the paperwork was filled. Here, we were asked to sit in the lobby, and were then greeted by the wonderful Rhiannon who provided us with a really refreshing drink and a necklace made of seashells, which she explained was to increase health and prosperity. Following this, we were seen by Ayub, who explained the ethos of the hotel. He walked us to our room (again, this was remarkable service) all whilst explaining what was what around the hotel. They set the standards, and all the staff were incredibly friendly.After freshening up, we went to the beach where we were given towels (no need for towel cards, etc) and provided water in a bucket of ice. Words can not do the beach area justice. It was impeccably clean and well maintained. We had lunch there, where Faizin was really attentive, but not in an in-your-face way.The next morning, we went for breakfast where we were greeted by Sumnima, who asked if it was the first time we were having breakfast, and the proceeded to explain the options and how to order. This was a nice touch, and it was in keeping with the high standards that we had witnessed.I also want to thank housekeeping for the wonderful job they did in looking after our room and for also putting up a birthday display for my wife, whose birthday we were celebrating.This is an incredible hotel. To all the members of staff there: thank you for such a wonderful time. We will never forget it.

    Staff are very friendly and hospital from the first moment. Hotel is very clean and organized. We tried international dinner buffet. Food and restaurant are amazing.     This hotel could be 7 star if their front desk gets more training on not being mean and condescending towards customers.Positives: amazing pool side and beach area. Beach area gives amazing peaceful vibes in the morning with breathtaking skyline views. The poolside manager is an awesome lady as well and made sure I wasn’t double charged on a juice I ordered.Negatives: A manager on the front desk during evening has an extremely rude and condescending attitude towards myself and my family. We kept explaining to him that the room fridge wasn’t keeping my son’s milk bottles cold enough. Instead he said that’s the coldest a fridge can become and got into an argument indirectly implying that we don’t understand science. Even though I’m a certified physicist!! I didn’t bother arguing with him because I got hints of racial bias and discrimination from him.I hope Taj management can train their managers better because otherwise, the hotel property was great. We left this hotel after 2 nights due to a misbehaving manager.UPDATE: due to the timely acknowledgement from the hotel manager, I have changed the rating from 2 stars to 4. As I said, the property, luxury and majority of staff is very welcoming. Some retraining of the lobby staff will do wonders for Taj Exotica!

    The Taj ExoticaI team provided exceptional service to include kindness and genuine efforts to accommodate my friends and I during our September visit for our friend’s 50th Birthday Celebration in Dubai. From the very start, the Taj team was especially gracious in welcoming us into this resort. During our stay, Kuldeep who took care of our rooms was extremely pleasant, great to speak with and determined to make certain we were all comfortable in our spaces. His counterpart Jud was also very accommodating with simple yet gratifying gestures like bringing up beach bags with sandals inside as a welcome gift within minutes from checking in. Prateek at the Front Desk was also very kind and informative with our quest for evening ventures during our visit.Last but definitely not least was our interaction with Vikas, The Greatest Of All Times in Concierge Service and beyond! From the introduction with Vikas I could tell he’s a kind hearted human being. I wanted to purchase tickets for a few friends to visit a popular location there. However, we didn’t realize the popularity of this site and regular tickets were sold out. Although there were other options for tickets I greatly appreciated Vikas candor when offers were extremely overpriced. Yet he continued to make the effort to find something reasonable for the group. Furthermore, he knew how important it was to a few of us and offered alternate means to assist in getting us to that destination before flying back home.At the very end our trip we had a mishap with airline ticketing which quickly turned things chaotic with fear of having to leave one of our friends to rebook her fight during business hours the following day. Vikas took charge, volunteered his time beyond his designated work hours to accompany us to the airport and was beyond supportive in rectifying the airport dilemma. He assured us that even if our friend couldn’t get on the flight with us that night that he would ensure she was safe.Taj Exotica Resort and Spa at The Palm Dubai is definitely a location I look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend to others. The Taj team played a big role in making our Dubai trip memorable and Im certain will do the same for others.

    The Hotel is in Palm Jumeirah end side. Driving here realized the road are not concrete smooth, its tiled road and bumpy at places. We had a event organized here and the halls were quite well designed and maintained. I had Indian food, butter chicken and Dal Tadka along with Naan and Rice and it was really good.

    What can I say. The Taj Resort the Palm is simply a luxurious hotel with very good service. The staff are always keen to make sure you are comfortable. We really felt very comfortable.The hotel is very quiet and is really great for relaxing and escaping the hustle and bustle of Dubai. It also has a wonderful sea view and the restaurant selection invites you to a different delicious meal every evening. The buffet was more than adequate.     Everyone handling the check-in process were very friendly and helpful. The entrance is particularly grand; I had never seen such a majestic hotel lobby before. The size and design of the hotel room were excellent. The balcony was very enjoyable. Although it was hard to enjoy the balcony during the day in Dubai, it was very pleasant in the evenings. The variety and taste of the breakfast were very successful. We had a long vacation, about 2 weeks. Therefore, the lack of variety and different flavors became a bit boring after a while. As with the rest of the hotel, there were Indian influences in the cuisine as well. Aside from this, the seafood and other dishes were very delicious. The room service was both quick and tasty. The only issue was the room service staffs ability to understand and speak English. We managed to solve this and place our orders somehow. I must give special mention to the cleanliness; unless otherwise stated, they cleaned the room at least twice a day. Additionally, the products left in the bathroom, such as the toothbrush, were eco-friendly. The date fruit treats also left a lovely smile on our faces. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Many thanks to all the hotel staff.

    We had a pleasant stay during the EID holidays. The staff were very hospitable, greeting us with a pearl garland and a welcome drink when we arrived 1.5 hours early for check-in. After a wait of about 45 minutes, we were given the key to a beautiful room. The hotel had great amenities, including a spacious open pool area with a separate kids pool and slides nearby, as well as direct access to the beach. The view from both the pool and beach side was delightful. Our child had a wonderful time, which made us very happy with our stay. Although the price is a bit high, if you can find a deal, I recommend giving it a try and enjoying the experience. 😇

    This hotel has been one of the best hotels I have ever been fortunate to stay in terms of property decor, room style/cleanliness and the service is beyond world class. From the point we arrived, we felt this was going to be a special place. At check in, Pallavi amongst other staff members were efficient, very communicative by setting the scene and expectations from the start - we were also fortunate for the team to prepare our room with our celebration in mind along with a chocolate mousse cake - I managed to devour half of it.The rooms are large, with great luxury amenities. Beds are large and comfortable with a large desk area if you needed. All the rooms appear to have balconies so was nice to step out to enjoy the heat. The housekeeping staff were quick and thorough everyday to ensure our room was ready - we aren’t messy guests so I hope we made their life easier too. There were different members every day and I could see they were always busy but I would have loved to interact with them more.I managed to use the Gym and spa faculties which are well maintained and have a great ambience with beautiful views towards Jumeirah.The breakfast and dinner options are endless here - we spent most of our evenings at the Palm Kitchen as food was catered for all cuisines on different nights - with a focus on Indian cuisine as their staple menu items. Rajmohan one of the chefs, along with other chefs was always out on the floor ensuring the food was available and presentable. He also went out of his way by making me a portion of their chicken tikka which I was looking forward to trying. Sunil made the best omelettes for me which I enjoyed every day. The waiting staff are exemplary at this hotel - during breakfast and dinner, on some occasions we were attended to by familiar faces everyday and we really warmed to them. Abdul in the mornings was always someone I looked forward seeing as he had a shy demeanour but one of the most politely soft spoken people. Dari was always full of life every time and explained the food and remembered my wife’s particular coffee every morning. Bishal was always quick, attentive and made sure we had everything and asked if we ever wanted anything that wasn’t available and out. My only observation during breakfast is perhaps to enforce a dress policy - Indians from India seem to think it’s okay to attend breakfast in pyjamas. This isn’t just in Dubai but I have noticed this is the case in supermarkets, retail outlets, general public places in U.K. too - I am strong advocate to respect the countries and culture of where you are visiting. Bear in mind, I am a British Indian - so there are vast differences.The pool area is very well maintained with lots of sun beds, cabanas available. There are sufficient amount near the beach also which is backed to the pool area. I had a few days with interacting with Umesh who was friendly and we were able to exchange stories about overall life. Again, I did notice the few Indian clientele to be very loud at the pool area with their children and lacked common decency and a good level of etiquette for other guests who are visiting to relax and unwind.Overall, I loved this hotel and what made it even better were the people that worked there. Especially when you spend a few minutes talking to them like equals - which a lot of people unfortunately lack. We were recommended this hotel by family and glad we stayed here and in fact would return here again - I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. Amazing Taj Hotels - you guys really have done yourself proud here.

    The service and location is fantastic. The staff and s amazing and very friendly. The hotel is modern and well kept. All the facilities are outstanding. There is one big swimming pool although it is hard to find a quiet spot. The hotel is great for families with children but not so good for couples.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but when you experience, amazing hospitality, I feel obliged to experience with Taj exotica hotel in the pond is truly beyond words. It starts from the amazing reception area to the fantastic room, set up and first and foremost, the amazing staff of the hotel everyone is extremely friendly and so polite.     Recently visited this beautiful hotel for a short trip and short review :Located a bit far from city center and all round down to the touristic places can take 30-40 mins , depends on the traffic .- we had only breakfast included and wasn’t the best breakfast for that price , payed over 500$ for a night.- beach was good , clean and totally empty at 10AM.- at the entrance of the hotel beautiful lady in sari greetings you w some necklaces from seashells .-rooms , are really good. Probably that’s why not much people at the beach :)- staff super friendly.- generally good hotel but not worth that price , guess price topped because of location.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Such welcoming staff. Love the spaciousness of the overall hotel as it doesnt feel too overwhelming with crowds. One of the best breakfast experience with insane variety. Small welcoming gifts are offered upon arrival:seashell necklace, fruits and boxed dates in the room. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. You wont be disappointed.

    Although this place might seem way out of convenience, the hotel is lovely with an amazing view. Here for a business conference and the hospitality is amazing. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The food is yummy so are the pastries. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful holiday or business event.

    We did a pool day here with family who were staying in the hotel on holiday. The facilities at the pool were great and kept the kids entertained for hours.     This property is wide spread over a big area. This has 2 ball rooms and the bigger ball room capacity is 400 pax in round table. The staff is very helpful who are ready to go extra mile for u. Rooms have good size balconies. Great view of the sea.

    Top notch accommodation and service. The smallest of details are attended to. Great views, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower and bath. Beautiful pool, work out room, spa and lobby. Breakfast was plentiful with a range of delicious options to choose from, all prepared to the highest standard. Dinner was equally fantastic. The pool area was large enough and the sunbeds were excellent. The beach set up was fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this Resort for an unforgettable stay, from the stunning design to the impeccable service and attention to detail, everything about our experience was first class!     Rooms are of a great size and decor, staff are very friendly and attentive especially all of the restaurant staff and chefs in palm kitchen - the lunchtime butter chicken is the best ever! We stayed in the first week of February and overall had a fantastic time. The daily room servicing is first class and the greeting from reception staff is excellent (thanks to Himanshu). We would definitely recommend this hotel. The only improvements could be a warmer pool in Jan/Feb time, free use of the Padel court and a more powerful shower!

    Located at the far end of Palm Dubai, a wonderful hotel that opened just over a year ago! The staff are all friendly and the hotel facilities are very luxurious and tidy. Two adults and two children booked a family king room and we stayed there for two nights. The sofa bed was more comfortable than expected and the bedding was very clean. From check-in to pick-up of the car after check-out, all the staff at the hotel were so sweet and kind, I was impressed. Thank you so much for making good memories.

    Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The service is excellent with immaculate attention to detail including staff greeting you by name each day.We dined with the half board option and there are plenty of restaurants for a week’s stay, including a number of kids’ menus. Breakfast was a particular highlight with a range of cuisines and the ability to order dishes to your table.Thank you to Chef Sonu for the excellent hospitality. The food at Varq (Indian) was our favourite and at Palm Kitchen, Chef Himanshu and our waiter, Murtaza looked after us very well, even creating dishes off-menu.We were celebrating our father’s 70th birthday and the hotel organised a beautiful fruit basket, cake and room display.The rooms are very spacious,modern and clean with large bathrooms. The turn down service offers dates and chamomile tea - a lovely touch.Thanks to everyone at Taj Exotica Palm.

    Taj Exotica is a beautiful property. Very well managed. The entire team is so courteous and humble. Elegant luxurious rooms. The highlight was their Jacuzzi suite. Exclusive dining options. Taj Palm has the largest pool in the entire Palm. Absolutely stunning.

    Wow, wow, wow.Everything was amazing.On check in they gave us necklaces made from sea shells.In my standard room, they placed a plate of fruits and a small box of chocolate and refilled the box everyday.The beds are very comfortable and the amenities were great.Oh, the lights in the room were fantastic.The breakfast was excellent.The pool and the beach , big love.The staff were very friendly.The location is too far.

Our stay in the Exotica room with breakfast and access to the lounge for High Tea and Happy Hours was truly memorable.From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Sam (Mr. Sambhaji Shirsate), our Assistant Butler Manager, who took excellent care of us. He was always there to help with a smile, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The rooms were clean and tidy, providing a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. Both the High Tea and Happy Hours included in our stay were fantastic experiences. The lady who served us in the Lounge was very welcoming and cheerful, attending to all our needs with great care.As vegetarians, food is a crucial aspect of our stay, and Taj Exotica did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a vast array of vegetarian options including Masala Chai, idli, medu wada, upma, poha, live counters for dosa, uttapam, paratha, puri bhaji, fried rice, and more. The spread was impressive and the food was absolutely delicious. Kudos to the in-house chef for a job well done. It was such a delight to find such a vast vegetarian spread, something I havent experienced in my thirteen years in the UAE. Without a doubt, this is the best place for vegetarians.Our two-day stay at Taj Exotica felt like a spa retreat, where we were pampered, relaxed, and truly happy.     We stayed at taj for 5 nights and i must say the best hotel experience i have ever had. From the time of arrival to departure the staff from every department know very well on how to look after the guests. Our concierge james is the star of our visit. He has planned our total stay and guiding us and planning our visiting itinerary and made sure everything was organised and smooth even on his day off. He has helped us plan our visit even after our departure from the hotel. Thank you jamesAfter our stay at taj we have stayed in burj al arab for 2 nights and my experience at taj made me feel like burj al arab front staff and in general have a lot to learn from staff at taj exotica. Well done team taj exotica, cant wait to come back.

    This place exceeded our expectations! 10/10 for everything. Service, cleanliness of the rooms, response to our requests and most importantly how friendly and loving they were to our baby. Would absolutely recommend Taj The Palm to anyone. Definitely prestigious and luxurious. We are very happy with the service and the friendliness here. Buffet breakfast is 10/10. Raia restaurant on level 6 is 10/10 and one of the best restaurants in Dubai in our experience. Thank you for making our stay so incredibly memorable!

    What can I say !!!! From the first step which we took towards resort, we was welcomed with warmth and respect. The check in was soo easy and the staff was so kind and professional with their support. Stayed for my 40th birthday and they didn’t disappoint us with there surprises. The location is very beautiful with some amazing views from the room . The breakfast menu was amazing with plenty of options including for every age, just can’t wait to book for my every year Dubai trip on this year’s calendar list.
