We recently stayed there for a week in a 3BR apartment in 21st Century Towers. Pros: Friendly staff, granting all our requests. Very conveniently located for tourism activities. Has a nice pool and fabulous gym. Loved the stay and will for sure visit again. Cons: We were first give a smaller room than what appeared on the site but when asked for a change they did give us a bigger apartment. Tea pot was missing to make tea, when asked they supplied it immediately although it was a strange pot in which milk was getting stuck, hence wasting much of it. Wish they cleared the garbage every day. Not sure if we needed to ask for a room cleanup but that was never done although once a week was promised. Bathrooms needed tidying by 3rd day but because we were very busy going out after breakfast and coming back late night, we did not have time to ask them to do so.

We recently stayed in a 3BHK hotel apartment for six days, and it was an outstanding experience, especially for the price. The apartment was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and homely vibe throughout our stay. The standout feature was definitely its prime location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and essential services.A special thanks to Mr. Shakthivel and his team for their exceptional service. We booked a 3-room apartment with Trinity Holiday Homes for 5 days. The apartment is conveniently located near the Financial Center Metro Station. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Sakti for making the necessary arrangements.

Had a decent stay for a week in the 3 bhk Airbnb. Pros: Before check-in asked for the details regarding preference for the kind of bed and were provided accordingly. Some items were not available like tea pot, bathroom mop stick . When asked for, immediately provided(although milk used to stick to the tea pot ). In between the dryer was nOt working and was replaced.Cons: Once in between the week they should have cleaned the whole apartment including bathrooms(without us requesting for it).Mr.Sakthivel was there to assist during checkout and was very decent and friendly.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 days. This is easily one of the nicest stays with amazingly easy access to the metro as well cabs right around the corner. The hospitality extended by Mr. Sakthivel and team was exceptional. They accommodated all of our asks. I would highly recommend this stay.

Fantastic place to stay. Clean and big. 1 minute walk to the metro. Within 5 minute walk you have 2 gyms, supermarkets. The place is big, clean, and quiet. It’s a 10/10 accommodation.

I booked with Trinity from Vancouver and decided to take a leap of faith and trust the Trinity team as I made the reservation directly with them and not through AirBnb or any other platform. When I arrived in Dubai everything was as advertised, the Trinity team had the apartment ready before my arrival and was greeted at the lobby. Everything went smoothly and their team was very polite and helpful. I’m glad I ended up trusting Trinity and I will definitely be booking with them in my next visit!

Stayed in a 3br for 1 night. Free parking provided, spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms and plenty of space for 6 people. Great location, close to Metro and Museum of the Future. 20 min walk to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Supermarket options nearby. Looked after by Godson who checked us in and was always available on whatsapp if needed. Would use again if needing to stay in Dubai.

Stayed at 21st century tower. The location was great. This is close to Duabi mall, Burj Khalifa and the metro station is close by. There are also bunch of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Sakthivel and Godson were amazing host. They were available 24/7 and responded to any request in a timely manner. The checkin and checkout process was super fast. Highly recommend this place.

Furnished and unserviced apartments (not a hotel). Fairly clean, but there is an uncomfortable smell inside the apartment.The reservation was through Airbnb, and the administrator was very helpful.It is not suitable for families and may be suitable for a group of young people who only need a place to sleep, as the parking lots are very narrow.Personally, it is an experience that I will not repeat, and God will save hotels ☺️

It was perfect, clean and spacious apartment! The building is very well located, one stop from the Dubai Mall, 2 minutes walk from the metro station! In addition, it has a beautiful view of other buildings and the sea in the distance with sunsets.The rooftop pool and spa is really nice.Sakthivel is very welcoming, available for any requests.I recommend and will return with pleasure!

Everything was perfect! The location is one stop from the Dubai Mall, the metro station is 1 minute away, the view from the apartment of the sunsets over the sea!The apartment was great and very well equipped!Sakthivel’s welcome, all his information, his availability at all times, his kindness! Furnished apartments located in the 21st century tower on the most important road in Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, next to the Financial Center metro station.A two-room apartment was booked on the 49th floor. It has a beautiful view and privacy, and the owner’s treatment is very professional. There is no reception desk, but communication is made directly with the owner via WhatsApp and all the instructions you need are provided... All necessary electrical appliances and kitchen utensils are available in the apartment. Coordination is made with the owner regarding room service. There are cards to enter the building and a card for free parking in the building. I recommend them, and there will be another visit.

For your information, it is not a hotelIt is considered one of the types of serviced apartmentsEverything is wonderful, the apartments are very clean, and the apartment managers are excellent in dealing with them, especially brother Sakthivel. The employees are excellent and very wonderful in dealing with them. For your information, the apartments are excellent, clean, and are suitable for families, but those with small cars, and are best for young people.The price, combined with the size, location, and cleanliness of the apartments and the treatment of the staff, is considered more than wonderfulThere are downsides1 For owners of large cars, Nissan Patrol and Land Cruiser, it is not recommended at all. The parking entrances are very bad and extremely small. I repeat, for owners of large cars, it is not suitable.2 The entry system into the building: each person has a valid card, is excellent for enhancing security, but it is not suitable for large families3 I dont know why telephone transmission is almost non-existent on the upper floors4 The housing system is mixed with renters or apartment owners, and other apartments are not independentEverything is wonderful, the apartments are very clean, and those in charge of the apartments are excellent in dealing with them, especially brother Sakthivel.

The hotel is very awesome and close to the metro station. All services are available and there is also a swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children. You will literally not put anything inside the apartment. If the parking is large, you have your own parking space with a specific number. More importantly, there is a food complex near the site, with a gas station in it as well as a restaurant. It includes Pizza Hut. Of course, the apartment that I took is not in the same location. They have an apartment in this main location, so be careful of this point. This is a flaw in the apartment that I took after it is far from the center. The city was somewhat in the Jebel Ali areaAt some point, no matter what, you have to pay a deposit of 1,000 dirhams. The card has access rights. If it is lost, they will charge you 200 dirhams, so pay attention to everything they give you. I hope you benefit from my comment and do not be stingy with the like button.
