    Great location for anyone who wants to stay close to the city center. It’s basically a spacious, well-equipped apartment. The staff was very polite and helpful. We especially appreciated Moustafa (I might be spelling the name wrong), who was always friendly and eager to help—even when I had an issue with my delayed luggage. His attitude really made a difference.

The location was ideal, with easy access to everything I needed, but quiet enough to truly relax. The room felt like a home away from home, with all the thoughtful touches that made my stay seamless.But what truly set this place apart was the exceptional management. The manager Mustapha went above and beyond every single day. Professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring — they made sure I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. You can tell they put their heart into their work, and it made all the difference.I’ve stayed in many places, but this one tops the list. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, quality, and outstanding service — this is it. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to come back!

    The staff at JOne Downtown are the best. Nothing is too much trouble for themand they are very quick to react to a query or issue. The property is very clean and tidy and ideally situated for exploring downtown Dubai.

    Amazing building with good facilities and very friendly staff. Rooms views are or to Burj Khalifa or to Business Bay water canal, then the location is very nice and close to main attractions. Nearby the hotel there are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, so you have only to think about how spending your time.

    A location beyond my expectations. Although I had booked an apartment, I truly felt at home when I arrived. Just a 10-minute walk from Burj Khalifa, the central location offers easy access to everywhere. With a breathtaking view, the staff was very kind, respectful, and ensured that we lacked nothing, patiently addressing all my requests. I highly recommend it!

    We stayed here for about 7 nights. The suits are very clean and the access is very good. You can walk beside the canal and enjoy good restaurants. You can cook for yourself and enjoy every minutes of your stay. The only weakness is serving water and towels and etc. They can come and give you every day, buthere you should ask them every time in whatsapp for these small things.And when we asked to carry our lounges, the maid was throwing the suitcases and needs to be more careful with the luggage.

    Very nice to stay and very close to all the attractions. 15-20 minutes walking from the Dubai mall. Room has everything you need including free parking. There is market in the ground floor that has everything you will need. Highly recommended. Not five stars because it was a little bit noisy.

    Wonderful accommodation, excellent location, and the reception staff are very polite and helpful, especially Mr. Mustafa and all the workers. There are grocery stores open 24 hours below the tower and near cafes and restaurants, as well as the walkway on the waterway.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at J One serviced apartment, and it was an exceptional experience.The highlight of my stay was the stunning rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to relax and cool off, especially in the summer Dubai heat. The new gym was also impressive, equipped with all necessary machines. The facility was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a great workout.The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. People at the reception were always friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. They saved me multiple times with printing necessary documents and always checked on us to ensure we are having a great stay.Another useful thing in a supermarket with the coffee shop and breakfast options right in the same building, steps away from the apartment! Also, the apartment is only 5-7 minutes away from Dubai mall.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great and convenient stay in Dubai! Thank you for hosting us!

    Great service all the staff members are very helpful, friendly, courteous and the smile never leaves their faces specially Shanon at the front desk she has excellent communication skills and customer service.As far as the location is concerned I love it is close to Dubai Mall with a great view of the canal with a very clean and spacious apartment. I loved staying at Jone resident and when I will be extended my stay with them for the rest of August for sure.

    I made a booking for two weeks and I end up extending my stay for another two weeks because the location was close to DUBAI MALL and restaurant around me and I love everything about the property it feels like home, the staff were amazing, professional and caring, specially MOUSTAFA much appreciation for all the services and the other staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent and room was very clean and spacious and the appliances are fully functional, it was great stay.Definitely will be back to hotel (home)Thank youRegardsWally Swade

    Great experience. Very friendly people and excellent treatment. Channel is a sweet keen staff (god bless her soul), she noticed my wife’s birthday and gave us a complementary room upgrade.The check in and check out process was a breeze.The location is very good.I came here with no intention of using the gym or the swimming pool (while they are offered). So I do not know about those two.For the value I paid for a good clean nice place hosted by these wonderful people was great.I had a car and the parking service is excellent.The security is very good too.For the nitty pickings of things:1- the room is cold and the floors are made of porcelain so you better have your own slippers. Or you can requested from the front deskAnd it’s free.2- No soap in the bathroom, get yours. Though there are the amenities of shampoo and gel shower.

    Had a short staycation with wife and daughter there. Rooms provided were impeccable and reasonably furnished. Services provided were 5 Star rated yet “Very economical”.     We stayed with our one year baby for 8 days at unlock stays,the location of the room was close to burj khalifa and dubai mall, can be reached in less than 10 mins.The room was very clean and well organized., the baby cot was perfect for my baby for sleeping aswell as playing, 24/7 support available via whatsapp., any queries or request are responded within 5 mins, infact i ran out of dhirams to collect a package delivery and the receptionist helped me with quick cash which i returned later.,The swimming pool was clean and well maintained.,24/7 super markets were present in 1 min walkable distance .Overall, a good satisfactory stay and good hospitality., worth the money,I would recommend unlock j one stays 100% to my family and friends.,

    There are different companies in the building choose wisely, Unlock Stays is cleaner and better service where as Simply Comfort they need to improve on a lot of things first of all Unlock Stays gave a free baby crib but Simply comfort charged us 100 dhs per night for our baby to use the crib. Also the utensils in Simply Comfort are not enough. I will choose Unlock Stays they were much better. Generally the building is fine plenty of free parking spots.

    Enjoyable stay, super comfortable studio, got fabulous friendly porter taking care of my luggage at the very beginning and end! The room was clean, spacious and I was shown how to operate the smart functions. Swimming pool is a pleasure, pity its opened just till 9 pm, but understand as the lifeguard wants to go home as well. Really spacious bed with skin loving beddings. Wi-Fi in room, so you can work pretty smoothly. Very satisfied, will definitely come back and stay with Unlock!

    Stay here to stay at home. Even better because here you get great service from very friendly and attentive personnel. You can ask for any help and get it as youre in a 5* hotel.Appartments are different. I stayed in 1BR with a balcony. It is equipped with all stuff as a washing machine, dishwashing machine, fridge, stove, microwave and nespresso.You have everything to cook and eat. You can wash and iron your clothes. Shower to wake up in the morning (I dont like to have a bath so I dont need it).Here you live in the very recognizable and memorable building with the covered parking in 5-10 minutes walking from Dubai Mall, Fountains and Burj-Khalifa. 20 minutes by car from the DXB and 20 minutes by car to Palm Jumeirah. And for the very reasonable price.I was staying here during a month and will stay here next time. Im fine and can recommend.Enjoy your stay with Unlock.
