    I had come for a vacation with my family and it was really an amazing Trip and the stay was so comfortable, the host Abbas was really helpful and friendly to assist and guide us with everything.     Stayed at these apartments recently - an absolutely fantastic experience! Modern and clean with digital locks for extra convenience. The 24/7 reception was always ready to help, making our stay seamless. The building is perfectly located with easy parking access. Would highly recommend for a worry-free and comfortable stay. Five stars all the way!

    If you re looking for a place feels like home, you should definitely choose it, i have been coming to dubai for 3 years, and i came across unlock ag tower on booking and i ve tried it once and since then, i am booking it on every trip. The staff super helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious, well equipped, the building is surrounded by supermarkets and it is super clean. Highly recommended

    I had a great experience in this Apartment , clean rooms , good view and location is great, There are many supermarkets , coffee shops and Laundry around building.The employees at the front office were very welcoming and very friendly.I especially mention Mr. Hossam, He helped me to upgrade my room ,he was very caring.

    The girl in the reception she was so cooperative and kind also help us (Elien) she was so friendly! I would love to come back because of the reception workers, the room was good , but we came in a difficult weather so we left earlier than we planned so the only thing that they said we can’t request for refund for the night we left ..

    I stayed here for 10 nights, the rooms are pretty spacious, comes with dining, living room, guest toilet and central air conditioning and off-course the wi fi was good. I like this place as it is close to Dubai Mall, so you can pretty much get anything there. Also, metro bus comes around every other minute so your transport is not a challenge.The staff where courteous and helpful, they gym was just ok for the basics though they had a swimming pool, i did not venture into that area. Its a good place to stay for family and couples

    We were welcomed by very happy and helpful staff who made our check in very smooth and quick. The staff walked us to the room and demonstrated how to lock the door and showed us around the apartment. The view from the Balcony exceeded our expectations-it was amazing. Included in the booking was 2 house keeping cleans which were done to a great level. Any questions we had were answered very efficiently via WhatsApp messaging service with replies done very quickly. Loved our stay here so much we booked an extra night! Would definitely recommend and return!

    If you are staying more than 1 week in Dubai !!? Then go rent an apartment, well !,I spent 16 days on this property…I must thank the guys in the reception (Mrs.Angelica , Mr.Hussam ) …They were so cooperative with our demands..Guys you must remember it’s an Apartment so all logistics you need , you can access it easily through 3 markets they deliver everything for free ..The room was wide comfortable with nice big Sofa and 1 big bathroom and also a toilet for guests..You have no problems to bring guests with no charges about that ..There is no time limit fir entering and exit the building it’s 24/7 ..Totally safe ..Thank you

    Honestly one of the best hosting experience Ive had so far, I just moved to Dubai recently and have been staying in one of the apartments managed by Unlock since, from enquiry to booking to staying, the whole process was smooth and easy. In my experience the staff has always been available when needed, very prompt responses. I personally would recommend!Edit: I initially rated this at 5 stars, but this rating drops to 3 stars now because of one of their employees at the reception, Houssam Nader, a very arrogant guy, I have Housekeeping once every 2 weeks included in my contract, the guy said its not in the system, and I need to ask my reservation manager, which I did and she confirmed, I sent screenshots of both my contract and the confirmation of my reservation manager showing that its included. I was getting angry because its not my job to coordinate between the reservation and the reception and update their system!! And then the guy shouted and started swearing words I dont wanna put in here, an unacceptable attitude. I raised a complaint and will update here once I get an answer.Edit 2: The management of Unlock informed me that proper actions were taken against the employee who caused that drama, I must say I didnt want to cause any problems for the employee in question, but his actions were unfortunately unacceptable for Unlock itself. The management took action in a timely manner and also offered me 2 free nights as a gesture.

    I really enjoyed my stay - very clean studio with excellent WiFi, washing machine, king bed and TV system. Nice touches like detergent and washing up liquid provided, rather than having to purchase them. Very efficient and nice check in process. Highly recommended.

    I was received by Hossam, one of the managers at Unlock. Hossam made my stay very comfortable, guiding me through Unlock Homes and ensuring that I was well aware of the amenities.The doors are secured by home automation, which means you get to set a 4 digit pin. And the best part? Whatever software they’re using updates it in real time. I never had to worry about locking the door in my way out!I absolutely loved the kitchen. It had the necessary utensils, a gas stove and a laundry machine. Hossam gave me a really good tip: I could dry my clothes on the balcony, there’s a rack there. It really helped save time with washing.And most importantly, the building is family friendly. Fairly calm at night, almost no incidences of people being drunk outside, etc.All things considered, Unlock Homes marched my expectations and Hossam did a great job!

    It was a more than wonderful vacation and the apartment I received was exactly like the pictures when booking online and very comfortable and everything is close to the location of the residence Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates and all the beautiful landmarks of Dubai were close and Jumeirah Beach 💖 and the service was excellent and thanks to Mr. Peter and Mr. Hossam they were cooperative and respectful and their style of dealing is elegant may God make them happy and protect them 🌹

    I am happy to be here in my first holiday experience in Dubai.I entered the facility early in the morning.The officer at the reception was attentive.I was very pleased with the officer who later accompanied me to my room and gave me information about the facility.     I always stay in this building when I come to Dubai, Ive stayed in a studio, a one-bedroom apartment or two-bedroom apartment... I think its a great location, with supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby... I think everything is very hygienic, with new towels and a fully equipped kitchen...Ive seen some comments about the dirt, which surprises me because its one of the cleanest places Ive ever lived... maybe the resident who complained wasnt lucky...What really bothers me is the fire alarm that goes off a lot... I believe its because a resident whos been smoking a lot for a while now... Ive complained a lot to Houssam...But other than that, I highly recommend it!
