Nice new flats and since it is from WASL, quality and reliability are a given. Good view on one side overlooking Jabeel Park while not much on the other side. Since the property is right next to the Park, there shall be no future developments on that side which is a good thing. It is about 200 mts from the Metro which is a huge plus. Decent Gym and a small swimming pool. Great Lobby with high roof design. Over all a good residential place if the pricing is going to be good.
