Although she was from the seller’s side, she put in 10X more effort than my agent, and went above and beyond and made the deal happen. She was regularly communicating updates, resolving issues by physically going to the developers office and she even physically came to the bank the morning of the deal to ensure that they print the managers cheque.     I had a great experience working with Mostafa El Zayat to purchase a off plan townhouse. He was very nice and scheduled multiple visits to the site so that I could get a good feel for the property. He also provided me with different options around my budget range and was able to finalize a deal quickly once the seller agreed on the terms. Mostafa was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions regarding plot size, masterplans, completion dates, estimated service charges etc. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Mostafa to anyone looking to purchase a property.

As some of you know, Dubai is a very vibrant and booming city+a very sought after real estate market. In these places, you will see a lot of people leaving their jobs to make quick money as real estate agents and I have seen a lot of them. I reached out to Astro (Moe) w a cold call/message 10 days ago about an off plan flat being built by Meraas. He was absolutely fantastic in terms of transparency, honesty and timeliness. Today, we completed our transaction even though the vendor lived outside of UAE. He made all these happen with his polite but at the same time persistent approach. I truly recommend working with Moe and look forward to other transactions with him in the future.
