I got to know the agency through property finder and I have dealt with Alex. He’s amazing and very supportive to the extended that I have close with his two deals within less than 90 hours both me & sellers got the best deal the both situations. I found the best prices with Alex after comparing with more than 10 Agencies. Not only that, but Alex also is supportive even after the ownership transfer, I have a complication with one of the seller and Alex was following even after ownership transfer all though that wasn’t his part but he supported me after I share my concerns with him. Ps: Alex your phone must be 1 TB 🤣and he will back you with all the documents beside his contract & strong relationship with the third parties. So, there was a nearly constructed property in UAE, due to certain circumstances need to sell super super urgently and was absolutely praying for a buyer or else it was supposedly a huge monetary loss.. and then suddenly I get a message from unknown number asking if I wanted to sell off that property, for which I first thought this can be some scam, but then later that night I saw a mail from someone asking if I wanted to sell the property, so I reverted to the mail saying I needed to, and that’s how I met my saviour angel sent by all might to bail me out.. angel JEREN! Thank You Universe! and then after few messages and calls we had a zoom call, over which she explained me everything in detail and already had a buyer for the same, after which I travelled to UAE and met her in person in the builders office itself from where the property was purchased, she spoke to the agent and really went out of her way to convince them to get the property transferred to new buyer, not only she got a new buyer but but she save me much more than 50% of the money, other wise I would had lost it all… she got all the papers, legal formalities done ready in a jiffy, to summarise she got the deal closed, payments released and handed over within 3 weeks… Hats off to JEREN, ALEX and FIRST BRIDGE Real Estate team.. heartfelt gratitude 🙏🏼 you guys are truly HONEST and HUMBLE..Again special thank you to JEREN!
