    Very good experience I must say, initially was window shopping but then the guy in Dubai mall sharaf dg explained me the products very well I ended up buying projector, power bank and car charger from Merlin brand. Have been using the products for more than a month now I’m very much satisfied with the products that I got specially 3d pocket beam pro projector. Would surely suggest this brand to my friends and family.

    I recently encountered an issue while trying to purchase a game from the Meta Store. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to complete the transaction. I reached out to the Meta Support Team, and although they acknowledged the issue and promised to investigate, unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem.I then discovered Merlin Technologys website and decided to contact their customer support team via WhatsApp. I explained my situation, and they not only offered the game at a better price than the Meta Store but also included a free gift.Id like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Murad Ahmed from Merlin Technology Innovation Magic for their excellent support and assistance.

    Had my Cube Projector falling and breaking and stopped working. I took it to the service centre, after 1 day, they call me to come pick it up. When I asked what they did, they said we’re replacing it with a new one, as it can’t be fixed... with no warranty (given it fell), they didn’t charge me a penny! WOW! Was super happy, not only about the speed, but also about the new device! Thank you team Merlin 🙏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    I visited Merlins HQ to replace my earbuds which was under warranty, they did so as promised, without any questions or qualms. I really appreciate their customer service as they are a very experienced team, very helpful and friendly. All in all the best customer service I have experienced.

    Excellent Product and Customer Service.I have purchased a Wifi Projector Pro a few days ago. Really neat little projector. The quality of the projector is great for home or small business use. Great picture quality even without a screen.

    Probably the most economically sound and yet an amazing quality based range of products.     Recently I have purchased many items fm MERLIN. Listening to good music and to listen to that particular song(s) in Good quality device is what impressed me. The new virtuoso head phones of MERLIN and the the beat master speaker made me to disconnect fm the world and to engage with some quality time. Wow what an experience!

    I bought screen cast pro last week in Duty Free and amazing because I can connect my Iphone7 and Samsung S5 in my old tv using Airplay and Mircast .I can watch any video from my gadget to my old tv.keep it up guys, youre doing a great job.

    So my dad bought Merlin smart glasses as a gift from Dubai to India , for some reason my glares stopped working and there is no customer support or service centre in India , coincidently I had a trip planned to Dubai the next month , when I went there the service centre was shut due to Eid and the next day I had my flight home , when I came the next day they told me they couldn’t repair my smart glares in time and needed a day or 2 to fix it , I told them my situation and they genuinely understood it and replaced the product with a new one the next day ! I really appreciated their great customer service
