    It was wonder......I couldnt even think of that. The way they design it. A place that force you to buy an apartment or villa. Fresh and sweet water RIVER is running along side your apartment, jungle style living with lush green trees and plants.Electric boats that will take you to the shopping Mall and at your friends place in MBR city. Cycling track, jogging track and much more......You dont need to make any picnic plan out, its always at your side or infront.....You have kayak Parking infront of your apartment and take a tour of MBR CITY with your friend and family. I just say if Inshallah I will get money I will buy one apartment of 2 bedroom. Which starts from 2.7 million to 3.7 million which worth.Fully equipped kitchen with German brands....I LOVE IT.

    The lagoon is quite literally the worlds largest outdoor swimming pool....7km of crystal clear water with beautiful villas that make you dream of winning the lottery and retiring permanently there. And this is before district 1 is complete!!

    Today was my 1st time to go to District One at MBR City. Property owned by Dubai ruler. Its the most expensive residence area in Dubai (apparently more than the Palm Jumeirah). One bedroom apartment starting from AED1.2M up to 8 bedrooms villa at AED 90M are available here. It has 7kms Crystal Lagoon with white sands and drinking water supplied by DEWA. Meydan One mall will be built here, it will be larger than the Dubai Mall and the longest ski slope at 20kms length will be available at this mall. The tallest residence The One will also be built there. We visited a villa show room which has direct access to Crystal Lagoon. There are also apartments which have direct access to the Lagoon. One word. Amazing! Alla the Ukranian is very professional in doing her job, I would like to recommend her if you wish to buy one.

    If you want to live a Royal life then dont think twice ...come and get the villa here. Each and every moment you will feel like you live the luxury here..one of the finest infrastructures you can find over here with a huge lake , boat rides ,nice gardens . If you need a calm and quiet environment I will suggest you this place. You have got huge cycle tracks too.
