Lived here 2 years. Rent was great value for money initially but now it’s overpriced for the quality of what is offered.However roads are being built to cut transit time and water park is well done. Community center also has good places to eat and well equipped gym -

A nice residence far away from Town. Just in the middle of the desert. Was visiting a friend and I liked it there. The apartments are affordable. Cost me AED70 from Mall of Emirates in a Dubai taxi to reach the place. -
