Over my 12 years of life in dubai with utmost confidence i would certify this real estate as The best real estate i have ever come across and heard about. Have i ever stayed in their property? No..you may think then how do i qualify to write a review about them...here we go, due to some unavoidable situation just before the day of moving in to the flat i had decided to leave the country for some personal reasons. Hence i had to cancel the tenancy contract, Dewa and do all the necessary formalities. While explaining my situation to real estate and requested to cancel the contract the way they have behaved was truly professional. I had finalised this real estate based on their google reviews only. After my situation i am glad that my decision to go with them was the right decision of mine. Not only agreeing to return the cheques and security deposit also they have refunded the 1st cheque amount that was already cleared which not only surprised me, it showed their quality and professionalism aswell.by any chance if i come back to dubai al gurg real estate will be my first preference. i would certainly recommend this real estate to my near and dear ones.
