Despite all the hate the community team gets because of people that just enjoy holding grudges, I truly love living here and I always will. I wont deny that certain things require improving but the negative image people like to bloat about on the reviews are personally very funny to read, raising issues of some broken tiles or a leaf in the pool, didnt know you lived in Winter Wonderland before you moved out here. If you feel personally attacked, well if the shoe fits then wear it. I say grow up, raise your concerns, your issues will be attended to, you wont die if a bulb wasnt lit up or the plant placed outside is too small for your liking . Ive visited the office on several occasions, never was treated disrespectfully and my issues were always attended to. Its the people that live here that make the community a great place to live, regardless of all the haters out there, Id always choose to live here rather than some place else.

We have been coming to Al Hamra since the golf course opened.. We remember saying to ourselves back then that one day, we will buy one of the villas by the golf course. We did, six months ago. Tranquility is what attracted us to this development. It is peaceful and yet lively. Everything is being managed well.

The AC broke down in my home and I was really worried. I called the customer service who very quickly responded to my concerns and logged in the complaints immediately. Though I didnt have high hopes, it was resolved quickly to my surprise. The professionalism and help changed my perception of what I had previously heard about the customer service.

I had the best experience at the Waldorf Astoria resort at RAK. From their costumer service staff, their concierge and their management, they are all-around professionals and payed so much attention to detail for their client satisfaction.Although I went there in July (super hot! my first time in UAE haha), I was pretty much living in the pool and beach area. I couldnt help but notice how its well maintained and super clean!And I have to mention one more thing, coming from NYC their restaurant UMI was hands down the best close experience to NYC fine dining, its honestly the best Asian restaurant I visited in UAE, get all the sushi rolls, super delicious!Will definitely be coming in next time, for a longer stay.

Al Hamra Real Estate development office provides Sales and Service for new prospect clients and residents. We generally go to this place for settlement of our utility bills. The service is quick and faster. Theres no crowd usually and we finish our work within five minutes or 10.

Have been a resident with Bab Al Bahr for many years. Currently, faced seepage issues leading to a severe foul smell. But, special mention to AHRED guys, who understood the urgency and started work on it next day itself. Even though the unit is sold but they Facility Management team took pain to get it sorted and fixed.Need not to mention that, BAB is one the finest communities across RAK.Satisfied resident!!!Thank you AHRED once again.

I was promised a refund within one week, but it has now been over a month and I have received nothing. I honestly cannot understand what kind of company operates like this.It feels like you only provide proper service to certain customers, perhaps only Arabic-speaking ones? This kind of selective treatment is completely unacceptable. Your customer service is unresponsive, your replies are always delayed, and no one ever calls back to follow up or update me on the situation.Even the management seems careless and unprofessional. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend your services to anyone.
